Chapter 8
“Think about it, you also have the benefit of pretending because I will be your dummy girlfriend. I will teach you the moves so you can have a girlfriend. Aba, Nile! Ever since I met you, you have done nothing but sleep. I don't think you know how to flirt. ”
She smiled at its relentless rant. And the damned woman, her lack of love life was even discussed!
He raised an eyebrow at it which he knew he hated because it could not do that. "The benefit I get is the 'the moves' that you will teach me to have a girlfriend?"
It nodded. “Exactly! It's as if you are not sound asleep. ” It moved closer to him. His face was only a handful away from his face so he slightly backed away. He read the curiosity in her eyes and knew she would not like what she had to say next. "During our friendship, at least once Nile, you did not mention who you wanted—"
"Okay, I agree." He was willing to take his mind away from what it was saying. That happened because his eyes immediately twinkled.
Laughing he hugged her. “Thank you, Nile! Thank you, thank you! You’re the best guy friend in the whole world! ”
He rested spaciously. Safe, he said to himself.
He jokingly ordered it. "Yes. Yes."
Smiling it released him. “You have climbed to the top. Kuya Harmond is waiting for you. ”
"After you get my yes, will you drive me away?"
It just made him smile foolishly.
Shaking he came out of the living room. As he passed through the kitchen — because the stairs up there were close by — he frowned when he saw the seemingly deluge pass by. He just smiled at the thought of who did it then.
Upon entering Harmond's room he noticed his friend was busy in front of his laptop.
"Did she give you the cake?" its question not looking at him.
He slumped on his bed. “No. He passed me by his boladas. ”
Smiling she looked at him. “Good for you. But knowing you, you will still eat it when he gives it. I pity you, Nile. ”
He just threw the pillow here and closed his eyes. He woke up last night because he had just finished work at Knights Limited.
"Why did you call me?"
It immediately looks serious. "Nile, read this."
And when he read what was written on the papers, his thoughts were on the person involved — to that person who will surely be hurt by this news. And if someone does not want to see you hurt, that person is involved.
“God, Harmond! This will hurt her. ”
It violently stroked her hair. “I know, I know. I was shocked, too. I’m trying to confirm this but I’m afraid how she will react but what can I do now? Nothing. Help me, Nile. I need to find the right time to tell her this. ”
Although he did not like the decision, he nodded.
