Dylan POV

Amelia fucking bitch brown is in front of me after 7 years, when I saw her name on my interview list, I thought it was somebody else. But now she was sitting in front of me.

"So why are we having this lunch? "The bitch asked, I looked at her beautiful face and felt like strangling her. That woman ruined my life and now she was back pretending as if nothing happened.

"We are having this lunch like normal people or do you think I bought you here for something else"

"Dylan I_" I raised my hand to stop her from talking.

"Call me Mr. Blackstone, you don't have the privilege to call me by my name," I told her with hatred showing on my face.

"Right, am sorry Mr. Blackstone, "she said looking defeated and I grin wickedly. I wanted her to suffer as I did. She stands up and I thought she was leaving but she points to the washroom. "I need to use the washroom" she announced and walk away.

Amelia is a big pretender, she looks hurt and that was how I wanted her to feel, hurt as I felt seven years ago. I decided to call my fiancee, Anna the girl who stood by me when Amelia left me. I love Anna but sometimes I do feel I don't love her because that bitch still haunts my mind. I called Anna to the restaurant I was and then I smiled and waited for the drama to start. Amelia returned some minutes later, she smiled at me and sat down.

" I placed an order while you were gone, hope you like spaghetti? "I asked and she nods.

"Dy- I mean Mr. Blackstone, why am I here? Did I get the job? "She asked and I stare at her but she averted her eye.

"Well Amelia, you got the job. Am not as heartless as you are "I responded and Amelia stared at me and I wonder what she was thinking. The waiter came back with our orders and left, I began to eat and watch Amelia staring outside not eating her food.

"Well the food won't eat itself, dig in and don't waste my money "I sneered and she obeyed and began to eat, just then Anna walked in and look around until her eyes landed on me, she smiled and walked to the table.

"Hey baby "she hugged Me and kissed me. "I have missed you"

"Well I miss you too love "I replied and I watch Amelia's expression, she looked hurt and sad.

"You didn't tell me this was a couple's lunch"Amelia whispered and I glare at her.

"Well, who is she? "Anna asked glaring at her as she sat down on another chair the waiter provided.

"Well baby, this is my new personal assistant Amelia"I introduced her but Anna continues to glare at her.

" Amelia, like the bitch who left you years ago " she sneered. "Why are you back bitch, you think you can win him back? "She mocked and I laughed.

" you don't have to feel insecure, I don't have any feelings for Mr. Blackstone and please refrain from calling me a bitch when you are one"Amelia responded and grinned. Anna slammed her fist on the table and glared at Amelia who pretend she was unaffected, I cleared my throat and calmed Anna down.

"Amelia please I will like it if you don't insult my fiancee, Anna and I are getting married soon and I will like it if you could give her the respect she deserves"

"Of course, sir, am sorry for that ma'am " she apologized and I knew she didn't mean it. Anna snorted, she began to tell me about her day and I responded pretending Amelia wasn't there.

"Anyways Amelia, thank you for leaving Dylan years ago. You lost a wonderful man and I found a wonderful man. When you left him, Amelia, I stood by him and now we are going to get married. Amazing right? "Anna squealed and hold my hand. I watch Amelia's expression and I could see she was feeling guilty and hurt. She stood up and grabbed her bag.

" thank you for the lunch, sir, I'll see you tomorrow and Anna has a wonderful marriage with him. Excuse me" Amelia said and walked out of the restaurant, I watched as she walked into the street and I saw her cleaning her face with a handkerchief. Was she crying? Did I hurt her? Why was I feeling guilty?

" I need to get back to the office Anna " I announced and stand up.

" But I haven't ordered food yet" she whined and I groan.

" well do Anna, I have a lot to do at the office"

" But you asked me to come here, why are you leaving so fast? " she asked and I gave no reply and walked out of the restaurant after sorting the bills. Amelia had changed my mood and it pissing me off. I yelled inside my car and drove into the street thinking about the face that ruined me years ago.

Amelia POV

The nerve of that man, how could he bring his fiancee to insult me? he didn't even how what happened years ago and he blames me for it. I'm not going to tell him because I don't wanna complicate things.

Anna is a beautiful lady and the right woman for Dylan except for her bitchy attitude. She is just feeling insecure. I mean what will you do if you see your fiance ex coming back after seven years. Of course, I will feel jealous. I wished them well but my chest burns at the thought of them together what could I do?. I am a bitch who broke a guy's heart years ago.

When I got home, I saw my mum in the kitchen making lunch. I walked to her and hugged her from behind. She smiled and face me.

"Did you get the job" she signed and I smiled?

"Yes I did"I signed back and she hugged me.

"Am proud of you baby, you are the best child in the world" she signs smiling. "I love you baby"

"I love you too mummy," I said and she smiled. "Am going up to wash up now, I'll come to join you soon" I sign and walked out of the kitchen. At least my mother is there for me and I would do anything for her, she means the world to me. I entered my room and lay on the bed and stare at the ceiling thinking about my life and what is going to happen later. ____________________________________
