Chapter 6 - His Wish

1 week later..

I smiled widely as I opened the curtain and the window of my room, looking at the sea and felt so relax to breath the fresh sea breeze. It's been a week since I got here and I’m starting to get better even it's just a little bit.

I bought a small house just across the sea with a really lovely neighbours. It's really nice to getaway from crazy hectic New York for awhile. I emailed Luke and my parents that I'm okay and doing well, they all quite worried but I assured them that I'm okay.

I took take a bath and decided to walk out from the house to stroll around the beach. I walked at the seaside and enjoyed the sea breeze, it helped me to feel relax.

I sat down on the rock and looked at the sea. Can I just live here for the rest of my life? How about starting a new live here? Move to Brighton for good, find a new job, ordinary life and maybe find a hottie here.

Since it's a little bit cold, I decided to go back to my house. I walked slowly and just watched people walking with their dogs and some of them were hanging out with friend. I looked at the ground until suddenly I bumped someone, I looked up.

My eyes widen, my body froze and I gulped. What is he doing here?

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked coldly.

"Looking for you." He stated calmly and I walked pass him. He caught my arm and I pushed him away.

"Why are you being like this?" He asked and that's a funny question that came out from his mouth.

"Leave me alone, Max." I said and continued to walk again.

"Let's go back to New York." He stated and I ignored him. I don't want to see him again. Can he get the hint?

"Rose." I hate my name being called with his dirty mouth, so disgusting. I kept walking until I arrived at my house. He stopped me by holding my wrist.

"Let's go back to New York."

"Go there alone Max, go get your usual life back. I won't interrupt you or even go back to you again. You like that, don't you? Being free is what you want right?" I asked coldly and looked at him straight to his eyes.

"Ro-"

"I'm going to start a new chapter Max, go back to New York and don't even look for me again." I cut him and he just looked at me with an angry eyes.

"Do you think I'll let you? I'll let you start a new chapter and look at another guy?" He stated and I looked at him disbelief.

"I can't do that while you can sleeping around with other woman?" I asked and he sighed.

"Rose look.. I-"

"I'm tired Max. Go back to New York and let's just go to our own ways.. mine and yours, I want to stop this relationship. You're just my brother's best friend, nothing more." I said but not daring to look at his eyes.

"You know why we can't be together Rose? You know all about me but why do yo-"

"That's why I'm ending it now. You don't want to tie the knot so I'll let you. Why are you so difficult? You should be happy when I'm letting you do anything you want without me holding you back. That's what you want right?" I said his own words to his face.

"So you decided to done this?" He asked and I nodded.

"Do you think you can move on from me Rose? I’m the only one who can make you feel this." He leaned his face to mine and I gulped nervously. I looked at him coldly.

"I'm the only one who can make you feel sparks and I'm the one who can give you the sensation that no one ever give you." He caressed my cheek and looked at me seriously. His eyes darkens.

"Everyone can move on Max and I will too, so suck it up!” I said to his face hoping for him to surrender and let me go but instead of that. He crashed his lips to mine, he cupped my face and opened the door. We got inside and he still kissed me really hard.

My body completely betraying me right now, I always become weak to his kisses. His hands were everywhere all over my body and he sat on the sofa. He pulled me to his lap and kissed me harder than before.

He started to take off my white shirt and I just love the way he touched my bare skin. He squeezed my ass making me moan. I ran my hand to his hair and he slowly kissed my neck. I trailed it slowly until he found my sensitive spot.

"Max!" I moaned.

"No one can ever make you feel like this Rose! No one beside me." He hissed but still kissing my neck and slowly went down to my breast. I pushed his shoulder so his back kissed the sofa. I looked into his eyes.

"Do you like me Max?" I asked as I want to know what’s on his mind.

"Why you don't want me to go? Is it because you like me or what?"

"I like you.. is that the answer that you want?" He answered but I felt that he’s not serious about his statement.

"Do you really like me?" I asked.

"You know I always comeback to you at the end Rose! You know that." He bursted.

"As a rebound Max, when you don't have someone you'll find me but when you got someone you throw me like a trash." I said coldly and he sighed.

"You know that's not what I meant Rose."

"Marry me Max." I stated and his eyes widen, I know he's speechless.

"See, you don't want that. That's our goodbye kiss. Get out Max, don't find me again!" I got off from his lap and he looked at me still in a speechless expression.

"Do you think you can kick me out like that Rose? You know me well right?"

"I want to be happy and you're not making me happy Max. I want to find someone who will love me eternally. Loving someone for 11 years was already painful, how many guys do I reject just to prove that I only care for you? I should've be with Ashton rather than be with you." I said in a cold tone and his face darkens.

"Don't even mention his name to me, Rose."

"Why? He makes me happy, he's sweet, he loves me and he's caring. You? You never did anything for me Max. Never! I was the only one who fight for you when you're busy sucking other girls mouth in front of my face." I bursted angrily, I know he can’t answer that statement because I’m right.

"Now I'll let you have your usual life, sleep with other woman. No one will get mad at you Max, I won't get on your way. This is what you always want and now I'm giving it to you. You must be happy and thrill that you don't have to bring me flowers just to beg me to comeback to you. As simple as that." I shrugged and walked to the fridge taking my beer.

"You know that you're more than that Rose." He stated.

"Go back to New York Max, I won't bother your life again. I promise."

"I'm sorry Rose, You're mine so I'll stay here."
