On Earth, there is only one race: wolves.

Some will prefer the term werewolf to define these beings with a strangely human aspect but able to metamorphose into a wolf at any time.

There are two types of wolves: Alpha and Omega.

In the animal world, the strongest dominates. Here are the Alphas. Generally males, they are the strongest, those at the top of the hierarchy.

Then there are the others...the Omegas. Insignificant, submissive and yet numerous.

Now let's get to the love part because obviously this story is about that;

Have you heard of soul mates?

They are two wolves, made for each other.

If one of the soul mates dies then the other dies of grief little by little.

To recognize your soul mate, it's a game of smells.

The wolf's favorite scent is present on his soul mate, allowing him to recognize her among all.

Denying your soul mate is like dying slowly. The absence of the other destroys to the point of killing with grief.

We also hear a lot about branding.

To mark a wolf is to affirm her. It is extremely symbolic.

There is a final category of wolves.

Rare, rebellious and living in the greatest secrecy.

They are called the Deltas...
