"Little Lotus, your quite amusing to watch. Have you never seen a man's bare chest before?" She then nodded quickly to his response, covering her eyes and turning around. Slowly walking, feeling the table with her free hand, she set the plates onto it. Just about to leave, her hand was tugged, feeling her body fall onto the bed, looking to see her bangs fall back exposing her eyes. Seeing his red eyes, silver hair, and his bare chest she closed her eyes again.
Not wanting to see she then heard him laugh more. "Haha, you are very innocent. I haven't told you my name yet. My name is Bao Siyu, but you can just call me Siyu. Everything you've shown so far you haven't slept with a man either." He said. "Very adorable." He whispered to her ear turning red.
Blushing more she pushed him off likely forgetting that he had a wound. He was holding his wound making her panic and helping him back up. He needed to eat as she then bowed to apologize. She didn't think he would be able to tease her in such tone or way.
Giving him the bowl of food, he was about to grab it from her hands until he stopped. "You feed me. I'm hurt so feed me as a repayment for pushing me earlier." Red faced, she didn't know if it was okay.
Nodding slightly, she grabbed the spoon getting the first scoop. It was hot, she scooped the food and blew it to cool down for him. Feeding him, she was embarrassed, she didn't think that they would be acting that way when they met again. Finishing with feeding him, she had set the plate down. Just when she was about to leave, her hand was grabbed once again by none other than Bao Siyu. Looking to him, he looked back to her with a second of silence. "Are you not going to change my bandage?" He questioned her. She looked to see that he needed help with it.
Sighing, she really wanted to say no but she couldn't say no to someone like him. Unwrapping the old bandages she undid it, seeing it was applied with the herbs she made. Cleaning it, then applying the medicine again, she started wrapping the bandage onto his wound. Looking to him after it was a long silent. Bowing to leave now, she took the plates, finally able to get some fresh air. Leaving the house she made, going along to the river. Washing the plates she scrubbed them and looked to it all as she just couldn't help but smile while doing her carefree thing.
A few rabbits occurred, hopping around her. Knowing them, she had helped their injured parents. Giving them some small cabbage leaves. They enjoyed it as she smiled watching them eat.

Looking to her was Bao Siyu. He couldn't help but smile to see her again. The little girl ten years ago, her eyes were still the same. Her bangs covering her eyes, she shoved his hands away from them as he didn't understand why she would hide her eyes.
Watching her outside, playing with the rabbits that occurred around her.
He couldn't help but smile to the view of it looking to her. Soon enough he heard the door open to find his dearest friend, Lang Ye. "Siyu, I've failed at protecting you. We must return soon. Everyone awaits when you return." Lang Ye said as Bao Siyu looked to him.
"Tomorrow prepare everything. We will ambush him tonight." Bao Siyu said. His closest comrade bowed to agree.
"How did you come here? If I may ask?" Lang Ye said looking to him.
"I was saved by that girl." Lang Ye looked out the window to see a girl with her bangs covering her eyes. Rabbits hopping around her which he was quite amazed.
"I see. Should we thank her somehow? Did she ask anything in return?" Lang Ye then said.
"She can't speak. She's a mute." Bao Siyu said. Lang Ye looked sadly to her.
"Poor child. Fate had to take away something so precious to her." He said after.
"Ye, I want us to watch over her. I feel like something isn't right." Bao Siyu said as Lang Ye looked to him.
"We can only do so when we finish our duty tonight." Lang Ye replied back.

Huai Li Qi was waiting now as it was dark. Her mother hadn't returned yet making her worried. Getting her sword and black robes, she went to the town. Hiding in the night, she needed to find her mother. Listening close to the men from the chief's Manor she listened.
"The jewelry maker was taken to the prison."
"Why was she taken there? She only brought the bracelets she was supposed to." Hearing the servants speak, she was more interested.
"It's because the chief's son wanted to marry her daughter. She declined and they are of nobility so she was sent to the prison and said to have been trying to seduce the chief himself." Hearing that about her mother she clutched her sword going to the prison.
Anger rose in her, making it to the prison. It was wooden made bars and straw floor. Going to her mother, she started crying. Knocking onto the bars her mother woke up covered in blood and bruises. Her mother went up to her weakly. "My daughter, you must leave. They know who you are. They are contacting your father at this moment. You mustn't be found by him. He will make your life miserable." She cupped her mother's face, crying. Her mother gave her the two bracelets they made.
"Mother's little girl must leave this town. I cannot go with you this time. Li Qi has to grow up without mother. Being with you until your this age now has made my life meaningful." Her mother held her hand as the guards were coming. "Go! Go! Mother will hate you forever if you don't get away! Go!" She ran as her mother said. Going back to her home but to find that people had already went to it. It was burning now as she looked at it with tears.
