Chapter 4 4

Nandini's POV:

I was crying my heart out.. I had a fight with my father.. Again!

It's not new.. My father and me were never in good terms.. We had so much differences.. That's why we always ended up fighting..

Suddenly I heared my phone ringing.. It was Shina..

"Hi.." I said tried to sound chirpy.. but the other side was silent.. After few seconds shina finally said,"U again fought with uncle.Hain na?" That's the reason why I love my friends to death.. They always knew what's bothering me..

"Yeah.. But let's not talk about it.. I badly need a distraction." I said.. "Well guess what? I have a perfect news for ur distraction. We are going to club!! Now stop sulking and Dress sexily.." Shina giggle..

"Shut up.. I don't need to dress sexily bcz I am already sexy.." I said and cut the call.. Seriously my friends were angels.. They were always there for me..

I took a shower and put on a tight sleeveless black dress which reached till my mid thigh.. I brushed my hair and pulled them in a high ponytail.. I use minimum makeup and applied sexy red lipstick.. I wore my black high heels.. I was ready to go when Mukti called telling me they were outside of my house..

"Girl u took my words seriously.. Look at the boys they can't take their eyes off u." Shina said as we were standing at the bar counter for our drinks.. "I can see that but also the other guys are gawking at all of us." I said.. All of us looking sexy as hell was not helping at all..

It's been two hours we were continuously drinking and dancing like crazy... Suddenly I was pulled against a hard chest.. "Dude she is my girlfriend so back off.." I heard someone saying.. But I never had boyfriend since a long time.. I looked up and saw a pair of Brown eyes staring at me.. "Manik?" I said..

"Girl what were u thinking while drinking.. U are drunk.." He said.. "So? It's not new..." I replied.. "We need to go home come." He said. "But my friends.." "They are in safe hands with my friends..don't worry.." He said while dragging me..

He made me sit on his BMW.. He started driving.. "So tell me the address of ur house.." He asked.. "I won't.. I don't want to go back there.." I said.. "What?!why?" Manik asked amused.. "I will remember my father's harsh words if I go back there.." I replied sadly..

"Ok.. So where u want to go?" He asked again.. "Anywhere ..but not there.." I replied.. After sometime he stoped the car infront of a house.. "Whose house is this?" I said in hushing tone.. "Why are u hushing?" He said loudly.. "Sshhh the owner will get mad if he heard us.. It's quite late u know." I replied looking here and there..

But he laughed very loudly.. "God..u are so cute.. By the way no one will get mad at u..because it's my house.." He said and I pouted while frowing at the same time.. "Why we came to ur house?" I asked.. "Bcz u didn't want to go to urs.. So this was the last option." He said as he eased my frown with his finger..

He guided me to his room.. "Ur room is so boring..no color! Only black and white.." I complained.. He chuckles "Well thank u.. This compliment is really new. Here take this and change.. This is the last I can manage.." He said handing me a blue shirt and denim shorts..

"I am hungry.." I said.. "U change.. I am going to arrange some food.." He said and left the room..

After few minutes he came back with pasta.. And water I guess.. "Here drink this lemonade.. Only after that u can eat these pasta.." He said.. I pouted but still drank that.. After that he started feeding me and I was gazing the stars from window..

"U like stars?" He asked.. "Yes.. They are so beautiful.. U?" I said.. "Me too.. But now they are not as beautiful as the one sitting right in front of me." He said.. "I am sitting in front of u but I am nit star." I said confusingly..

"U are my star." He said.. "Tum pagal ho.." I said and laughing.. "Never mind I also don't know why I said that.. u finished ur food .. Now go to bed and sleep.." He said.. "No.. I will have a nightmare about my father again.. I always have them when I fought with him.." I said..

"What u saw before?" He asked.. "The things he said on my face.. That how he wanted a boy but he had me.. How useless I can be.. I won't able to run his company.. How he never trust me..etc.." I said sadly.. He was looking at me shocked!

"Don't looked shocked..they are not nightmare.. Flashback from the past.." I said with a sad smile.. "Do u have siblings?" He asked.. "No.. After me my mother conceive again but had a miscarriage. Doctor said she won't be able to conceive again. My father loves my mother so he said it's ok but it was not." I replied..

"U know I always wanted to make him proud.. But he never.." I didn't remember saying anything Bcz dark surrounded me..

Manik's POV:

I was shocked.. How could someone be so cruel with an angle like her.. I thought only my father had a problem with my music but her father had problem with her whole existence!! God..

She was looking so hot in that black dress.. I had to prevent myself from punching the guys who was gawking at her.. She always behave like a happy parson.. she is everything but happy.. She couldn't finish her line before passing out..

I made her lay down on the bed.. She was sleeping peacefully.. I cover her with a blanket and left the room.. I used another room for myself..

Morning..

I didn't sleep much last night.. Nandini's word had a great impact on me.. It was 8 in the morning I took a shower and entered in the kitchen.. Well i didn't know much cooking so I started making scramble eggs..

"I never knew Manik malhotra can cook also." I heared her saying that..

"Oh u don't know many things about me.. Omg don't u look good in my cloths?" I said and she blushed..

"Thank you and sorry. Thank u for taking care of me and sorry for bothering u too much.." She said.. "Don't be.. Have some breakfast.. I will make some coffee.."

We finished our breakfast while talking.. "Isn't it the best breakfast u ever have?" I asked and she giggled.. "U are so into urself.. Isse pehle kitno ko breakfast banake khilaya hain?" She asked me.. "U are second." I said..

"U have girlfriend!! She won't mind if I am here?" She asked..

"No.. I don't have girlfriend.. God..first one was my mom." I replied.. "Manik why didn't u take me to my home?" She asked.. "U said u don't want to go and u also didn't tell me the address.." I said without looking at her..

"Really?? U have my number without me giving it to u.. So u wouldn't have any problem to find out my address.." She said..

"Ok.. I didn't want to leave u by your own..u looked so disturbed.." I replied.. "Maine apni boring life k bareme bataya hain n tumko?" She said..

"That was not boring.. It was motivating.. I need your help actually." I said.. "Yeah, say it." She said.. "No..not now..i will tell u later.. Get ready.. You need to go ur house.." I said..

Nandini's POV:

He was so sweet.. We were friends.. Bcz he said he would be very happy if i accept his friendship.. I never thought ny friend will be THE MANIK MALHOTRA.. Lead singer of fav5..

He dropped me to my home.. He said rather ordered me to take rest bcz it's too late for college.. I was so happy but I suddenly got a text and all the happiness replaced with fear..

"You shouldn't have stay the night with him sugar.. U know how possessive I am.. Too much freedom not good so I am coming to get you."
