CHAPTER 4 : KIDNAPPED OR ESCAPED!?

Loukas took Alyssa to his room as he made her sit on his bed. “is it…is it really you?” Loukas looked at her as he nodded. “H-how?” she questioned as she stood up confused and looked at him.

“where the heck were you guys for years?”

“you just got vanished out of nowhere”

“you know how much everyone got worried? They searched you three for days, weeks…” Alyssa spoke as she paused and continued sadly “months” as she looked at Loukas.

“I am sorry,” Loukas said as he looked at her and spoke again “I am sorry, it just happened so quickly we had no time for an explanation”

“no time for an explanation? Really Loukas? You know even though we used to fight a lot, Juliet still thought of you as her older brother as you always cared for her. You should have thought of her at least” Alyssa cried out all frustrated as she huffed and sat on the bed next to Loukas who looked at her.

“yeah I know babe” Alyssa looked at Loukas as she glared at him. “don’t call me that. I am not your babe or anything and what’s this with kidnapping and coming to our school?” Alyssa questioned as she looked at Loukas who shrugged again.

“I want to go home” Alyssa demanded as Loukas shook his head as he looked at her. “nope you can’t” Alyssa looked at Loukas shocked as she sighed and nodded her head. “ok so can I know the reason of you doing this?” Loukas stood up as he sighed and shook his head again. “I need to go, so don’t try to escape” Alyssa smiled as she nodded knowing that is what she will do anyway but she made sure Loukas doesn’t figure out anything. Loukas walked out of the room as Alyssa stayed still and started thinking of what she needs to do and how she would rescue her sisters.

Juliet was sitting on the bed with Ronin who was looking away from her. “um…can I go home now?” Juliet questioned nicely as Ronin quickly looked at her as he stood up and yelled “NO” startling Juliet. “s-sorry” Ronin stuttered out as he sat back again next to her. “I am sorry that I used to fight with you all the time when we were in the orphanage. It’s just that everyone liked you no matter what you did and no one even glanced at me the second time” Juliet felt guilty but she smiled.

“I am sorry that I never figured it out,” Juliet said sadly. She felt guilty knowing she never noticed this. She had a crush on Ronin when she was little but Ronin always pushed her away and fought with her but Loukas always gave Juliet some chocolates to calm her down a little.

“I want to go home” Juliet suddenly said as she tried to change the topic as tears streamed down her cheek scaring Ronin. “shh shh please don’t cry, I will talk with my brothers please don’t cry jewels,” Ronin said as he gently rubbed her cheeks and wiped the tears away.

“don’t call me that only my sisters can” Juliet puffed her cheeks out as Ronin nodded “okay darling” Ronin replied as Juliet’s face heated up. “r-really?” Juliet said as she tilted her head making Ronin sigh in defeat. He nodded his head as he untied her hands. “promise me you will stay with me” Ronin said as Juliet's face flushed red. “s-stay with you?” Juliet stuttered out as Ronin’s face flushed red just like Juliet.

He quickly scrambled out of the room as he almost slipped but Loukas caught his arm. “everything ok baby bro?” He questioned as Ronin smiled nervously and nodded his head quickly. “should we let them go? Did we scare them?” Ronin question Loukas who shrugged as he went and sat on the couch with Ronin next to him.

Draco flopped Luna on the bed as he sat on next to her with his legs spread apart. “so, moon how have you been?” Draco questioned as he leaned back and balanced his body with his hands that were placed on the bed. “For the hundredth time, don’t fucking call me Moon, asshole” Luna cursed out as she looked angrily at him.

She struggled as she sat up and looked at Draco. “such a dirty mouth” Draco tusked as he looked at Luna who looked back at him. “not my problem that you are weak and can’t handle few curses” Draco raised his eyebrow at Luna who looked at him smirking. “listen here baby girl, I can fucking curse and I don’t care about shit but my fucking problem is that I don’t wanna fucking curse at you no matter what” Luna’s face started heating up as she glared at Draco.

“excuses…excuses. Tell me why did you kidnap us? Is this a revenge you are taking cause I used to make fun of you?” Luna said as she rubbed and moved her arm trying to loosen up the rope. “Nah just fun,” Draco said as he flopped on the bed and looked at Luna. “fun? seriously Draco? I wanna go home” Luna said as she looked at Draco with sad eyes but he only shrugged and stood up.

“I got to go brothers calling me,” Draco said as he looked into Luna green orbs as she huffed. “how? They never yelled your name or anything” Draco raised his eyebrow as he hummed and pointed at his pocket. “we made a deal that we need to if we want to talk to each other we have to call and come out to the dining room” Luna looked at Draco suspiciously as he waved at Luna walking away. He opened the door as he suddenly stopped and looked back at Luna who was trying her best to untie the rope. “hey I still didn’t forget the fact that you called me shorty, made fun of me and stuff but hey you look really cute now” and just with that Draco exited the room closing the door behind leaving a very frustrated Luna behind.

