Hello Sir/Ma'am,
The patient has showed a significant improvement in mental and physical health. There have not been any downward spirals in over six months. Mr Jefferson believes the patient will be ready for release in a minimum of two weeks.
The patient will be placed in aunt's home. They have two daughters, one son and two dogs. The patient is excited to stay with her family and it is definite that the family issues will not arise again.
The patient's parents are still missing and yet to be found. Police have cleared the case as the parents being runaways and stopped searching for them. No charges have been filed.
The patient's older brother, Tristan, also remains missing. The police are still searching for the child, although, they are sure that they will not find him. He is also deemed as a runaway.
The patient is so far prescribed to medications for sleep, as patient experiences traumatic night terrors that are believed to be emotional enough to send the patient into a state of isolation.
We are incredibly impressed with the patient's improvements and have set a release date of January 16th. Although, weekly checkups will still occur whilst the patient is away until Mr Jefferson claims the patient is ready to move away from the therapy.
Kind Regards,
Chelsea Wood
