Five

Suddenly, my nose begin to perceive an intoxicated scent.. A gasp when a sudden need and protectiveness come over me. My wolf burn inside of me, wanting...no, needing to get to wherever that scent is coming from. My eyes turn golden-yellow as my wolf claws to be calm

I then hear a low growl coming from the other side of the room. Just the sound makes me flinch. I see everyone step away from me and lower their heads. I did the same knowing that the pack always bows to the alpha.

I close my eyes tightly, scared that my present will upset the alpha, a rogue, in his territory. My whole body starts to shake uncontrollably. I wrap my arms around me, trying to hide my shaking arm from them. Every step I hear coming closer to me, the tighter my grip gets on my body. I then hear a loud grow coming behind me,

"What happened to her clothes?!?"

I hear Ronald clear his throat and step forward.

"Her clothes tore when she shifted in her wolf, Alpha"

Ronald’s confidence has clearly vanished. I gulp. It's the alpha. A sob escapes my mouth and I clench my fists, drawing blood. My blood drips on the hardwood floor.

I hear a loud thud and then a quiet whimper. Ronald must've been punched. I then hear something hit the wall and shatter.I guess is a lamp.

I suddenly feel tingles going through my whole body. It's like my whole body is made of rice crispy cereal. I swallow hard trying to hold back a gasp. I feel a hand under my chin lift my face up. I then hear a low husky voice,

"It's okay, you're safe sweetie. No one is going to hurt you, I'll make sure of that." Another growl escapes his lips.

I tense at the sound of his growl. A tear slides down my cheek and then another. I slowly open my eyes to see who is making my body light up like a firework. I see him through my blurry eyes.

I see a tall man with dark brown skin, nearly black hair. His dark wavy locks hang just above his eyes yet below his ears. His broad shoulders slumped as he looks at me.His light blue eyes are full of concern and worry.

He smiles at me then runs his knuckles down my cheek, wiping my tears away. I want to grab his hand and hold it on my cheek but the fear of him and his pack stop me from doing so. My shaking lessens slightly at his touch.

I hear my wolf cry out inside of me, howling 'Mate!!. I quickly silence her, afraid she might emerge. I look up to his eyes which are studying every inch of me. Then I see his eyes change to a blood-red color. I whimper, afraid of what he might do if he lets his wolf take over.

His his eyes go back to blue when I whimper. I let out a sob and then another. My breathing becomes erratic as I sob uncontrollably. Through blurry eyes I see him desperately trying to figure out what is wrong. With a shaky breath I look down.

"P-please.... I-let...m-me.g-go." My voice weak from sobbing.

His jaw clenches and his hand moves away from my cheek. He throws his hands up and then grabs his hair as he turns around and walks a few feet away. He turns around with his eyes blood red. I flinch and cover my face,

preparing for his hand to connect with my face. But I never feel anything.

I dare to look up. I peep my eyes open to see the alpha with tears in his eyes. I drop my hand from my face and stare at the scene before me. He sighs.

"Do you think I could ever hurt you? I would never lay a hand on you... I promise you that." He whispers.

He walk over to me and runs his hand through my dark hair. I tense at his closeness then relax slightly. He looks down at my bare legs then growls. He suddenly picks me up in a bridal style.

"Look at her and she will be the last thing you look at!" He growls at everyone in the room.

I gasp when he looks at me with his blood red eyes. His color changed back and his gaze melts. He clearly feels bad that am still scared of him.

"I'm sorry I scared you. I didn't mean to, I'm sorry." He whispers in my ear.

I shiver when I feel his breath on my skin. He starts walking and then he open a door to a bedroom.

Whats going on? He sets me down on the bed and then steps back, not wanting to scare me.

I stand up and look the alpha that stands before me.

"the bathroom is just through that door." He points to a white door beside the bed.

I stay silent. Does he just expect me to call this pack my home and accept him as my mate?

"Once your done, a new outfit will be on the bed. "he says.

I didn't move, afraid to take off my clothes while he is around. I'm afraid to even be in the same territory as him. He killed my family!!!! look around for a place to escape. I then smell at least 60 werewolves outside. There is no way I can escape today.

"Don't worry, I'll leave the room while you shower and dress." I stay rooted to my spot.

He sighs.

"And I'll sleep in the other room." He chuckles then left the room.

I stand there until his scent fades. I slowly walk toward the bathroom then close the door. I lock the door and take off the large T-shirt. I turn on the shower and step in as I close the shower curtain behind me.

I feel the warm water hit my weak body and then slide off. I grab the soap and scrub my body. I can see the dirty soap fall off of me and go down the drain. I then poured a little shampoo in my hand and scrub it in my hair.

I rinse the shampoo out of my hair then put conditioner in my wet hair. It takes a while because of my thick hair, but I finally get it all rinsed out of my hair. I turn off the shower and step out. I quickly grab a towel and wrap my hair up. Then with another towel I wrap it around my body.

I unwrap the towels from me, leaving me exposed. I peep out of the door to see if anyone is out there.

Once I see the coast is clear, I sprint to the bed where a new outfit is lying on the bed. I quickly grab the panties and bra and put them on. I then race to put on my new black shorts and navy

T-shirt.

Once I have my clothes on I hear the door open slightly.

"Did you drown or something?" A familiar voice says.

I frown. My anger burns inside of me.

"What do you think?" I growl. I've had enough of this guy!

He kidnaps me then acts like nothing happened! My wolf growls at me for getting made at our mate. I shake it off, not wanting to listen to my wolf.

The door opens all the way. He smirks when he sees my flushed face. His blue eyes filled with smiles.

"Well, I see you have a feisty side. I like that." He laughs when my cheeks grow as red as a tomato.

I cross my arms then I turn my back to him. He sighs then I feel his arms wrap around my waist . I gasp then move away. He throws his head back and sighs.

"Sorry. Note to self, don't try to make a move on your mate you just got kidnapped." A smile touches my lips when he said this.

Then my anger flares up beyond belief. He even admits to kidnapping me!! My wolf tells me to calm down or she will come out. I let out a sigh then force myself to calm down.

We stand there in silence until I step toward him.

"Umm..Well..uhh... I'm gonna hit the hay. Being kidnapped drains your energy you know.." I look at the ground.
