Chapter 7

Lord Yi had gone to Fang Teng Fei's palace to find Mu Shao Qing which he entered inside seeing Fang Teng Fei waiting for him. "Sorry, my daughter tends to be very worried about creatures just like the little fox." Lord Yi only nodded having to follow Fang Teng Fei to see the little fox. Both stopped to see the little blue fox curling up next to the small cub.

Mu Shao Qing awoke seeing Lord Yi and Fang Teng Fei standing there. "Little fox, are you ready to come back?" He asked having Mu Shao Qing yawn and nod. Being picked up, she didn't bother knowing how Lord Yi always loved to carry her and feel her soft fur. He rubbed her head having her of course know he was going to do that with her drowsy attitude at the moment. "Tell you daughter I said thank you for being with the little fox." Lord Yi said having Fang Teng Fei nod. Watching them leave, Lord Yi had walked off to enter back into Evergreen Palace.

'I thought I was going to just leave since I don't see a point in me staying here. I'm just basically living free here from Lord Yi.' Mu Shao Qing sadly thought having to look down at the ground.

"Little fox, I've been observing you for a couple days and I can see your in a bit of discomfort here. What's wrong with you?" Lord Yi said having to look down at Mu Shao Qing. She glanced up to see him which he could somewhat see a bit of guilt in her eyes. "If you think that you are troublesome in my home then let me tell you. You are not any trouble. It is good that I have company like you. Being with you has been rather pleasing with you around to keep me company." Mu Shao Qing didn't think that he would say anything. She just assumed that he would say something simple like to just live however she wanted but instead he was willing to take care of her.

Feeling a bit happy inside, she wasn't going to let anymore rumors be told. She did not want to ruin anything at this moment between the two of them. Making it back to Lord Yi's home, Mu Shao Qing fell asleep curling close to Lord Yi who smiled rubbing her fur.

Being in his home was rather pleasant for her. Walking around with him in his palace or to other close places, she had finally gain all the muscles back into her legs which had her finally able to walk more better. Lord Yi would always smile seeing Mu Shao Qing walk with him and go wherever he went. Although, she always saw him take out a red jade feather necklace, Mu Shao Qing would always question about it in her head but it was something personal to him. 'Lord Yi, why do you always take this necklace out? Is it from someone important?'

Over time, she was built a cool obsidian chair for the hot summer heat which Mu Shao Qing loved to sleep on. Laying down on it now, Lord Yi watched her sleep which Tian Guoliang smiled seeing how much better his lord was with a little fox around to make it better. "Lord Yi, you look more better these days. That fox has really changed you in your own way along with your health. It's as if the fox has something special that it can do around you." Tian Guoliang said looking to the fox along with Lord Yi.

"Is that so? I haven't noticed." Lord Yi said looking to Mu Shao Qing who stretched then yawned. Her wounds were all gone with no more bandages needed left on her body. Healing within almost half a year was all Mu Shao Qing needed which it meant that she was like nine tail foxes to be able to heal faster but still she didn't have another form. The little butterfly flew landing on her head while Mu Shao Qing didn't even bother since she was exhausted after another day of exercising. "Guoliang, keep an eye on her. I have to attend another meeting being held at the Sky Palace. It should not take long." Lord Yi said having to leave after.

Mu Shao Qing remained sleeping feeling the breeze around her and the butterflies flying above her. She truly did love this place as her second home.

"Lord Yi, have you found the princess that is going to wed my son?" Emperor Chang asked looking to Lord Yi who was sitting down at the table drinking his tea. He didn't seem to care or bother about it.

"I have yet to find one. I've decided to hold an event in the Demon Realm. There are in total three princesses one from each clan. They will enter in the competition of tea making, stitching, cooking and further on." Lord Yi said looking away and keeping his gaze away.

"Hm, that's a good idea. From there on we will have one Princess be wedded to my son after. Since there are three princesses then we will see which one out of the three will be for my son." Emperor Chang said while his empress sat beside him on the throne. Empress Lee could only agree and watch and observe the women who was going to wed her eldest son. "Where will you have this event occur?"

"I plan to have it in the Demon Realm where I will observe them. If your son wishes to come then I will allow it. He will be wedded to one of them eventually." Lord Yi said having Emperor Chang see it as a good idea.

"It sounds fair. Very well, my son will go there and see the event himself." Emperor Chang said.

Mu Shao Qing was watching the whole meeting having to use her powers to create a cloud having her view the meeting using the little pond in Lord Yi's garden. She was quite curious about the event which she wanted to go ahead and see for herself. Having the little cloud disappear while Tian Guoliang was coming up and laid a tray of cookies. "Here you go. These are the sweets that we usually have. You can try some." Tian Guoliang said having Mu Shao Qing go up and take a bite.

'Mmmm..... These taste plain....' Mu Shao Qing whined due to how she knew how actually sweets tasted like. Leaving the tray of cookies, Tian Guoliang didn't know what was wrong since he always ate cookies from the kitchen that had no sweet flavor.
