Kael's face gradually turned cold, his expression filled with utter disgust.

"Stop playing mysterious games. Do you think you're still the powerful Luna of the Blackwood Pack? Without the Blackwood Pack, you'll have nothing. Who needs your pathetic chance!"

Seraphina even reached out and poked my forehead, imperiously demanding: "Are you a dog, just barking wildly? Before your mind completely breaks, hurry up and hand over the pack affairs. From now on, everything in the Blackwood Pack will be my responsibility!"

I slapped her hand away unceremoniously: "Do you think just any wolf can manage a pack?"

"Lyra, what the hell are you doing!"

Kael shoved me hard, then lovingly gripped Seraphina's hand: "Does it hurt?"

Seraphina gritted her teeth: "Kael, since she's being so shameless, don't be polite with her anymore."

Kael nodded gravely, then looked at me with scorn.

"It doesn't matter if you don't cooperate. If even you could handle pack affairs, a capable wolf like Seraphina certainly can. And my father will help Seraphina."

I couldn't help but laugh: "Where do you get the confidence that your father will accept her?"

Kael looked at me as if I were an idiot, his hand gently resting on Seraphina's belly.

"Seraphina is the mother of my child, the mother of the Blackwood Pack's future heir. Based on that alone, you've lost completely."

Watching his arrogant and self-righteous demeanor, I couldn't resist kindly reminding him: "If you stay with her, your child may not even have the right to bear the Blackwood name."

"You're right!" Seraphina laughed wildly, "Kael loves me very much; he's already agreed that our first child will bear the Seraphina family name! See? That's the difference between being loved and not. You tried so hard to curry favor for so many years, yet you’re not even worth a single strand of my hair!"

All the guests couldn't help but laugh.

"Lyra still thinks everyone is like her, desperate to curry favor with the Alpha family!"

"Kael and Seraphina's families are a good match, so the srname? Totally up to them. "

"The Alpha only has one son; won't he just let him do as he pleases?"

Kael looked at me with disdain and unceremoniously declared: "Lyra, your clinging is useless. You've been stripped of your Luna title. From now on, Seraphina will serve as the Blackwood Pack's Luna."

I scoffed indifferently: "I told you, you have no right to strip me of my Luna title."

At my words, everyone looked at me as if they'd heard a joke, pointing and whispering.

Seraphina made no effort to hide her mockery and contempt: "You hussy, stop being so stubborn! You've offended the Blackwood Pack. Not only will you be stripped of your Luna title, but no other pack will take you in. Your good days are over!"

Everyone shook their heads, calling me foolish. They thought I could have at least secured a place to live, but now I had nothing and would be reduced to a rogue.

But I didn't care. Instead, I straightened my back, filled with absolute confidence.

I scanned the room, looking at each guest present.

"Do you really think that with my abilities, I should be stripped of my Luna title?"
