Chapter 6

She had only just met this person but she was kind of feeling warm towards him. She was kind, yes. But she doesn’t immediately warm up to someone she just met. That's what Yaya Mina and her Uncle Raffy taught her. But when it comes to Reiley, she is very different. She could not feel here the detachment she felt in other people. In fact, she things she's too invested in him right now for a mere stranger.

“So, let’s go?”

Rhianne bit her ballpen as she stared at the paper in front of her. He is currently in the Garden located right inside the University he attends. There he always hangs out when he wants to be alone or when he wants to relax. Even if he wanted to ride a bike, he couldn't because of his leg sprain. He still can't step on it straight.

So now he is here in the Garden. Alone.

Her friend Althea is not there because she is busy with her boyfriend. And since he doesn't have a lovelife that can be busy, he just looks for something that can be busy. And so far, he’s been trying to make poetry. But he could not write a word.

“Damn boredom! Damn poem! Damn car! Damn sprain! ” he exclaimed and even threw the ballpen he was holding.

It is not natural for him to be hot -headed. So just maybe he's hot -headed now because of what happened to his foot. Whatever the reason was, she didn’t care. Just, he’s a badtrip! And maybe no one can get rid of his badtrip now.

"He won't fight your ballpen, Kid."

He violently turned to the daring speaker and called him ‘Kid’. He was ready to be hit by the speaker but he stopped suddenly. The badtrip he felt when he met Reiley's smiling face disappeared like a moon. She was looking at him with a smile on her lips so it was even more handsome in her eyes.

He's really handsome in your eyes, isn't he?

Yes. I can’t deny that.

The wind just blew him away. Now she realizes that she is already attracted to this man. How could it be that his heart was beating so hard again that it seemed as if ten demons were chasing him. And another, his mood immediately cleared when he saw it.

“I told you not to call me‘ Kid ’!” she pretended to be sick of the man though she didn't really feel any annoyance about it.

"But you looked like a kid when you're throwing tantrums like that." said her who immediately stiffened her back.

Tantrums. Is he already having tantrums? Hasn't he stopped being a child since that incident? That includes tantrums.

“What’s wrong? Did I say something wrong? ” Reiley asked worriedly as he probably noticed his sudden erection.

He took a deep breath and tried to smile at the man. “Nothing’s wrong. I’m fine. I’m perfectly fine. ” his denial.

Reiley looked at him intently as if to ask if he was telling the truth. He immediately averted his eyes because he was afraid that it would read even his best kept secrets and secrets.
