Chapter 2: Who are they?

Hyllee’s POV

Hello, I’m Hyllee Selena Yrgos one of the trios. It’s nice to be with you and share to you my point of view.

We're now inside the university. Ethel and Jaw chose to go first since I had something to do before however I'm certainly sure that Ethel went straightforwardly inside our classroom since Jaw for sure strolls around once more, God knows where she keep on going before our classes will begin. I don't have the foggiest idea where she's going around or what she's doing somewhere. Anyway, its her life, every last bit of her choices relies upon her, it's her business that we should upon respect.

And yes I’m not mistaken because when I enter our room I saw Ethel sitting while reading something with earphones plugged in. She doesn't like to be disturb when reading. This girl has a mean attitude or should I say she’s really mean, we’re a walking troubles, remember? But we’re not the type to go for a fight first because we have our reputation in this university.

“Ethel!” I called out but seems like she can’t hear me or she’s purposely not minding me. Tsk this girl really, how can she read properly when the music in her ears is so loud? I can even hear it from her earphones and unfortunately she can’t even hear me that’s how loud it is. “Hey” I said then poke her shoulder, she just look at me with her plain expression before sitting properly

“Hey” she greeted back. I leaned over to give her a peck in her cheeks and remove her earphones. “Where’s Jaw?” she asked while looking around

“I don’t know maybe she’s walking around the campus again, you know that girl” I answered before getting my book and also, starts to read.

“Guys have you heard the news?” - classmate 1

Here we are again with all of these gossips. I just ignored them and continue to read.

“The queen of this university is back” - classmate 1, again.

My forehead creased with what I heard. I look at Ethel and same with me confusion is visible in her face because of what she heard. What are they talking about? Who’s queen? Hayst anyway, it’s none of my business and I don’t fucking care who she is.

“Girls!” I turn around to face Jaw who has a wide smile in her face right now. Let me guess, no I mean i don't need to guess because I'm perfectly sure that this girl got into a fight again. She’s addicted with fighting, for Pete’s sake.I'm telling you, whether you will believe me or not but you can't or no one can’t remove smile in her face especially when she got into a huge fight. One of the reason why some of her enemies were being irritated, who wouldn't right? If your enemy will be this happy after defeating you.

“Where have you been?” Ethel asked coldly. Wait! What happened to this girl? Seems like she’s not in a mood since earlier, she’s so cold.

“Girl your forehead wrinkles is showing” I got my senses back when I felt someone stretching my forehead, I shove her hand away.

“Where have you been?” this time I’m the one who asked Jaw since she had been distracted earlier that she didn’t answer Ethel’s question.

“Just having fun somewhere around this university” she’s still smiling while answering my question tsk if I know you got into a fight again, just say that. Actually I’m glad that we are still in our ranking even after sending some students to the clinic because of some small fights.

“Girls they said the queen is here already” - classmate 2

We look at the girl who said that and look at each other afterwards, is it that obvious that we don’t know who they are talking about?

“Good morning class” our teacher said. We stand up and greet her back.

“Miss” one of our classmate raise her hand “Does queen will attend classes today?” she asked

“No, Ms. Pendelton won’t attend the classes for today” our teacher said before proceeding to her discussion

“I’m a bit disappointed, I already miss our queen” - classmate 3

“True, it’s been 4 years since she left, along with our king and princes”- classmate 4

Oh! So that explains why we don’t know who they are talking about because it’s only been 3 years since we transferred to this university but wait? Who are the king and the princes they are talking about? Hayst I’m being confused with this university’s history. Why would they have that queen and king and some princes? For what? Psh whatever, I just ignored them like earlier and focused on our lesson, I just listen to our teacher instead of some gossips that I can’t even understand.

*Lunch time*

“Hey lets go” Jaw said after cleaning her stuffs

Me and Ethel stand up and get our stuffs before following her.

We went to our university’s cafeteria. Until now Ethel is still so silent, it's bothering me. Is there something that she’s not telling us? Nevermind, I’ll just ask her later when we got home.

“I’ll order for us” I volunteer because it seems like Ethel isn’t really in a mood even to order something. They nodded and just went straight to our usual table.

After I ordered food for us I went to them and give them their food

“Oh my God the queen is here” - student 1

“She haven’t change at all, she’s still so pretty” - students 2

“I missed her” - student 3

“Oh my! Our queen is back” - students 4

That’s some of the gossips that I heard around this cafeteria. The three of us suddenly stopped eating when we sense someone is standing beside our table.

“What do you need?” Ethel asked with her usual bored tone. Seriously? What’s with her now?

“So you’re the Trio Nerds? Those weaklings who are trying to steal my crown? Who’s trying to control the students eh?” Ethel boredly stood up which made me and Jaw to stand too.

"For your information the crown is still yours, we don't need that fucking position" she said coldly

“No one – “their so-called queen stopped talking in the middle of her sentence when Ethel look straight into her eyes

I look at the girl standing beside us. Well she’s quite pretty, tall and just like us she has a fair skin, pointed nose, pinkish cheeks, brown eyes and black wavy hair. She looks expensive tho.

Ethel just look at her that made her dumbfounded. I thought this girl here is their queen but why is she acting like this now after approaching us with her bitchy attitude earlier?

“Q –“she’s been cut with her sentence again when Ethel started talking

“If you want to eat then eat, don’t just stand there with your mouth slightly open because no one will waste their time to feed you, the food won’t go straight to your mouth” she said expressionless

“I lost my appetite, let’s get out of this” me and Jaw follows behind her.

“Hey what’s going on? Are you okay?” I worriedly asked. Since really not in a mood since earlier and it’s really bothering the shit out of me.

“Yea, just don’t mind me” – that’s the only thing she said before plugging her earphones again and listen to some music loudly

“What’s her problem?” Jaw asked. I just shrugged because I don’t even know the answer.

“Maybe she’s on her red days, you know girl thing” I just shrugged again. Yea, maybe she’s on her period now.

We were just walking when

*booggssh*

“What the heck!?” I shouted. Someone like a wall bump into me and base on the number of feet I’m seeing right now, I bump into a group of guys.

“Oh my God! They are really back” - student 1

“Oh sh*t their so hot”- student 2

"So the rumors are true!!!" - student 3

“Miss are you okay?” is he stupid or what? Obviously I’m not! I stood up and clean my skirt then look at the guy in front of me, anger is surely visible in my expression right now! But then my eyes widen when I saw these guys, they are so handsome and yes, just like what they said they are so hot!

“Miss?” I got back into senses when I heard him talk again

“Uhm yes I’m fine” I said before walking away. Honestly I’m still bothered with what’s happening to Ethel so I am not really in a mood to fight right now.

Based on what I saw earlier there are 5 guys and 1 girl in their group and it seems like they are well known in this university well obviously according to what I heard earlier when I bumped into them.

Anyway, I don’t care about them. Such a waste of time.
