Chapter 5

Airin breathed a sigh of relief as he walked down the long corridor of the main building. Her eyes were also naughty as she walked. He avoids the way he and Les meet. He is embarrassing. Who is a sensible woman who will suddenly faint just because of Les's sudden proposal (which is fake)? Of course, he alone. So he does everything to avoid it. Maybe that's what he thought about him.

'Kainis kasi. Why did he faint! The OA of his reaction, 'pissed.

"You idiot, Airin! Look now, you haven't reached first base, you tsugi right away," he said softly to himself and shook his head slightly.

"At last, I found you, Airin."

Airin violently turned to the source of that voice. He saw Les standing not far from where he was standing. It stared at him intently as he slowly approached her.

Airin felt the color escape from her face as she looked at Les. She did not know what to say to the man. Will he first explain why he fainted or will he explain why he avoids it?

She didn't know what to do anymore!

"Airin, can you tell me what's wrong? I did everything to prove to you that you are the one I love. I did everything to show that. What else is missing? Tell me and I'll do it just to prove that I truly love you, "Les said wholeheartedly in front of him. Next up is kneeling on it.

Okay. Tell me what's wrong here, people.

"Les—"

"Let me explain, Airin, please. I really love you. Of all the women in my life, I only felt it for you." At the same time it taught the sincerity of its heart. "You are the only one my heart cries out for. Is it too much for me to ask for you to say you'll love me too, Airin?"

Airin's heart was pounding and he even thought that his heart would suddenly be removed from its place. Les's words had such a powerful effect on her.

Airin felt a slight pang on her chest because of that thought. Bwisit.

He let out a sigh of relief to widen his chest then smiled at Les. "Okay, Les, I'll say it now. I love you, too."

This is probably the opportunity he is waiting for to carry out his plan, the plan to make Les fall in love with him.

I hope he can handle it.

"I OWE you my life, Airin. Thank you so much and sorry for the trouble I caused you a while ago," Les said to Airin before handing him a bottle of softdrink.

Kiming Airin smiled at the man then drank the softdrink he gave her. Les took him to the locker room of the tennis club after he confessed earlier in the corridor. He is free to hang out here with Les because he has no class.

"That's okay, no. I'm happy to help you," Airin said after drinking.

Les's neck was very scratchy. "I'm really sorry if I acted like that. I know you were shocked earlier. I just wanted to talk to you but I saw them ..." he trailed off before shaking his head. It slumped to sit next to him. They were sitting on the floor.

Airin nodded to show Les that he understood it even though he almost (as in almost, ha) he believed that his confession was true earlier.

Jusko, I'm really ambitious!

"Just tell me what you want in return, I'll give it to you. Promise that, Airin."

Whatever? Can I ask for your love and care? Can you give it? He smiled mischievously because Les thought and noticed that.

"Hey! What are you thinking? I don't seem to like your smile, Miss Airin."

Airin just shook his head and tried to stop smiling but his smile still disappeared.

"You really don't want to say?" Les threatened and glared at him slightly.

"No!"

"Is that so?"

Airin froze in shock when Les suddenly tickled her on her waist. He tickled that part of his body too much.

"'Don't! My tickle is strong there!"

He struggled to get out of Les's grasp and felt like a restless puppet. Due to overcrowding, he lost his balance until he lay on the floor and Les was even touched. As a result, it was superficial to him.

"That's enough, Les!"

"Tell me first what you thought earlier so you can smile like a demon," Les said while continuing to poke at his waist. It does not seem to have noticed their current position.

"Yes. We will!"

Les stopped tickling Airin but did not move or even sit up. Airin immediately stared at her face which was now very close to her face. It's just a matter of time between their lips and just one wrong move by him (supposedly he can sink but up and down, such instances), they can go lips-to-lips. One wrong move and she would finally have her first kiss. Not that she would do that, mind you.

Airin could feel the warmth coming from his body. His hot breath hit her face causing her hair to stand on her arm and neck. The arms that were wrapped around her body gave her the chills — in a good way. It was giving her comfort that she felt she could only find in him.

But why is that? Does their closeness seem to have no effect on Les? Only Airin was affected. It seems like even if he kisses it, there is still no reaction. Did he not even have the slightest appeal in Les's eyes? Justice!

"Hey, Airin. Are you asleep, Sleeping Beauty?"

Airin blinked and then stared into Les's blue eyes. She was mesmerized. His eyes were truly breathtaking. Especially up close.

"Wow! Rated PG!"

"Hey, cover Rein's eyes. The youngest is still innocent!"

"I'm innocent too, Reus."

"'Where are you, Cloud. You're just innocent here, hey."

Airin and Les and I immediately turned around when we heard a series of voices. Unbeknownst to them, Les's friends had already entered the locker room. Airin felt the redness on her face when she saw the teasing look of Les's friends.

