Chapter 4

Camp Speed he refers to is a place in Batangas where car racers in the Philippines as well as racing enthusiasts can be found. Gabby loves racing using motorbikes but it was only a hobby for him. She knew his friend was good because she had seen him "fly" on the race track when they were in college but he preferred to make it just a pastime.

“What am I going to do there? You know I don't know how to ride a bike. ”

He shrugged. “Watch me and drool over my awesomeness? If you only know how girls went gaga over me and my body while I’m wearing my blue racing suit. ”

She jokingly slapped him on the chest. “Stop bragging, Eros. You’re too thin for my taste. Can we go next time to Batangas, Eros, please? We will also go straight to your rest house in Nasugbu. ”

He sighed. “Okay. Watch me join our Patron Race next week. ”

She nodded. He has already explained that Patron Race at Camp Speed is done monthly. That was the racing event attended by the ten members of Camp Speed. This is the First Patron Race because according to Gabby, Camp Speed will only reopen after a long closure.

And her good friend was included in the first ten members to do this Patron Race! She is confident that he will win because she is impressed with his talent and ingenuity. How many times has she seen that he almost intertwined with death in motocross but here he was, he is still intact. But sometimes she wanted to smack him and have a taste of his own medicine because of his arrogance.

Gabby is the only person she knew who’s arrogant yet sweet at the same time.

“Why do you always eat so messily, Psyche. You still look like a child. ” Gabby smirked and wiped the corner of her mouth with his finger and ignored the customers around them.

She pouted at him. When she really is with him she feels very light. It was really nice to have a best friend like Eros Gabriel.

"I THINK I'm fallen, fallen in love with you…" Psyche sang softly while baking cookies. She is in a good mood because of her date last night.

He thought that disaster would be the result of his date because that was the first time he had dated but the opposite happened. Her date is so perfect that it seems to be drawn from the page of English novels she reads.

He is dating Rance Miguel, a criminal lawyer-cum-tennis player. He recognized it once when it landed on Bite Me! with its nephew. Ever since that day, he became her constant guest on her shop. When he asked for a date, he was hesitant because this was the first time someone had invited him on a date. But he still wanted to meet Rance so he agreed. Also, she wants to experience dating.
