Part 3

*Kendall's pov*

Before I could say anything she walks off, well that was interesting. her son said some stuff that was confusing, either shes not the one that gave birth or the one that gave birth to him is the one that died but that wouldn't make sense because Jonah has the same exact eyes as Cara, I'm so confused. I turn around and head to my first class which is a lovely history, not. why does history have to be so boring like why can't the teachers make is more upbeat and less lame? I walk down the stairs and go to my locker to get my backpack, I open the door and walk in and standing in front of me is Cara, I can't get away from this girl.

"Everybody this is the new student, please introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about yourself" I walk to the back of the classroom.

I got to my seat next to Ryan, he's the one from the parking lot when he was being an idiot and getting his hand fucked up.

"Well, I'm Cara Dele, I'm 19 and my friends and I start fights too much and get kicked out of school" the kid in front of me speaks up.

"Shouldn't you be in college if your 19?" the teacher was about to say something but Cara beat her to it.

"I had to take a year off because of family shit" the teacher clears her throat.

"Language," she said.

"Aw shit sorry" quickly after that Cara said "fuck sorry again" before she can say anymore the teacher tells her to sit down, this caused everybody to laugh.

The guy in front of me talks again.

"Here take my seat" he gets up and sits in the seat next to her. I bet he likes her.

"Thanks dude" ohhhh, this dude just got friend-zoned, that sucks.

She sits down and puts her backpack on the back of the chair, her bag is open so I can see right inside it and there's not much, just a notebook and a laptop. Just like the day before and before the teacher puts on an old ass movie and sits at her desk. Now I have to try and stay awake. We are 45 minutes into this boring movie and half the class is sleeping, I think the teacher is sleeping too.

The bell rings and everybody gets up and leaves, I grab my bag and get up to leave but for some reason, I look back at Cara and she's sleeping. Why do I have to be a good person and help people? I stand next to her desk and shake her a bit.

"Cara class is over wake up" she didn't move a muscle. I shake her again but with a little more force.

"Dude wake up" still nothing. Damn, she must be tired.

I lift up her hand and let it drop on the desk. That still didn't work so I'm gonna do something that's really mean but it's whatever.

"Jonah is hurt" I know its mean. She pops up wide awake and growls.

"Did you just growl?" I asked confused.

"Um no. I cleared my throat," she said while grabbing her bag.

"What's wrong with Jonah?" I start to walk away.

"Nothing, I just needed to get you up because you have to go to your next class" I can hear her sigh and walk behind me.

"Next time just leave me and don't talk about my kid" she seems super pissed when telling me that. Oh well, she shouldn't have fallen asleep.

She walks ahead of me and I'm guessing goes to her locker or shes breaking into someone's locker. My locker is right across from her. I'm putting my shit in my locker and as I take out new some books I hear a bang behind me. I look to see what's happening and Ryan and his gang are crowded around Cara.

"Not so tough now without your friends" Ryan never knows when to stop.

"Dude, I don't want to cause a scene just let me get to my class" she tries to move past them but he pushes her back against the lockers.

Cara seems to be extremely done with Ryan and I would be too.

"Mama are you ok?" everybody looks to the noise and we see Jonah.

Who let this kid out?

"I heard you," he said. Ryan walks over to Jonah.

"So you got knocked up and had this thing," he said.

"Jonah go back to class," Cara tells him.

"But mama they are being mean to you" I start to walk over to Jonah to help him back to class.

"Fuck off kid" after saying that Ryan pushes Jonah a little causing him to fall.

Right when Jonah hits the ground Cara runs to Ryan, picks him up to throw him down the hall. She looks at me and her eyes are a different color blue.

Oh my God, those are the eyes I saw last night.

She blinks and they are back to normal.

"How did you do that?" one of Ryan's friends asked.

"Fuck off before I put your head in the wall" with her saying that everybody fast walks away from her.

She turns around and picks up Jonah.

"Buddy why aren't you in your class?" she asked him.

"It was nap time and I heard you so I came because I thought you were hurt" this kid is so confusing. How could he hear her from the second floor?

"I love you bud, can you go with Ms. Kendall because mama needs to calm down outside" he nods his head.

"Can you please take him back?" it sounds like she's begging me to take him so I do.

"Sure, come on Jonah lets get back to class". I take Jonah out of her arms and she walks outside.

"Why are those people mean to my mama?" he asked me.

"I don't really know," I told him.

"I hope they stop" he puts his head on my shoulder.

"Me too"

I really need to talk to Ryan and tell him to stop being a dick.

*Cara's pov*

I let Kendall take Jonah out of my arms and I walk outside. I walk to the side of the school and try my best to not freak out. I think Kendall saw my wolf eyes and that's not good because she saw my face. I sit down in the grass and take a deep breath. I ball my hands up in a fist and close my eyes. If I don't calm down I will turn, and if I turn my packed will be informed and will come to see me causing a scene. I sit there for ten minutes until I hear someone next to me.

"Are you ok?" Kendall sits next to me.

"Yeah, I'm trying to work on my anger problems and I heard its best to get away from shit" why am I telling her this? It's not her business with what I'm doing.

Kendall moves to the front me, she grabs my hands.

