Summary

I accidentally read online that a luxury cruise ship was looking for travelers for as little as $13.13 per unit! So I didn't hesitate to order, but when my friend and I stayed on the cruise for one night, we realized it wasn't that simple. Chapter 1

I purchased a luxury cruise ticket, but once on board, my friend and I all lost a cell signal! Our phones were hijacked, connecting to a bizarre live stream.

A man knelt on the cruise deck, his eyes bulging, and a dark, gaping hole in his neck oozed blood, forming a red sea around him.

One day earlier.

"Karen, did you find the horror story I just told thrilling?"

Every day after work, to ease my mental stress, I would recount horror stories to my friends.

Karen shivered under her blanket, her voice quivering with a hint of tears.

"That was really terrifying. Please don't tell me stories like that anymore. I'm scared!"

I chuckled, turned around, and prepared to continue working overtime.

Suddenly, a pop-up appeared. Tickets for cruise number 0707, emerging from the Bermuda Triangle, were on sale for just $444!

This bargain immediately caught my eye, and I swiftly snagged two tickets.

Then, excitedly, I flung back Karen's blanket.

"Karen, we've got a place to vacation now!"

The next morning, we boarded the cruise with our luggage.

"Wow, this is so luxurious!"

Karen swung open the door to our room, leaping onto the bed to roll around.

"This money was well spent! Not only meals and accommodation but also the vast ocean view is amazing!"

I stood by the window, stretched my arms, and took a deep breath, savoring the tranquility of the moment.

However, at midnight, our phones suddenly lost signal, followed by that eerie live stream.

I watched the man intently, feeling he looked strangely familiar.

"Dorothy, quick! Look at the comments!"

Karen's exclamation snapped me back to reality.

The comments were rapidly scrolling.

“Has my phone been hacked?”

"Whose live stream is this? Why can it be viewed without a signal?”

"How do I exit this?"

"Oh my! What is this? It must be fake!”

“Who is playing this prank? Come out!”

Seeing this, I realized that everyone on the cruise had lost their phone signal and had simultaneously entered this live stream.

This scene was eerily similar to the horror story I had told the day before, and Karen and I exchanged terrified looks.