"Drop that look, Reus. We don't do any miracles," Les said.

"Weh? Doing nothing? Or doing nothing yet?" smiling Reus replied before turning to him. "Hello, Miss. You are the woman Les' heart is screaming for."

"Huh?"

"Your confession is all over campus, Les. In less than ..." The man who spoke looked at his watch. "Five minutes, you and your girlfriend are the topic at SVU."

"You're really good, Kei. When it comes to things like that, you're good. You're great!"

He looked at the two speakers. He did not know their names but he knew them by face. The only ones he knows because of Les's eight friends are Cloud and Enzo.

Les shook his head and then suddenly put his arm around Airin, to his great surprise — and trembling. "Guys, guys. You haven't introduced yourself to Airin yet but you're already blabbering on. Look at her, she thought maybe you were mental fugitives. Even though you are really mentally fugitives," he joked.

"Stupid. That's you!"

"You are the leader of the mental fugitives!"

"Enzo is the promoter."

Les just smiled. Airin inevitably stared at her lips. Only now did he see such an expression on its face. Yes, he was smiling but never been this kind of smile. It was as if he was free. Maybe Les is really like this when friends are with him. As if he was the reason for its fun, right?

"You already know Airin. My girl," Les said suddenly

"Pretend girl," Enzo whispered.

"It's the same. Airin, these group of idiots, morons but handsome men are unfortunately my friends. You already know Captain Enzo and then Cloud, my doubles. These are Kei, Chase, Chuck, Reus, Guji, and Rein, "Les introduced himself to his friends.

Airin looked at the men one by one. Les did not brag when he said his friends were handsome because they were really handsome. Why is it like this? It looks like all the handsome ones at SVU were stoned at the tennis club! If he hadn't just been in crush with Les, he might have made his friends cute, especially with Chase who has very nice eyes.

Of course it's just a joke. Airin is loyal, eh.

Kei 'yong said earlier that her "relationship" with Les is already on campus. He was wearing glasses and when he looked at it, the man seemed to be quiet but there was something in Kei that he could not explain properly.

Chase, on the other hand, was smiling at Airin but he seemed to want to be surprised by her smile. He was smiling as if he was hiding something. Weird. He was handsome but weird.

Chuck, on the other hand, looks shy based on the kiming smile it gives him.

Reus is all-smiles to him so his first impression of it is that it is a joke and a joke. Obviously, eh. Also annoying.

Guji is the opposite. Its face is very serious as if it were a human eater. It looks like Enzo version two point zero.

The last one is Rein who is the youngest of the friends. This one looks snobbish and serious type. It looks like Enzo's mini-me.

"Hello," Airin greeted the men then smiled at them.

"How about Charlie and Heidi?"

"Heidi, okay, can't paint her face. It looks like she drank vinegar," Reus laughed then gave a hi-five to Les.

"What are your plans, Les?" Enzo asked accompanied by the nod of Chase and Chuck. Kei, on the other hand, has something tucked in her bag. Guji was bored looking at the racket he was holding, obviously having no intention of participating in the conversation.

Airin could not help but be amused while looking at this group. They were different with each other but they formed a team well.

"Plans?" Les' yon.

"What are you going to do now. You've already done the first step, what about the next one?"

"I don't know anything like that so I'll pass first. Guji, let's practice," Rein turned to Guji then went straight out of the locker room. Guji immediately followed.

"What about you Airin? Are you thinking of anything?" Enzo turned to him.

"None."

"I have a suggestion!" Reus's hand was still raised, feeling maybe it was in the classroom.

"Yeah?"

"Of course there is still part two, isn't there? It's all over the campus that you are dating so you have to show them the truth. Practice more."

"Practice?" Les and I asked at the same time.

"Date, like that. So that you can get used to each other's company, so that you don't need to. To make your pretense more convincing," Reus said and turned to Enzo. "What do you think?"

"For the first time, I agree with Reus."

Me, too! I super, duper agree with Reus. Les and I should date. This chance. Chance, dude!

"Date ?!" Airin's words sounded scary to cover up the thrill he was feeling. Maybe when they notice that he crushed Les, he will be immediately rewarded for his role.

"Yes. It's like getting-to-know-each-other stage. Be friends, have fun but still need to have sweetness to each other. For SVU students, especially Charlie and Heidi, who are really dear love one another. "

"It looks like that too. Your acting should be perfect. And I nominate myself as a scriptwriter, then Coach is the director. Cool, no?"

"Just shut up, Reus," Enzo growled then left the locker room followed by Kei.

"I don't know about you, Reus. Just sleep on that," Cloud said following Enzo and Kei as well.

"What do you think, Les?"

"I can't think, Reus," Les said and to Airin's surprise he suddenly grabbed her by the arm and led her out of the locker room.

Airin looked at his hand that was holding her wrist. She suddenly felt contented and happy.
