Caution (1)

Huai Li Qi dressed again in men attire, tying her hair in a bun. It was another day at the brothel but Prince Hui Ru had not shown for awhile. She was concerned about where he had went, Bao Siyu would still have him and his brothers look for him and keep an eye on him.

"Sister Li Qi, we've found where Prince Ru has been." Kei Ren told her. Huai Li Qi gave the look of wanting to know where he had been it made them worry that he knew who they were. "Lately, he's been going off to the palace where the young emperor is. Both of their grandparents know of each other quite well. We must be careful when it comes to him and the emperor. It makes me feel a little fearful." Kei Ren said hugging herself feeling shivers go down her back.

She turned around, she had hit something in front of her. Rubbing her nose, she looked up to see it was Hao Fang. "Sorry! Are you okay!?" She tried to touch him, he only flinch and jumped back just nodded letting her know he was alright. He was sweating, he only pointed to go out as he ran off. Turning to face Huai Li Qi, "Sister Li Qi? Why is Fang afraid of woman?" Huai Li Qi looked to Kei Ren asking her.

"I don't know. He may have had a past experience before. Everyone has a past to tell." Huai Li Qi wrote before she re-tied up her hair.

"I'm going to help Fang get used to woman. It can probably help him boost up his courage." Kei Ren walked out the closing door.

Huai Li Qi crossed her arms as she sighed with a smile. Putting on her hat, afterwards slipping on her shoes. She went out to feel the warmth of the sun. Walking around the brothel, it was open seeing her sisters all helping around to assign rooms. Their courtesans were helping them gather information on the job.

Huai Li Qi snuck around to see Hua Jun Jie. Hiding quickly, she could, hear what he was talking about with two men.

"I want you both to keep an eye on this brothel. Something about it makes me feel suspicious." Hua Jun Jie told his two men.

"What do you suppose we do to get out information here?" One said. Both had no clue how they were going to find anything within the brothel.

"Try to get into this place by working here or either be a customer here to find something." Hua Jun Jie told them tossing a bag of silver and gold to both of them. Huai Li Qi remained hidden, she needed to be sure to inform everyone of staying on watch. Turning around, she nearly panicked as Bao Siyu shushed her. Nodding at his signal, both turned back around to see Hua Jun Jie. "I expect some information from the both of you when I send you both a letter to come back."

The three separated, the two men walked to the direction of the brothel. Bao Siyu and Huai Li Qi sighed knowing they had to inform the group to be more aware.

Nightfall came around, they went into a segregated room away from the brothel. Brothers and sisters in the room, sat around the table.

"There are two men that are in the brothel. We don't hire people from outside besides the woman that are part of the job. These two men will likely be guests. We need to be sure to get rid of them or get information off of them. They work for Hua Jun Jie. Does everyone understand?" Bao Siyu told them all. They nodded to understand the situation they were in at the moment.

"Do you suppose there should be someone to keep an eye on Jun Jie? He has been rather disturbing us for some time now. I believe it's time that we do the same." Weng Yan Mei then told them. She wanted to find something about them also.

"If we were to do so, it would be good but it would give away some of our position. Unless we have two that can actually find information." Bao Siyu said.

"Me and Fang can do it." He Hung said while Hao Fang only nodded. He usually didn't speak but went along with anything. The only reason though was because he didn't like being surrounded by women.

"Can you two really gather information for us?" Bao Siyu asked again.

"We both can do it. It's probably better than staying here and doing nothing." He Hung mentioned as Weng Yan Mei smacked his head.

"You idiot!!! Have you seen how his wives are!? They nearly-" Kei Ren had covered Weng Yan Mei's mouth. Huai Li Qi hadn't want them to mention at all about the past.

-Flashback-

Huai Li Qi had encountered Huai Qing Ge, her sister were not skilled in fighting but she was skilled in leading military formations and archery.

Huai Li Qi was on the run with her sisters and her father still looking for her. Her sisters and her separated from each other but Huai Li Qi was the main aim. Running after her, Huai Qing Ge's men followed behind her. She had to run away or else she would never find justice for her mother.

Seeing a cliff of rocks, she threw one of her hand dagger as the little rocks holding it released the big boulders as it started tumbling down. Running ahead, Huai Qing Ge's men were stopped as she hurried. Huai Qing Ge had ordered for her arrow and bow aiming.

The arrow had pierced Huai Li Qi's back shoulder. Running on she needed to hurry with another arrow hitting to her. She jolted feeling the pain but continued on. Hurrying up she was grabbed by her sisters as they found her. They escaped by chance but Huai Li Qi was heavily injured which they had to acquire help by their great elder friend.
