Chapter 3

I woke up to my phone vibrating on the table that is close to my bed. I get up to check it.

Jacob-

Hey

Me-

Hey

Jacob-

Did I wake you up?

Me-

Yeah, but I needed to wake up anyway.

Me and him text for a bit more. He's coming over to see my brother. But my brother isn't here, so he's gonna wait here until he comes.

I leave my phone on my bed, and head to the toilet, and quickly wash up, then come back to my room, and put some cream on my face.

I hear a knock on the door and I leave the kitchen and go open the door.

"Hey" I said.

"Hey," he said as he came in.

"I'm making breakfast, do you want some?" I asked him.

"Sure," he said.

I continue to finish cooking and when done I bring the food to the dinner table which is in the living room.

We sit down at the table and eat.

"How did that whole situation go with your girlfriend?" I asked.

"She's convinced we have a thing," he said.

"Why does she think that, didn't you not tell her I have a boyfriend?" I said.

"I did, she doesn't care," he said as I gave him a half smile.

"Thank you for teaching me and keeping me company last night, you probably felt sorry for me didn't you?" I said.

"What do you mean?" I said.

"I mean you saw me standing by myself and offered to keep me company" I said.

"It's no problem," he said as he looked at me.

"Well thanks anyway" I said.

We eat in peace and share awkward looks.

All the sudden we hear shouting outside. And someone called Jacob's name.

I go and open the door.

"It's you again, I fucking knew it" she said as she pushes her way in.

"How long you fucking her jacob, how many more" she shouts.

"I'm not fucking her, her brother is my fucking friend" he said angry.

"Then why do I keep seeing you around each other every time?" she said.

"Because I'm friends with her Fucking brother" he said.

"And last night, your hands on her waist, and you two looking at each other as if you're in love with each other" she said as she looked at me then him.

"Do you love him?" she says, coming near to my face.

"No, we're friends," I said as I looked at him.

"Let's talk outside" he says to her but she doesn't listen.

"Okay I tried to be nice but you can leave, you can't come in, it's my parents home" I said.

"You're gonna let her talk to me like that," she said to Jacob.

"It's her home, let's talk outside."he said as they both leave.

Later that day, he texts me.

Him:

I'm sorry about that

Me:

It's fine

Is everything okay with you guys

Him:

Yeah

Me:

Can I ask you a question

Him:

Yeah

Me:

Why have you not spoke to me before

Him:

I got the feel that you hated me

Me:

I kind of did, but I got over it

Him:

Why

Me:

You played girls like toys, you and my brother

Him:

Yeah, well people can think what they want, it's my life but I know what I do is wrong

Me:

Sorry about being total bitch

Him:

you are being honest, people don't seem to do that a lot

He stops texting back so I text him again but only after waiting for an hour.

Me:

Did I say something wrong?

Him:

No, I have been busy that is all.

Me:

Oh okay.

Him:

Is that all?

Me:

Yeah, I wanted to know if things were okay with us.

Him:

Yeah, everything is fine.

Me:

Want meet.

Him:

I am with friends.

Me:

Yeah

He is totally pushing me away, so I stopped talking to him, like what was his problem, did I say something wrong or do something wrong.

I get a call, I feel like I haven't seen him for days or talked to him.

I missed him, my boyfriend.

Him:

Hey

Me:

Hey how are you

Him:

Just missing you crazy

Me:

Me too

Me:

When are you coming back

He's on a holiday, with his family.

Him:

Tomorrow

And your the first person I want to see

I miss you crazy, I can't wait to hold you

Me:

I will be there waiting for you, promise me you will hold me

Him:

Cross my heart and hope to die

A hear a knock on my bedroom door, I go and open it. It's a tiara.

Me:

Hey babe I have to go, I will see you tomorrow good night

Him:

Good night baby

I hang up.

I turn to tiara who's waiting for me to say something.

"Hey" I said.

"We'll catch up, I heard some crazy girl came to the party and was shouting at her cheating boyfriend, I can't believe who he was cheating on my own best friend" she said as I laugh.

"You know damn well it's not me" I said.

"Well what happened?" she said.

"Jacob's girlfriend came over saying me and him are sleeping together, then she came over to my house and pushed her way inside by the way , and cussed me of sleeping with him and being in love with him." I said as tiara eyes looked like they were about to pop out.

"Wow she is crazy but then again if it wasn't for guys using her she wouldn't be this way. Maybe she has a reason to think this way. Maybe Jacob cheated on her before. But of course he uses you, and then goes to her. I saw him teaching you how to play, the way he was looking at you, putting his hand on your waist.then he pretends it was all nothing" she said.

"I know, I just need to keep my distance away from him, I'm more confused than ever." I said as I fell back into my bed.

Me and tiara stay up and watch movies then go to bed later.
