Chapter 6

ANGELINA'S POV

I have woken up with a severe headache, I sit up on my bed with both my hands on my forehead. I try hard to forget of what had happened yesterday but I cannot. Everytime I'm closing my eyes the only person appears is Blaze. I should stay away from him, I want to forget him and to pretend he was never existed ever. I take my mobile phone from the bedside drawer. Unlocking it I saw two missed calls from Emily.

Emily is my best friend since we were in high school. She will get married soon, She has her fiancee Keylan. They were together since we were in high school. Keylan is a nice guy also. Well I think I should call her back. I dial her number, "hello."

"Where have you been I've been calling you.." she said through the phone.

"I was sleeping, last night I was at Brent's club."

"Ok I will be waiting for you at the shopping mall, be there at ten o'clock."

"Emily I'm not feeling good! Please we'll meet another time."

"I'm not asking you it's an order." She teases.

"Ok fine, I will be there", I can't ignore, I hang up the call. I take a shower then I got ready. I think I will spend the whole day outside then I will go at the club at night. I don't feel good to stay at home anymore.

I climb down the stairs, I walk toward the living room. I found everyone is having breakfast  "good morning." I mumble before taking my seat, I keep my handbag beside me.

"You're going at your club today?" Brent ask me while reading the newspaper. "Yes, but in the evening." I nodded.

"Where are you going at this moment, to meet someone?" He questioned blankly.

"Yes I'm going out with Emily."

"Oh, I thought you were going with Blaze!" He said with a half smile. I look at him with a serious look. "Why did you ask me this?" I said confusedly, I'm trying to forget him!

"Take a look at the newspaper." He said while handing me the newspaper. I turn the first page and I saw Blaze and me. With a note written, the billionaire Mr Blaze Guillermo was seen with her girlfriend last night celebrating his sister's birthday. They seems to be really close to eachother. The famous CEO has get in a relationship after two years! But did they really loved eachother?

What the hell, they even captured a picture when we were in the parking area. "This is a fake news!" I said while throwing the newspaper on the table. I stand up furiously, taking my handbag I rush outside before anyone questions me about anything.

"I'm trying to forget him but its impossible!" I murmur when my phone buzzes inside of my handbag. I immediately take it by sliding the screen and placed it near my ear.

"Have you read the news paper?" Oh god, it's Blaze!

"Yes, i did."

"They says you are my girlfriend, is that true?" He questioned me trough the phone.

"That's a shitty fake news! I don't want to meet you again and don't try to disturb me." I was about to hang up when he speaks again.

"I told you, goodbye simply means I see you again...soon! And I can't wait to see you."

"Nonsense!" I mumble.

"Laters baby." He hang up.

Why he wants to meet me again? I'm trying to distance myself but he is coming closer. How?

I drive to the shopping mall and Emily was already there. I join her in a cafe shop, entering into the cafe I throw my bag on the table before taking a seat.

"Why you look so furious?" Emily ask me while trying to analyse my face.

"How I will explain it to you."

"Wait! Is this about Blaze Guillermo?" She questioned with stitches brows.

I simply nodded my head in response.

"Are you dating him?"

"No!! Actually I've met him some days before and yesterday it was his sister's birthday. I was accompanied by Blaze. He insisted me to join them in the evening. I didn't do anything, I don't know why they think that we are dating eachother! I don't want to get attached with him!" I sound regretful.

"Angelina, you love him!" She exclaimed calmly.

"How can you say that?"

"If you don't have any feelings toward him, then why you are trying to distance yourself from him?"

I think she is right! But I don't understand what kind of feeling is this..

"Ok, I'll think about it later.. now tell me why you call me here?" I ask her.

"I wanted to do some shopping. It's been a long time since we haven't." She said playfully.

"Good." This is a good time to keep myself busy. Emily stands up and she dragged me along with her. We went to different boutiques and we brought many types of clothes also.

After the shopping, Keylan came in to pick Emily after they left I was walking to the parking lot when I heard my name from behind. I turn around to see who was there and I saw Lea with her mother.

"Hey!" I said while taking a few steps near them.

"How are you?" Lea ask me.

"I'm fine."

"Mom, she is Angelina!" Lea told her mother while her face cheered up and she gives me a hug.

"You are beautiful." She whispered while pulling away. "Thank you." I whispered back.

"By the way Angelina my mom have kept a family dinner on Friday. Make sure to be there, Brent will also come." Lea said.

"No, how can I interfere in your family dinner, I don't think it's a good idea."

"Oh come darling, don't be ridiculous you need to join us." Mrs Guillermo said while caressing my cheeks.

"Ok I will be there." I nodded.

"Thank you.." Lea smiles at me.

"See you later.." I walk toward my car.

Another disaster was it important to invite me? Why I didn't refuse them clearly, I could've told them that I have work to complete! Why this is happening to me?

I will have to meet Blaze again!

I drive to WAVES club, I get myself a cup of coffee and I went to my office. I lay myself on the couch, "no wonder what I am doing with my life." I murmur to myself.

After some hours later my assistant came in with some files that needed my signature. I sign all of them and we discuss about some works. The club is running good and I'm glad for it.

I left from the club at three a.m, I drive to the house. Reaching at home I rush for a shower. As soon as my head touched the bed, I fall asleep. It was a tiring day.
