Chapter 3: Four Hybrids?

"Are you okay?" Alora knees down in front of him.

He just nods. Alora looks at the food that already on the ground. The hybrids in front of her didn't move instead, he was just trying to leans back at her.

"I-I'm not going to hurt you if that's what you think. Why did you do that?" She asks with a gentle voice.

He didn't reply. Alora gives him her umbrella and he looks at her with confusion. "Hold it first." She demands.

The hybrid hesitates to hold it but he forces him to obey. Alora smiles sweetly at him and takes off her hoodie. She is wearing a sports bra inside it so it is fine.

Not gonna admit it but her body curve is beautiful and attractive. The hybrid is curious about what she gonna do. Then, she leans a loser causing him to flinches.

"Don't take off this wrap. I want to stop the blood to come out." When her talking, he realizes that she just wrap his wound with her hoodie.

"I will go buy something for you. Wait okay?" Alora runs away in this heavy rain.

She going to the nearest store. She bought food and a first aid kit. After she gets everything, she rushes to the counter.

"Only this?" The cashier asks, and it was a guy.

"Yes. How much?" She asks. He keeps staring at her body. It makes her annoyed. "Yah!! I'm in hurry right now!!" She yells.

"A-Ah, I'm sorry." He bowed and continue his work. Who wouldn't state at it when she soaked in wet and make it sexier?

After paying, she runs out. She just hopes, that hybrid still waiting and didn't run away. From what she sees, he must be scared of everyone and didn't trust anyone.

When Alora arrives at the same place, that hybrid is nowhere to be seen. She looks around but still no sign of him. Worrying runs through her body.

'Maybe...M-Maybe he left...'

When she about to be disappointed, a presence behind her. She turns around and saw him again.

"Oh!! Thank goodness!! You didn't leave!!!" Alora sighs in relief. The hybrid is surprised when she says that.

She takes out the first aid kit and asks him to sit down. She takes off the hoodie and treats his wounds.

"Great. It stops bleeding." She speaks.

That hybrid just stares at her. Like, how can this kind of people still exist? He hissed in pain when she treats him.

"Sorry. I will be gentle." She said.

A minute like that, she has done. She smiles in satisfaction and gets up. Her hoodie full of blood but she didn't mind it.

"I already bought you food. I don't know if it enough or not but if you think it doesn't then...here." She gave him a few hundred dollars him.

"If you spend it already, you can wait here. I always use this street to go to my workplace on walking. Just call me." She smiles at him.

The hybrid just nods. Alora pulls her hands out. "I'm Alora. You?"

His hand trembling but manage to accept her hand. "J-Jackson. I'm...a fox." He finally spokes.

"Nice to meet you. If you don't mind, can I know where you live?" She asks.

"We homeless..." Jackson answers.

"We? Who else with you?" She frowns.

"Me and my other brothers." He looks down. Even his voice is so quiet, Alora still can hear it.

"Oh. Where are they right now? I mean, where you guys stay if you homeless?" She asks.

"Behind bushes near here-" Without let him finish, Alora cuts her off.

"It raining right now!!! Yah!! You guys might catch a cold!!" She yells.

"We...used to it." He said.

"Hmm... let's go now." She grabs his hand.

"W-What-"

"Stop talking. Get a fever is not something you can get used to it!!" She scolds him.

He didn't know what to say. He too choked because...this girl did something unexpectedly. Why she is not scared of him?

She should be because he is a fox. And that what he thought. She knew him but she already trusts him.

"Can you lead the way?" Alora spokes.

He looks at her more like, should he trust her? She looks confused at first but when she realized it, she gasps.

"Oh no!! Don't think of other negative stuff. I'm would hurt your brothers!!" She waving her hands.

Jackson hesitated at first but he nods. He leads the way and about a few minutes like that, they arrive.

Alora saw a forest and he just normally walk in. "W-Wait!! Didn't...you said...behind bushes?" She asks.

"Actually...I don't trust you and it was a lied. But, I change my mind. We live in a tree house." He responds.

"Oh...okay." She follows him even in this heavy rain.

It's hard to walk since the way is full of mud. Her jeans already dirty but she didn't care about it. Her eyes wander around and thus forest is so dark.

I wouldn't be surprised when saw another hybrid here. It suits to be a shelter or their place to hide.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

"Y-Yeah. I'm okay." She smiled.

After a while of walking, they arrive. Alora saw a small treehouse but maybe enough for...5 or 6 people like that. Jin climbs the ladder.

This house is so...small and cute. How can he live here with his brothers?

"Are you coming?" Jackson asks as he looks down. She nods and follows him.

As he opens the door, she can hear another voice yelling.

"Jackson!!!!"

"I'm back," He said. Alora closes the door and saw three guys hugging Jin.

'It must be his little brothers.'

"We are worried about you. I mean, it raining heavily out there!!" A guy who has cat ears talking.

"Thanks for worrying about me, Isaac." Jackson ruffles his hair.

Alora wanted to chuckle because of their sweetness but her nose feel itchy.

"ACHOO!!"

Everyone looking at her.
