Eileen Fisher's POV

The Life she lived

“Cut the crap!” He shouted at me angrily. I had to keep shut instantly or else, he would molest me physically. I had gotten used to being beaten up like a thief.

I bowed my head in reverence for my mate, Alpha Dan. He was prideful, ruthless, and cruel. According to him, this was how a disciplined man should act.

I got mated to Alpha Dan a year ago and that has been the saddest days of my life. I was a weak Omega and I could do nothing to save myself from his hook.

I had to endure until one day, it got too much. I would die if I continue.

I was in the library on that sunny afternoon as I went through some documentations. This was what I did with my free time. I was a figurehead Luna who was constantly bullied by my mate. Obviously, I needed something to take my pain away.

And books did the trick.

“Alpha Dan wants you in his room, my lady,” I heard Amy say. Amy was my personal maid. She had been serving me since I got to the Alpha's mansion.

“In his room!” My heart skipped a beat. I knew what would happen anytime he called me to his room.

“Yes, my lady,” Amy replied.

I knew there was nothing I could do than heed his call. Slowly, I moved into the room. I felt lightheaded since I knew what was going to happen.

I cried.

Not again, no!

Alpha Dan practices this thing that I called “intimate partner violence”. I do not know if he was cursed or if it was ritual for him but he usually made sure he beat me up before he had sex with me.

He did this out of freewill and not because I did offended him. He once told me that he loved the taste of blood in his mouth when he kissed. He loved bloody sights even when he wasn't a vampire.

Now you know why I was always afraid of going into his room. This was all he did whenever he invited me to his room.

And this day wasn't an exception.

As I entered the room, he stood up. I could see that he had no clothes on apart from his shorts.

“Lock the door!” He ordered coldly.

With my hands shaking, I locked the door on myself. I was like a sacrificial lamb.

I didn't want to get beaten up again. The wounds from the past beating had not healed and now, it would reopen. I couldn't take this anymore.

Alpha Dan grabbed me by my hair and flunged me on the bed. He climbed the bed as well and began to tear my clothes in shreds. I was already crying but I had decided not to allow him beat me up. I had plans to escape.

He tore of my robe and left me only with my underwears. Sharply, he bit my boobs. I knew he was trying to leave an indelible mark there.

But this time, I wouldn't allow it.

I held his head and tried to push him away but he was stronger than me. I knocked him on his head and finally, he had to get off my body.

I had never tried to attack him in my life. This was the first time.

“How dare you!” He shouted at me angrily. I didn't mind and instead, I tried to escape. Alpha Dan was fast enough and he gripped my leg.

“Let me go!” I shouted. I was weeping profusely in realization that I couldn't help myself out.

“I will break your leg and teach you a lesson for next time!” Alpha Dan shouted at me. He began to twist my leg.

It was excruciating.

I tried to stand on the second leg and I slapped him on his face. Once more, he wasn't expecting this at all. I searched around for a weapon but I could find none.

Alpha Dan pushed me down the bed and beat me up. I could no longer defend myself.

After this, he tore my clothes off and had sex with me. I didn't bother to push him away. I let him have his way with me.

When he was done, he pushed me down the bed. I fell with my head hitting the ground.

Instantly, I lost consciousness.

It was too much for me, the physical and mental abuse.

I woke up in the clinic at the Alpha's mansion. I could see my personal doctor by my side. I didn't know her name so I called her “Mama”. She was quite old.

“If you continue this way, you will die very soon,” Mama told me slowly.

“I know,” I replied. I was in my right senses here.

“How do you plan to escape?” Mama asked. She was my only ally at the mansion. I was sure she would keep my secret.

“I don't know,” I told her. “Alpha Dan's men are following me everywhere. All the gates are guarded. I learnt that the streets are filled up with undercover guards as well.”

“Find a way!” Mama told me sharply. “If you don't find a way, you will die in the hands of Alpha Dan.”

“But why is he so cruel?” I wanted to know.

“I don't know!” Mama shrugged. She seemed to know a lot but she was keeping it from me.

At the Alpha's mansion, I had only two people whom I could trust. The first person was Mama while the second was my best friend, Charlotte.

I have been friends with Charlotte since childhood and I ended up bringing her to the Alpha's mansion with me. That was actually the only good thing I did with my power.

Charlotte was a chubby and busty lady. She was average in height and she was a year older than me. Our physical appearances were in contrast.

I was tall, slim, curvy, and beautiful. I wasn't chubby or busty. I had an average size of boobs for a lady but I was well endowed for my backside.

I decided to see Charlotte right away.

“No, my lady,” Amy stopped me. “I think you should go and rest for now. I'll go and call Miss. Charlotte and you can have a nice time together!”

“Don't bother,” I reassured. “All I want to do is to see her and have a few words with her. It's safer I go to her room than I call her to come to mine!”

“You are right but…” Amy tried again. She seemed to be hiding something from me.

“No more interruptions!” I told her firmly. Slowly, I walked down to Charlotte's room. I had to talk to Charlotte about a lot of things especially my escape from Alpha Dan's mansion. I had everything arranged in my head.

I would show her my scars.

As I got to her entrance, I heard some funny noises. I wondered what it could be and decided to enter the room like that instead of knocking.

I entered and met an unexpected scene.

I could see Alpha Dan and Charlotte cuddling. They were naked and from the stench of the room, they just had sex.

It meant a lot for me.

Alpha Dan and Charlotte didn't appear too surprised. They were shocked on seeing them but after five seconds, they recovered and still went about kissing.

Charlotte looked at me and winked.
