Ethan.
Millie POV.
"Dad you coming?" I ask him hoping he'd get out with me, he'd spend some time with me.
"No, good luck baby girl, call me," dad says going off, leaving me out alone in front of the random house.
I took a step forward, and then took a step back, should I go in? Wait for my dad to come and get me, the only thing I know about him is that his name is Ethan, and that's about it.
"Ahh! Run," a girl with black hair and blue eyes says coming running toward me, I looked at her confused, does she need saving? Why is she running?
"Aurora, I'm not playing anymore, I swear this time, you're going to get it!" a guy yell after her, the guy was huge compared to me, I know I'm small in size, but I'm not that small, or so I thought until we two met.
I took a step back seeing this guy, I was terrified of him, and I want to go back home, this isn't my place, I don't want to be a wolf anymore, I'm better off being a vampire.
"Hello," the guy says stopping in front of me, a guy with brown eyes and green eyes,
"Uhh...Hi, I should go," I say deciding it's better to just leave, I don't have to get back to my parent's home, I could just get a place of my own.
"You're Millie right?" he asks me, and I shook my head no! I'm not her, I'm just here in the wrong place.
"You sure?" he asks me confused and I nod my head yes, I'm definetly not her.
"Daddy, not fair, you have to chase after me," the same girl from before say coming back toward us, she had a giant pout on her face and she didn't look scared anymore.
The guy didn't answer her, instead he just pointed to the spot in front of him, his aura was different from the other vampires I knew, and from the humnas I'm used to, this guy had an aura that demanded to be obeyed, and the girl did obey, she stood right in front of him, keeping her head down.
"I'll deal with you later, now Millie, why don't you come in? Uncle Ethan is on his way," the guy says in a kind voice.
"I'm not Millie," I lied again, and I'm not that good of a liar really.
"Lying isn't nice, and I could tell right away, so why don't you come in, you can have some hot chocolate with the now grounded puppy," he says pointing toward the door, and I took a step forward.
"Wait, daddy, I'm not grounded," the girl says as she run after us.
"Don't be so sure about that," the guy says in a firm voice, and I was just glad that I wasn't the one getting punished here. The guy guided us inside, and we did a straight turn toward the kitchen, where he started to make us hot chocolate, the other girl was still whining about her punishement while he scolded her for running away from her babyisters.
We drank our hot chocolate in silence, waiting for the guy to get over here, after a while a guy came in, he had brown hair that matches mine, with green eyes, while mom had blue ones. But mine were completly different, I had eyes that were mix between light blue, light green, gray and just a tiny bit of brown, it's like my eyes couldn't decide on which color they want to be. This guy was double my size, another giant, I know dad, I mean Michael is much taller than me, but I knew dad would never use his size against mine.
"You look just like her," he says falling down on his knees now we match and could see eye to eye.
"Her?" I ask him.
"Your mother, you're just like her," he says one of his hands going up to touch my face.
"Uncle you can use dad's office, he's not here," the guy from before says and the uncle, I mean Ethan, I mean my real father, he just nods and get up, telling me to follow him, we now moved to an office where we could talk privately.
"You...you're my father?" I ask him.
"Yeah, I'm and you look just like her," he says again.
"I don't have her eyes though," I note the obvious, my eyes are different.
"I wish...I wish she told me," he says his eyes locked on me, he didn't know I exist?
"She didn't tell me either," I say with a shy smile, I had no idea that I wasn't my own father's daughter until earlier today.
"She just said I have a daughter and she turned wolf," he says sharing a shy smile as well.
"Yeah I did, I'm a mix, or that's what mom said," I confess, I'm here to learn about my wolf side, just like I learned about my vampire one back at home.
"A mix, such a rare combination, one of the strongest out there, precious," Ethan says and I just stayed quiet not sure what to say now.
"What now?" I ask him, the way he's looking at me like I'm the most precious thing out there is making me worried.
"Now you move in with us, or we can stay here for a bit, you'll be taught about your wolf side and you'll get to know me, us," he says, does he mean just him and the other wolves? Or is there some other people around I should meet.
"Okay, how long would I stay?" I ask him.
"For as long as you want, forever if you want," he says with a small chuckle, wouldn't he kick me out like my vampire half did?
"I can't stay forever," I say.
"Why not? Last time I checked mixed races are also immortals," he assures me with a chuckle.