The boys were now sitting on the couch that was in the dining room as they were discussing not knowing Alyssa, Juliet and Luna are planning to escape as soon as they can. Luna sat on the bed comfortably as she looked around for something sharp or edgy when her eyes suddenly landed on a small pocket knife. She quickly stood up and turned around and took the small knife in her hand as she cut the rope.

As she tried cutting the rope, the knife cut her wrist by mistake making her hiss in pain but that was it, her hands were now free. She quickly looked around as she saw a window so she opened it to see it wasn’t a flat luckily. It was a small house, so she did what she had to do…Luna jumped from the window as she landed on her knee.

She looked back when she saw Draco looking at her with amusement as he got ready to jump after her so she ignored the bruise that she got on her knee and ran for her life. On the other hand, Loukas and Ronin went to their room as they bought both the girls to the dining room. “Luna escaped,” Draco said as Alyssa and Juliet sighed relieved knowing if she escaped, they would soon be rescued.

“Now what?” Ronin questioned as he looked at his brother Draco, who was smiling. “I don’t know, I am sure she won’t be able to get them,” Loukas said as he sat on the couch and pulled Alyssa next to him. “you sure?” Ronin questioned as he sat on the other couch with Juliet. “yeah we got Miss brains over here” Loukas said as he flicked Alyssa’s forehead smirking. “She will get them; trust me Luna is sly as a fox besides we were away for a long time maybe Luna changed,” Draco said as he sat on the couch smirking as he looked at his brother. “Don’t tell me you did this on purpose?” Loukas questioned as he glared at his brother who raised his arms in defense.

“You think I wanted her to escape? I don’t know how she got rid of the rope” Draco said as he shrugged smiling. He knew very well how she got rid of it but for now, he let it be. “I am sleepy” Alyssa whispered as she looked at Juliet with her eyes half-closed. “don’t worry Jewels, Luna will come for us,” Alyssa said as fell asleep on the couch. Loukas got close to her as he made her head lay on his shoulder.

“You should rest as well Jewels,” Ronin said as he smiled making Juliet roll her eyes “Juliet” She huffed out and closed her eyes falling asleep after few seconds. Just looking at them made Loukas and Ronin feel very tired and sleepy. “Keep guard you stone heart,” Loukas said as he looked at Draco who shrugged standing up and walking to his room as he picked up his pocket knife and kept it where it was supposed to be kept. He walked out of his room as he sat on the couch and closed his eyes. “Idiots it’s 4:45 Am and I am really tired as well” Draco yawned out as he closed his eyes and let the darkness consume him.

Luna didn’t go home yet as she waited for her path to be clear and for the fact that she had no plan. She knew very well that she wasn’t good at making plans at all so she sat in the corner as she looked at the house. She knew very well that Draco didn’t jump after her because she didn’t saw him following her or running after her but that small thing confused her a lot. She wanted to know why he didn’t follow her? Luna knew Draco's body was strongly built now unlike his old skinny self but she didn’t give a damn.

Luna quickly got up as she walked towards the house. She looked at the pipe that led to Draco’s room as she smirked checking it if she would be able to climb up or not but the luck was on her side as the pipe was strong so she did what she had to do, she started climbing up. Her knee got scraped and bruised more just like her hand but these wounds meant nothing to her, she wanted her sisters to be safe. Luna looked inside the window to see Draco not there so she quietly stepped in, luckily the window was wide open and no one was in the room.

Luna quietly tiptoed towards the dining room as she saw them all asleep so she started walking towards her sisters but that’s when her eyes landed on Draco. She stood in front of him as she looked at him peacefully and took in his features. She knew very well that he was attractive but she was stubborn so she denied it and walked towards her sisters. Luna shook her oldest sister Alyssa as she opened her eyes but Luna quickly kept her finger on her lips indicating Alyssa that she needs to be quiet as she agreed.

Luna untied Alyssa as they walked towards Juliet who was sound asleep. They shook her slowly as Alyssa kept a hand on Juliet’s mouth just in case if she shouts. Juliet’s eyes opened slowly as she got startled looking at Luna who wiggled her eyebrows playfully. Luna kept her finger on her mouth as Juliet nodded standing up and walking with Alyssa. Luna took both the girls to Draco’s room as she looked down smiling. “we have to jump” Luna whispered as Juliet and Alyssa looked down gulping because they remembered last time when they jumped, there were gym mats where they had to land.

