"It's for your own good Le". Carol said worriedly

"Well all thanks to your brother for making me go there in the first place" Leila said with so much hatred 

Le? Carol called softly

"You don't fuckin Le me now. you don't fuckin know what I went through in there, they treated me like a fuckin mental person!!

"You were le" mom said annoying me more

"Well all thanks to her brother for being a rapist and a liar; ...uhm she snort "a twin no one else knows off even the sister".

"It's true le, we've found him and he is now in jail." Carol said 

What!! Leila exclaimed surprise and confuse

"That's why I brought you here in the first place after You fainted on Phil's arms" Carol said softly, then continued when she saw the confused look Leila was giving her. "You don't remember, do you? She asked, looking her in the eye.

"I.. I remembered that I went there. What possessed me to go there in the first place I don't even know" Leila said angry at herself

"You're not helping me" Ann stated

"OK. I went there, I remember banging on his door and him opening it, after that nothing. Look.. What has this got to do with this? Leila said angrily

"Everything" mom said sounding angry "Leila carol here is trying to help and you're not helping".

"Mom.. I began but stopped when she interrupted me with her loud voice

"Stop this shitty attitude this minute Leila and listen to what carol have to say".

Silence

For a while

" You can continue now Carol," Ann said when she's sure that Leila is not going to interrupt again.

"When you fainted, Phil called me to come and Carry you home. He thought that I had told you the truth and I should have but I was out of the country and yeah.. I know I should have told you yesterday when I got back but I didn't see the rush in that. I'm sorry that that caused you another tear..' She stopped, take a deep breath then continues 

"le... Listen you are not the only one hurting here my brother is too, he has been even when you decided to move on. I don't know how to explain this but I know my brother and I know he is hurting after I figured out the whole truth ...image your girlfriend accusing you of rape and your sister the eyes witness. Le I know what I saw. The anger, the pain in your eyes, the tears and my step brother on top of you, forcing you. I know it Le.. And I still do but you've got to shift your anger towards the real culprit and go console Philip cause he needs you right now le" Carol said looking at a more confused Leila but knowing that the confusion in her eyes will soon turn to pain she decided to take her time which explains what happened to her. 

"Also when you are ready tell me so you can go see your rapist and here's his picture" she said as she hands her phone over to her then continue

"Alex and Phillip were born when their mom and our dad were having issues so when they divorced their mother took Alex with har leaving Phillip behind so obviously dad decided to keep that information to himself even till he and my mom died in that plane crash and Phil didn't know until that night. Phil also told me that his mom had been blackmailing him with the company so he went out that night to put an end to it and that was when he found out about his twin.

He said he was happy though to share his wealth and company with his twin and he had thought that they had an agreement, that everything is now alright then she brought the idea of him sleeping over he wasn't reluctant to decline because obviously, he had to get back to you

When he found himself in the same house the next day, he was so angry and confused but now thinking about it, he is a hundred percent sure that Alex had drugged him. le see you have to help my brother recover ...please, he is in so much pain" Carol said as she stares at her pleadingly

"Le please ...please don't break my brother's heart no more" Carol whispers as she wipe away the tears she didn't know was there in the first place" 

"Mom...! Leila called out crying after looking at the pictures

"Baby... It's not your fault, you didn't know." Ann said consoling her daughter as she also Wipe away her own tears
