Chapter 6

“Flah! Flah!” Ruwa started to try and reach out to Flavian and trying to call out to him. “Flah! Flah!” She kept saying with everyone looking at her who was trying to get over to Flavian.

Flavian was a bit shocked, causing him to drop his fork in his hand and look at the baby that was calling out to him. It made his heart soften to see that a baby would actually want to go to him. Reis had gone over, taking Ruwa out of Daxt’s arms and letting her into Falvians arms. “She wants to go to him, so let her go to him.” Reis said, going back to eating soon after.

Flavian stared at the little baby that was in his arms, he felt that it was instincts that made him hug the little baby more securely into his arms. ‘She is so cute.’ He thought.

Both Daxt and Takuya were staring at Reis with a deadly gaze, seeing that he would actually go on ahead and give Ruwa to Flavian. “If you both want to be fair, then let Ruwa just hang out with someone who is not either of her family. Might as well let it be a punishment for you both.” Reis told them both.

‘Reis is really brave!!! Number one brother in the world!!!!’ Ruwa felt glad that she was finally out from between both of the adults who argued like children. Looking up to Flavian, she then noticed a small bruise mark on his neck and shoulder that looked slightly purple. ‘Why is that there?’ She thought. Grabbing onto his collar, she then opened it and babbled to make it seem like she was a clueless baby that wanted to just grab things.

“H-Hey!” Flavian was a bit startled, but he could not let go of Ruwa who was tugging at her collar. Being given no choice, but to have his collar shirt open up and reveal bruises.

“Did those alphas do that?” Reis asked Flavian with his being released without even knowing it.

‘Is this what pheromones feel like??? It is so strong. It makes me want to puke a bit.’ Ruwa started to cry and mumble as if trying to get out of Flavian’s arms and run away. “Arggg! Mmm!” She was starting to hate the thought of pheromones that could be released in such a way.

“Hey! Don’t start releasing your pheromones in this house!” Takuya looked at his son who was unconsciously doing so. Daxt had dragged his son outside to get him away from the omegas in the room.

“Mr. Minami, here.” Flavian handed Ruwa back to Takuya who knew that she would be the most sensitive towards the pheromones that Reis had released. “Do you want to tell us about those bruises? We don’t want you going anywhere if it will be harmful to you.” Takuya worried about Flavian, knowing that an Omega’s life was not easy.

“Don’t worry about it. These bruises are nothing.” Flavian did not want them to worry about him.

Finally, calming down, Ruwa looked at the omega that was trying to avoid involving them. Mumbling, she kept trying to go over to Flavian to convince him to tell them at least. “Flah. Flah.” She kept saying his name in a short version.

“I think she is worried about you.” Takuya smiled. Looking at how his daughter experienced alpha pheromones, but she still worried about others. Flavian just kept looking at the little girl who kept calling his name.

“…” Flavian looked at Ruwa again, he sighed and told Takuya about it.

“Why are you still with that family!?” Takuya was angry, seeing how Flavian was being abused in a household like that.

“I can’t really do anything. I don’t have any other family, but them.” Flavian said with sadness in his voice.

Listening into his life, Ruwa did not think that Flavian lost both of his parents and left with his uncle’s family that did not even treat him like a human being. ‘Those people are bastards! If only I wasn’t a baby then I would get a metal pipe and beat them to a pulp!’

“Flavian, if you ever need to get away from them. You are free to come here whenever you want. Don’t feel like an outsider.” Takuya petted Flavian’s head, seeing his eyes start to water.

“Thank you.” Flavian said to him.

Finding herself in a little stroller, she could see that there were a lot of people out in the park today. Takuya and Daxt decided to let her go outside and see a bit of the outside world. ‘Hm, so I guess this is what outside is like without being stuck at home all the time.’ She thought. ‘Although, why are they here as well?’ She looked over to see Flavian and Reis who were walking side by side in the park which made it seem like they were a couple. ‘They are even dressed up nicely together. What are they hiding?!’ Eyeing the two that were walking further and further away from them. ‘Hey, are you two going to just let them go off on their own?’ Struggling around in her stroller, it had caught the attention of her papa who looked down to see her moving around energetically.

“Oh, are you ready to see more of the outside?” Takuya said in a cheerful and baby like tone for her.

‘Really?’ She felt annoyed that he was still using that tone with her. ‘This is really getting old now.’ Wishing that he would just stop with that entire tone to make her life easier.

Being carried out from the stroller, she kept eyeing the two who had long walked off ahead of the three of them. “Is it alright to leave the two alone?” Takuya asked, looking over to Daxt who only smiled at him and his daughter.

“It’s fine. They know not to cause any trouble here.” Daxt replied.

‘This man really does not care.’ Ruwa gestured her hands, trying to get Daxt to carry her. ‘Sorry papa, but I want to be able to see the place at a higher level.

Daxt knew the gesture, taking Ruwa into his arms while Takuya sighed. “She sure favors you a lot more. I don’t understand why she keeps favoring you more than me when I saved her.” Takuya wanted Ruwa to like him more, but it would always turn out to be Daxt who would win her favor.

“She’ll come to like you more in the future. Don’t think that she favors one over the other.” Daxt tried to cheer up Takuya.

‘No, I definitely like dad more than papa.’ Ruwa on the other hand admitted in her head.

“Oh, whose child is this?” A couple had walked up to them, taking a look at Ruwa who stared at another child in the couple’s arms.