“once you jump, run, and go directly home. I will be behind you. I am fast at running but you both aren’t so I want you both to take a head start. We will meet once we go home” The girls nodded as Alyssa hugged her sisters. “are we going to be ok?” Luna looked at Juliet who was scared as Luna sighed caressing her cheek. She let go and held her both hands. “As long as I am here, nothing can go wrong so trust me and believe in yourself when you jump” Luna whispered out as she looked at Juliet who sighed nodding. “Alyssa you go first and after that Juliet will” The girls agreed as Alyssa got ready to jump, she took in few breaths to calm down, it wasn’t that high at all but it was their first time jumping without any support.

Alyssa jumped as she landed on her foot perfectly, she looked up at her sisters and cheered silently. Alyssa gave Juliet a thumbs up as Luna smiled. “Come on I know you can do this; you are my brave little sister” Luna whispered tiredly as she did her best to cheer Juliet’s mood. “I can do this” Juliet whispered as she looked at her sister and hummed giving her a thumbs-up as Luna smiled. Juliet climbed up on the window as she looked at Luna one last time who gave her a reassuring smile. Juliet looked back at the front as she jumped and landed on her feet making Luna sigh in relief.

Luna saw Juliet running towards their house as she sighed knowing it’s her turn now. Her knees were hurting and she knew very well this jump might cause a serious injury because she might not land perfectly. Luna sighed as she climbed up the window as she took a deep breath and got ready to jump when she felt a hand on her waist making her gasp as she looked at it. Luna got pulled back as she fell because she couldn’t balance herself. Luna groaned as she looked and saw she was on top of Draco whose arms were wrapped around Luna’s waist.

“N-no” Luna stuttered out as Draco chuckled and caressed Luna’s cheek. “don’t worry, I never liked this plan” Draco whispered in Luna’s ear as a shiver went down her spine making her tremble. Draco helped Luna stand up as she held his shirt tight. She could feel his rock-hard abs but she kept her mouth close. She didn’t want to say anything to embarrass herself. ‘a-amazing abs. Me and my thing for abs’ Luna thought as Draco chuckled. “You like abs baby girl?” Luna quickly looked up embarrassed as she shook her head. “I…um…did I say that out loud?” she said as she looked right into Draco’s eyes as he smiled.

He quickly picked Luna’s bridal style as he smirked. “put me down” Luna whispered as Draco shook his head. He climbed up the window as he jumped with Luna who suddenly hugged him tight by wrapping her arms around his neck and burying her face while she closed her eyes. “you are adorable” She heard Draco say as she opened her eyes and looked around to see they were on the ground but she was still in Draco’s arm. She pushed Draco a little as she got down. “Why did you do this?” She questioned as she looked at him confused at his actions. “I kind of never liked this plan and besides you are hurt my doll and I can’t let that precious blood go to waste” Luna looked at him confused as Draco grabbed her hand and pulled her towards himself. He kissed her forehead as he smiled. “go run home and I am glad you saw the knife I kept for you” Luna looked at him as she was more confused. She couldn’t figure him out at all. Draco gestured Luna to run so that is what she did.

Luna ran…

She ran without looking back…

She ran directly home as she was confused about Draco’s action. She was confused, puzzled and that made her run faster. She reached home all out of breath and was really tired as she saw her sisters. “How do we get in?” Alyssa questioned as she looked at her sisters when Luna looked at the tree and her knees. “leave it all to me” Luna said as she went to the tree and started climbing it. She balanced herself as she kept her foot on the corner of her window. She quickly stepped in as she sighed and looked at her knees. “might leave me in pain for days” was all she whispered as she walked away down the stairs and opened the front door for her sisters. The girls entered and quickly closed it and unlocked it again.

They went upstairs quietly as they entered Alyssa’s room that was pink and yellow with her room covered with stranger things, anime, Supergirl posters on the wall. She had many other posters but these were right on top of her bed. She had lots of books placed neatly on the shelves. Everything was perfectly organized in her room as she sat on the bed. “we tell this to no one until we figure it out” Luna looked at Juliet as they both nodded looking back at Alyssa. They hugged each other as Luna went back to her room whereas Juliet stayed. “I am scared, can I sleep in your room?” She questioned as Alyssa nodded and let her sister sleep with her on the bed. The girls were thankfully wearing trousers and a t-shirt when they were kidnapped so it wasn’t that embarrassing to run around. Juliet and Alyssa soon fell asleep but Luna was still in her room cleaning her wounds. She bandaged her wounds as she looked up at the ceiling.

Luna walked towards the light as she closed it and opened the air conditioner. She walked towards the window as she closed the window and the curtain. “no more open windows” Luna shivered as she rolled her eyes and went to lay on the bed. She covered herself with the blanket as she looked up at the ceiling with questions roaming around her head.

‘Why did he keep the knife there?...’

‘Did he want me to escape?...’

‘How did he figure about the abs?...’

‘Why did he let me go so damn easily?...’

‘Is this his new plan?...’

‘Why did he appear so suddenly?...’

‘Why am I even thinking about him?’ Luna shook her head as she closed her eyes and let herself drift off to dreamland.
