Pizza with the Maknae Line
I gave everyone, including myself a glass of chocolate milk, I sat down next to Jungkook. Jimin and Taehyung were across from us. I asked, "So, you're officially known to all of South Korea now."
"I still can't believe it," Jungkook told me.
"And you were there with us, Noona," Jimin told me.
"Oh, all I did was do your hair and makeup," I told him.
"You're fun to be around, and you keep us humble and fed. Also, Yoongi-hyung seems happier with you around." Taehyung replied.
"I'm his lifelong friend. Why wouldn't he be happy?" I asked.
The boys looked at each other, then chuckled. I heard the doorbell ring, "Oh, that must be the pizza."
I opened the door. I get along with the delivery man well because I've been his number one customer since I moved here. I gave him the money, and I said, "Have a wonderful night. Go home to your fiancé."
He chuckled, "I'll try to."
After he left, I put all the pizza down.
The boys' eyes widened beyond their faces, but Jimin asked me, "What's your favorite pizza, Noona?"
"Supreme," I told him.
Jimin gave me the first slice of the supreme. I said, "You didn't have to do that."
"You're feeding us," Jimin told me, smiling.
I smiled, then everyone else picked up a slice of pizza. I asked, "So, Jimin, what style of dance did you train in?"
Jimin looked at me in surprise, "Ballet. How could you tell?"
I laughed, "I studied jazz for 10 years. Usually, I can tell when hip-hop isn't someone's first style."
"Can we see you dance, Noona?" Taehyung asked.
"Maybe some other time, when this pizza has had some time to digest," I replied to him.
Jungkook has been quiet for a while, so I asked, "What do you enjoy doing, Cookie?"
He looked up at me and said, "I like drawing."
I smiled, "Really? I would've never guessed."
We spent an hour eating, laughing, and talking about the day as a whole. Taehyung asked me, "So, you actually got to bump into Hyorin-noona. Is she taller than you or shorter than you?"
I laughed, "She's actually taller than me."
Jimin smiled, "And you and Mi Ho-noona are the only ones on the team who are shorter than me."
I laughed, "Is height that big of a deal for you?"
"Yes, because our maknae will never stop reminding me of it," Jimin told me.
I looked at Jungkook, "Now, Cookie. You ought to be more sensitive to your hyung's feelings."
Jungkook just gave me a mischievous smile. I believe the older members have created a monster. Taehyung asked me, "Do you feel like dancing, Noona?"
"Maybe some other time, Taehyung. However, I'm still able to keep my flexibility with certain exercises like yoga." I explained.
The boys seemed interested. I smiled, "You want me to teach you sometime?"
"Yes." They answered in unison.
I laughed. Then I heard a knock on the door. I laughed, "It's probably one of the older members."
I walked toward the door and looked through the peephole. It's Yoongi. I smiled and opened the door, "Hello, Yoongi."
"Hello, Eunji-ah. I would ask where the children are, but I see them behind you." He told me, waving at the maknae line.
They waved back. I chuckled, "We still have some pizza left. Care to join us?"
"No, you can keep them for the next hour. Any more than that, and I'll have to hear Jin-hyung being the mother he is." Yoongi explained.
"I'll send them back within the hour," I told him.
Yoongi nodded, then walked away. I walked back and said, "So, you have another hour with me. Anything else you want to do?"
Jungkook looked up, "Maybe teach us some yoga?"
"Hmm, I don't know. Yoga is something you constantly practice. All of you already have your hands full of dance practice, producing and recording songs, performances, photoshoots. I could continue with the laundry list, but I digress." I explained.
Taehyung looked at me with large doe eyes. I said, "Fine. Let me grab some mats."
Jimin looked confused, "You have more than one mat?"
I nodded, "Usually, when I do yoga with other people, someone always, I repeat, always forgets to bring a mat."
I chose the purple one, Jungkook chose the blue one, Taehyung chose the turquoise, and Jimin chose the light blue one. I smiled and then started showing poses for beginners, like the child's pose, downward dog, etc. Jimin and Jungkook didn't seem to have many issues. Taehyung, however, was struggling a little bit. I walked over to him and helped him with his posture. He inhaled sharply and said, "You do this every day, Noona?"
"Every morning before I show up for work," I replied, smiling.
I smiled, then said, "Ok, we're done."
Taehyung fell on his side, and the other two got up without a problem. I helped Taehyung outside the door and said goodbye to all three of them. I rolled up all the mats and placed them in my storage room. I honestly love being around the guys, and I look forward to working more in the future.
