Returning (2)
"I may be blind, but I understand my Sister's emotions. All of us do once you've been with her to understand her." Yu Suyin said. They knew she was blind by her covered eyes. "If it wasn't for Sister who helped me get justice for my dearest friend then I would've been long dead already." Yu Suyin said crying.
"If it wasn't for Older Sister. I would've been a courtesan." Weng Yan Mei said.
"If Older Sister didn't help me get revenge for my parents then I would've died by the ministers hand long ago." Kei Ren included.
All of the bandits watch them cry, they couldn't believe such a young girl before who was now a woman would do so much for each girl she came across. "You all can leave us. We will handle things here for our Older Sister. Thank you." The three of them bowed to all of them. The men went over to them all to grab them back up to their feet.
"No need to thank us. We only did what we felt was right." An individual said. Hearing grunts and coughing after a few hours. Looking, they saw Huai Li Qi waking up after a few hours. She looked around seeing her sisters were safe and sound.
"Older Sister!" They went to her side with worry for her current health. Seeing them crying and hugging her carefully. "Older Sister we thought you were going to leave us." Huai Li Qi smiled hugging them back and rubbing all of their backs. Separating from them to look at Bao Siyu and then to his men. She then tried to bow to them to thank them but he then went up holding her from doing so.
"No need to do so. Your still healing so don't let your wound reopen." She smiled to him. She couldn't believe he would do so, the most she could do was thank him this way. "I'm Bao Siyu. These are my brothers. We are the Lung Family. My brothers Lang Ye, Xuan Yong Zheng, Hai Xue, Jin Da, Hao Fang, and He Hung." He introduced them all, pointing each and everyone he called out.
"Our Master and Older Sister, Li Qi. I'm Weng Yan Mei, my sisters Yu Suyin and Kei Ren. We are the Huang Family." They all introduced each other. Haui Li Qi lightly leaned against the bed frame with her sisters helping her lightly get comfortable.
"What brings the famous Huang here? Aren't you always traveling around. Why return here?" Bao Siyu then asked them knowing that they would always travel having their name known throughout the nation. Huai Li Qi nodded to her sisters to allow them to tell the truth. Huai Li Qi trusted the Lung family and she knew that they would never lie to her.
"Our sister came here to visit and recollect some of her memories. We were disturbed and we decided to leave, but came across you, Lung family. We all know you as well, we are well aware that you bunch are famous for stealing and giving to the poor and common people. You all have done so much to help them. We are grateful for your kindness." Yu Suyin mentioned.
"You can all rest here. We won't kick you out and you've all just arrived from your travel. Let us get to know each other in the meantime." Bao Siyu said having them agree.
Staying with the bandits, they were all the same, they would discuss about some matters, and laugh at some point with each other. Huai Li Qi was walking around watching her sisters all smiling and practice fighting with the few gentlemen who challenged them. She watched them practice from afar still needing to rest for the time they were there. Sitting down on a wooden porch, Bao Siyu then sat beside her, she smiled looking to him.
"How is your wound?" He asked with intentions to know her health.
Grabbing his palm to write, "It’s okay now. My wounds will heal. When it heals then me and my sisters can leave without bothering you bunch." Looking to him, she smiled all the time to give responses in a simpler way. Seeing the dragon jade bracelet, he wore it making her smile even more, allowing her to look at it still in one piece.
"You happy that I kept it?" He asked noticing her look to it. She couldn't help keep her smile at how he kept what she gave him. "This bracelet may be worth a good amount, but there is no need to get rid of it when it is the last one made." He said being correct about it.
Looking to her sisters they were now fighting with each other to better improve their skills. Yu Suyin was their teacher for the time being which had put the two younger ones on a harsher training.
"Do you always train those girls?" Bao Siyu asked her. She looked to him nodding, then looking back to her sisters. "Your kindness means a lot to them. It's like how I met all of my brothers, but they all knew my father before me. My father was a bandit before me until I took over for him. He didn't want me to follow his footsteps, but I did anyway." He told her as she looked to him. She couldn't believe he would tell her. In his eyes, she saw it was filled with pain then taking his hand. Smiling at him, she wanted to comfort him.
He held her hand, he felt soothed down just by her. He lost his two blood brothers which left him still looking for them. "My father is very weak, my two blood brothers, I'm still looking for them. I have an older brother and little brother. I must find them since we were separated in a raid. They are my family and I cannot lose them. I know that they are out there alive." He told her as she held his palm open.
"I will help you find them. We've traveled far and I will ask around for two certain people. We are like comrades so I will do my best to help you." She wrote onto his palm making him smile. They always traveled doing their own things, so the least that the girls could do were give in a helping hand to them.
"Thank you. The thing is they don't look like me. My silver hair comes from a legend that they call a Godly Child. One that is born with the silver hair and red eyes is bound to be strong unlike any other human." He told her, she didn't know that. Looking to him, he did have the look of being different. She held his hand as she smiled to him.
He saw in her eyes she was saying, "You are not alone. There are many out there who are different from each other."
"My brothers right now, He Hung is one that gets along with women easier or you can call him a womanizer. Hao Fang is body built, but he struggles with women. Jin Da works with us as well, but he is our informant from the palace. Hai Xue he was adopted by a noble and then he was left alone from certain matters. Xuan Yong Zheng is a monk, but he is also a good physician to us besides just me. Lang Ye is my childhood friend and he's always been loyal to me so it will be easy to get along with him if I get along with you well. Lastly, Pu Jiang is my father's dearest friend and they were the start of the entire group." Bao Siyu told her openly.
