Chapter 2

"W-WHAT'S the meaning of this, Aiden?" Ian asked the man weakly. He felt a loss of strength as he stood there.

"Hey, let's leave Aiden and Ian here first," she heard one of Aiden's teammates say but she ignored it and kept her eyes on her boyfriend.

"Explain," he said when everyone got out of the gym and only the two of them were left. He did not even try to approach the man because he seemed to have been stabbed in his position.

Aiden did not even try to approach him. Instead it remained standing in the middle of the ring and staring at him. Silence enveloped the two of them because Aiden did not answer.

But later it also answered. "I'm not happy with our relationship anymore, Ian," he said in a cold voice, in a voice new to his hearing. He had never heard Aiden say this before.

"N-not happy anymore?" he repeated what he had said. Maybe he just made a mistake when he heard what he said. Maybe his ear is just playing with him.

The man just nodded and didn't say a word. At the same time the blurring of his vision. Suddenly he could not breathe because of the severe pain that lived in his heart. If only he could ask to disappear in front of it now.

"Y-you're breaking up with me," that was more confirmation than the question.

Aiden nodded and held out both hands then explained. "I suddenly got tired, Ian. Your spark, your excitement is gone. Even my love for you is gone."

Spark by the way, I hope this girlfriend made a pole so that she doesn't lose the spark!

Ian took a deep breath because his chest seemed to suddenly tighten. He also took a deep breath so that he could stop his tears from falling. It hurts, yes. But he did not want to look stupid in front of Aiden by crying. Yes, he can not accept that all of a sudden they will lose everything they have and he wants you to cry. But he would never do that in front of it. Never.

"I see. So I guess, we're just up to here. W-well, thank you for the times we've been together. For the memories and for everything ..." his voice growled so he didn't continue the others he would still say. Maybe when he speaks less, he will cry in front of it. "I better get going. Good luck to you, Aiden," he said goodbye and was about to turn around when his foot hit him, the box of chocolate cake he was carrying.

Without hesitation he picked up the box at the same time as tears flowed. She couldn't stop crying either. He wiped you quickly so that Aiden would not notice his crying. She even smiled even though the man tried to show her that she was okay. "It's a pity the cake I made is broken. I don't think it can be eaten anymore."

He turned his back on Aiden and took big steps to leave the university gym.

"Ian!"

She didn't even pay attention to Aiden's shout and almost ran away just to get away from the man. He did not know where his feet were taking him and he did not care. All she wanted was to get away from Aiden, to get away from the man who had given her another heartache.

He knew that because of Aiden's disappearance, the course of his life would change again. For Aiden has been a great part of her life. Aiden was always by his side when he felt alone. He was always there for her. He was her strength, her pillar.

Always.

But now it is gone. Everything will change. Just because the spark that it feels for him is gone. If he can electrify it, will it be able to bring back the spark it says for him?

She continued to cry as she ran. He was not able to wipe away his tears because of the box of cake he was holding, the cake he had worked so hard to make. His hand was almost cut just to make this cake perfect but nothing, not even useful. Why did he even release it earlier? Eh, hopefully, his stomach can still benefit from that. Extraordinary!

As he ran crying and bowed, he suddenly hit a wall. With the force of the impact he collapsed. He just closed his eyes and waited for her to fall on the cement.

But instead of feeling sick, he felt someone snatch him. Slowly she looked up and a man's face appeared to her — a tender and full of anxious man's face. His arm twisted around her body to probably prevent her from falling earlier. This is what he collided with and not a wall.

His face is too close. His hot breath hit her face and she did not know why but there seemed to be a creepy crawl on her body. He did not even know what had happened and his tears that had just seemed to be racing to flow down his cheeks seemed to stop flowing.

Who is this man?

This man seemed to be an angel coming down from heaven because of the super softness of the expression that was soothing on his face. His expression was so soft, so gentle that he rarely saw it on the faces of men today. His face was tender as well as his eyes. He also noticed the strange gleam in its eyes.

He looked so boyish and maybe it was because of his smile. Its face is clear and that is because of the indestructible smile on its lips. The man is white and has round eyes. Its lashes are pitch black, making it even tighter on its face.

"Are you okay, Miss?"

Even his voice was so soft. His voice seemed to make him laugh. Its voice is not feminine. In fact, his voice is masculine but he does not know why but the timbre of his voice is delicious and easy to hear. It seems to be singing to him.

"Miss?"

She seemed to wake up from a long sleep when she heard that voice of the man in front of her. He could feel the redness on his face because of the embarrassment. It caught him stunned here!

Shocks!

"Crying for a man like your boyfriend is useless. So don't bother wasting your tears for a man like that," he said.

Ian violently let go of the man who had hit him. Maybe he meant well but she did not need his opinion, thank you very much!

He glared at it. "Who are you, huh? Why are you so excited? You're a star! Leave me alone!" she could not help but salute the man. He felt a little annoyed with it and even with himself.

Annoyed for this because it seemed to know the reason for her crying. Annoyed to himself because he seemed to have forgotten what had happened lately because of this man's simple smile. Which wasn't normal!