"My ex taught me this so just go with it" she holds my hands while rubbing them.

"Close your eyes and take ten deep breaths" I do as I'm told.

When I take a deep breath she counts down from 10. I take my last breath.

"One"

She lets go of my hands, telling me to open my eyes.

"Better?" she asked.

"Actually yeah I am, that's the fastest I've calmed down," I said.

She stands up pulling me with her.

"It's lunch so let's go eat" she walks off back into the school.

Why didn't she ask me about my eyes? Most people would have flipped their shit if they saw my eyes turn like that. I walk to the lunchroom and when I open the doors all eyes are on me.

"What you looking at?!" I half yell making everybody whipping their head back to what they were doing.

"Calm down Car," Karlie told me threw my mind.

"I know," I tell her back.

Have I told you our powers yet? Well ill tell you now. As you know now Karlie the tall blonde, can talk threw people's minds and control them, like make people do stuff. Taylor, she's also blonde but the short one of the pack, she can control water. Alex the quiet one with sliver hair can control metal and Jake can control fire. Which is a good fit because of his curly red hair. Jonah doesn't get is powers till he's ten but there's a small slim chance that he could get them early. I can do everything, fire, water, mind, and metal. Basically, if I want to do something I can do it. My dad told me that he and I are the only ones in the world that have all powers so that's really cool.

I walk over to the table where everybody is sitting.

"So, I heard you got into it in the hallway earlier," Jake asked me.

"Yep, and I may have or may not have let Kendall see my wolf eyes," I tell them.

"Who's Kendall?" they all asked at the same time.

"She's the girl from the other night when we scared the shit out of those dudes" they all shake their heads.

"You're so stupid," Taylor said.

"I couldn't control it".

Karlie speaks up. "ill wipe her memory of it right now."

Before I can tell her to stop her face turns into a confused expression.

"I can't get into her mind," she said.

"What you mean?" Alex said.

"I can't get into her brain, I can't control her or wipe her memory. That's never happened before, What's wrong with this girl?" That's weird. Normally she can get into anybody's brain.

I look behind me and try to get into her brain also but I can't.

"I can't either" I look back at everybody.

"I don't like her one bit," Taylor said as everyone agreed.

"Why don't you like me?" I turn back around to see Kendall standing there.

"Yeah Tay, why don't you like her?" I ask Taylor.

Taylor looks at me like I just killed a dog.

"Because your dumbass of a friend is trying to be a big shot and he pushed a little kid" Kendall nods her head.

"He is a dumbass, and I talked to him about being stupid and pushing a kid. He said he will apologize to y'all, Cara and Jonah".

I look around Kendall to see dumbass flicking me off.

"Well your boy is flicking me off as we speak, I don't think he's gonna say sorry" she looks around and starts to walk to him.

"Oh shit drama time," Jake said.

We all keep our eyes on Kendall and dumbass.

"What's your problem? You are sticking up for that dork and her kid" Kendall steps closer to dumbass.

"What do you mean what's my problem? What about you? Your fucking with someone that didn't bother you" she raised her voice causing people to look.

"Kendall, don't start something you can't finish" for some odd reason everybody said oh shit.

I walk over to Kendall and dumbass.

"Dude if you have a problem with me then we can talk it out there's no reason to be a dick" he gets face to face with me.

"Back..the..fuck..up." He said while poking my chest with every word, he's so stupid.

"You just stepped up to me so don't tell me to back up" he pokes my chest again.

"Do you really what me to break your hand?" I ask him. He looks me in the eyes.

"I would like to see you try, I know you don't have the strength" I take a deep breath and ball my hands up in a fist.

"Were coming" Karlie said.

Seconds later I feel everybody behind me.

"Oh now you have your little gang, how cute" dumbass said while laughing.

I'm about to punch that smile off his face but before I can Kendall grabs my hand immediately calming me down. How the fuck does she do that?

"How did your heartbeat calm down so fast?" Karlie said threw our minds.

"Kendall grabbed my hand," I said back.

"I don't like her," she said again making me laugh a bit.

"What's so funny freak" I look back at dumbass.

"Oh you know when you have to look at someone as ugly as you then you have to laugh" everybody laughs.

I turn around and try to walk away but am pulled back around and punched in the face. I'm about to kill this fucker.

"You better run because if I can get my hands on you then you won't be breathing in a couple of minutes" I stand up.

I see that Jake has him on the floor beating him into a puddle. I try to go after dumbass but again Kendall stops me, grabbing my hand and takes me out of the cafeteria. She brings me to her locker.

"You're bleeding" she takes out a gauze pad and pats my face by my lip.

"I really am sorry about him," she said quietly.

"It's ok. After Jake is done with him then he won't be able to do anything from now on."

She sighs.

She looks into my eyes for a long time.

"Your eyes are beautiful" I smile.

"You're beautiful" Shh, I know its cheesy. No need to tell me. She blushes.

"Cara! Come on we already told him to tell everybody he fell down the stairs, and we E.M them all" I look away from Kendall and she backs up a bit.

"Stay away from Cara," Taylor said.

"She's good Tay, chill" she shakes her head and walks away with Karlie.

"I need to go to class," Kendall said while walking away.

I do the same and head to my next class.
