The party had already began and while everyone was enjoying their selves, Karen went to sit down.

She glanced at the big poster of Sage Mendes and Ava Reed and smiled. Their betrayal still hurt her, and she knew this was the only time to retaliate back the betrayal.

A bar man came to her with a glass of champagne and gave it to her. With a smile, Karen took the drink and thanked the man after which she drank it.

"Let us welcome the bride Ava Reed and groom Sage Mendes on stage. A round of applause please." A blonde hair lady said on the stage. As everyone applauded, both Ava and Sage walked up to the stage.

Ava was putting on a red harmless dress that exposed her back and brought out her figures, while Sage was putting on a brown suit. Truth be told, both of them were looking good and Karen rain curses seeing them both.

"I must say, you both are truely made for each other's. Could you please tell us how you met her." The blonde hair lady asked as everyone shouted in support of what she said.

Sage laughed and took the microphone from her. After everyone stopped taking and everywhere became silent, he cleared his throat and began, "Actually, I had met Ava through one of her friend and ever since then I had gotten my eyes on her. You know what they say about love at first sight, that was what I felt. To tell you the truth, Ava is the best thing that has ever happened in my life and I am forever grateful for that. It was one of those normal days that I had gone to drink coffee and at the coffee shop, I happened to bump Into Ava and her friend, I was instantly struck by her beauty and had since had her in mind. I walked up to her and told her my feeling. Fast forward to now, and we are still together, happily made for each other's. I am just thankful that my path cross that of hers. She is the best thing that ever happened to my life, and I hope we remain this way."

Everyone applauded as Sage dropped the microphone back to the blonde lady.

Ava reed was blushing all way through, and this irritated Karen the more. She laughed as how Sage managed to fool the public with his lies. Surely, they were all fools to believe he was saying the truth.

"It's time for friends and family to come out and support the couples with words of encouragement or gifts." The blonde hair lady said.

By then, Karen had already taken a bottle of alcoholic drink and drank it all, because in order for her to expose their scheme, she needed to drink up.

"Since no body wants have anything to say, let's proceed to....."

"Wait! I have something to say to the couples." Karen shut the lady up and stood up from her chair which in turn she made her way to the stage.

She immediately drew the attention of everyone as they all glanced at her.

There were shock on both Ava and Sage's face when they saw that it was her. Before either of them could stop her, Karen was already on the stage, took the microphone and began to talk.

"I can't believe you would do this to me Sage, despite all I did for you, you still betrayed me right? What does she have that I don't? I know you are shameless Ava, but considering the fact that I was your best friend I did not expect you to steal my man away from me. I am truly disappointed in you." Karen said as she staggered on the stage. Yet, the determination in her did not allow her to fall and not make a joke of herself because that was going to be the end for her.

Laughing Karen continued, " I was your girlfriend of three years and not once did you reciprocate back your love to me. Was it because I told you that we could only get intimate after marriage, was that why you cheated on me with her? My ex best friend??"

Ava's face had became red out of shame and anger. She rushed to Sage and screamed, "Get a hold of her Sage, she don't know what she's doing."

"How do you expect me to do that. She has already exposed everything to everyone." Sage said.

"Just get lost and do something!" Ava screamed as Sage made his way to the stage.

"Karen, please get out! You are drunk and don't know what you're doing. Please don't create any more drama and just leave." Sage tried to drag Karen down the stage, but with the little strength in her, Karen pushed him away as she continue telling everyone the betrayal from both.

Everyone was stunned. While some of the people believed what she said, the others did not.

"Please somebody get her out of HERE!" Ava Reed screamed.

After being satisfied that she had carried out her revenge and destroyed them both, Karen dropped the microphone and walked down.

With everyone glancing at her, she walked to her sit, took her pink hand bag and walked away.

"Hold on, Karen." Sage said as he went after her.

Karen pretended like she did not hear Sage calling her and continue to stagger away.

It was when she got to the entrance of the hotel that Sage caught up with her. He dragged her hand and she stopped.

"I know you still love me and can't bear to see me with someone else, I know how madly In love with me Karen, but you shouldn't have done this." Sage was saying.

"Really? So what I did was wrong right? But despite all I did for you including losing my virginity just to help you,don't you feel that what you did also isn't right? Well, I don't have time to explain myself to anybody, you can go to hell. And yes one more thing, such a bitch like her deserve a scumbag like you. I hope you have a happy life Sage Mendes." Karen laughed as she kept on walking.

"I know you can't bear to live without me Karen, except me you don't have any other boyfriend haha!" Sage laughed which made Karen to stop in her track.

Placing her hair back, she laughed "And who told you i don't have a boyfriend. In fact, he was the one who accompanied me here. Excuse me, he is the one coming." Karen said and walked to the silhouette of a man approach where she was heading to.

"Hi baby." Karen said as the man stopped.

Only when she had gotten the attention of the man that she hurried to him.

Still sure, Sage was looking at her, Karen dragged the collar of the man's shirt and as he bend to her height, she placed a passionate kiss to him.

Sage was stunned as he saw Karen and her boyfriend kissing, as he could not stand it anymore, he walked away.

Karen released the stranger, apologized to him and before the stranger could utter any words she had scampered away leaving the man speechless.
