When school is finished, I take the bus the drive took only 10 min, I went straight away to my house, I take off my clothes and put on my comfy clothes.

I turn on the tv in my room and wait patiently for my family to come home, my parents are both cops, they like their job and this where they met and fell in love together, they are both partners forever, I wish to have the same love like them

Suddenly, someone interrupts my thoughts by knocking on the door, I went to downstairs to look up who is it and surprise it's my brother, I open the door and he went in without saying anything, throws his backpack over the living room.

"What'sup, you alright Jen?" He asks as he takes off his earphone.

"I'm fine, how was school?"

"It was good, I made a lot of friends and also there were girls who were eye raped me like I was some kind of fresh meat." He says while scrunching his face in disgust while taking off his shoes.

Eww, there are girls like that in middle school, no wonder the society changed.

"Anyway, I'm going upstairs, can you do a cake for me please." He asks while doing his famous puppy face.

"Okay but first." I sigh, annoyed.

Before he can even let me finish my sentence, he runs upstairs and slams the door loudly, I count the numbers quietly.

He put his favourite song in volume maximum in slowed song, ever since I showed him my favourite song and he liked. At first he said that it sucks but I forced him to listen to this song in the loop and he loved it, anyway, I put my favourite apron and open the fridge to see if there are ingredients to bake the cake.

Finally, I found the right ingredients to bake the famous cake from granny that James likes, I start to prepare the base and while doing that I begin to sing bad guy from Billie Eilish, she makes really good songs and she is like one of my age, I wish I can meet her.

I finish mixing the base and I put in the oven and wait for 10 min so that the cake would be ready, I go back in my room to finish what I was watching when James interrupted me.

The alarm on my phone rings, I go downstairs and see my parents sitting on the couch in their cops uniform in a heated make-out session. As I'm walking downstairs slowly to not disrupt their session, James comes in right in the middle of this and he sees our parents doing their thing, I shush him to be quiet but he didn't listen to me.

"Mom, Dad what the heck are you guys doing?!" He asks.

My mom get away from my dad and see us with a startled face, her uniform was dishevelled and her hair too who is normally in a bun, her lips are bloody red by dad and lastly her neck is covered by hickeys.

"Oh sorry, we didn't see you guys here." She says anxiously.

"Yeah we thought you were still in school." Dad says in the same tone.

"Well next time, check who's here in the house." James says with a disgusted face.

"Sorry honey, anyway how was school?" My mom says as she takes off her jacket and her badges.

"It was good, what about you guys?" I ask as I take out the cake who is perfectly formed.

"It was absolutely great, we just caught the gang that we've been following them for months." Dad says as he looses down his tie.

"Oh which gang?" James asks curiously.

"The blood gang, it's a small gang with 10 members." Mom reply and she go upstairs to change her clothes.

"Dad shouldn't you change your clothes, I made a cake you guys could eat it with us?" I say with a big smile.

"Oh yes my beautiful daughter, thank you for being here and also to make our life easy." Dad says as he kisses my forehead.

"Don't worry, and this would be your reward for catching the gangs." I reply with a fist up.

He smiles at me and gets upstairs to change his clothes, I go back to the kitchen while James is sitting in a chair, watching his phone.

I take out four glasses and a bottle of coca, then I put it on the table and bring the cake, the cake is absolutely beautiful and yummy.

As soon as I step into the dining room with the cake, James feels alarmed by the scent of the desert.

"I can't not believe this, it looks delicious." He says as he put down his phone and stare at my cake.

"I know right I made it so you should thank me." I say as wait for the applause.

He claps his hands, feeling proud of myself I put down the cake and sit on the chair, we hear our parents coming through their loud steps.

"What's that delicious smell?" Dad asks as he sniffs the room.

"It's Jenna's cake!" My brother yells.

"My, my I can't believe this." Mom compliments me.

"Thank you mom, now let's eat shall we?" I ask while I cut the cake.

They sit down and take a glass to drink, we eat in peace the cake, James and dad are speaking about some football game, my mom is talking about what happened today at work and I listen to her carefully.

When we finished eating, my parents proposed to clean the mess and they ordered my brother to do his homework, I'm glad that I finished my homework in the library since I had a free period.

I go upstairs, prepare my outfits for tomorrows and get in bed with my phone. I go to Instagram and I see I have 3 notification, I got one follower from Leo, I accept him and message him hey, then I got a like from Carter and he followed me.

Wait isn't the real Carter Parker?!

I check out his Instagram account, which his profile picture is him wearing a tuxedo.

I stay on his page to see how much followers he got and boy he got 115k followers, his page is full of pictures of him and his friends.

Well he is the heir of the Parker company, so it's basically normal to see his followers numbers up while I got 1K followers, trust me I'm not that popular.

I scroll down to his account and instantly I accidentally like his post, him half-naked.

"Oh fuck, fuck, fuck...what did I do?" I chant to myself nervously.

Embarrassment overcomes to me, I turn off my phone, put it down on my nightstand and try to sleep.

Tomorrow in school, I'm doomed.
