« You’ve got a lot of interesting things in this device, Ms. Rush. Care to explain ? »

I turned my head the other way, completely avoiding eye contact with the intimidating and frightening man. I shouldn’t have to explain what’s on my phone. It was mine from the start and my job had no relation to school so it shouldn’t even be spoken about.

From the corner of my eye, I saw the man crack a smile and then he let a small chuckle spill out. He terrified me. He always did.

« Listen, Henry, Don’t sweet talk me. Just give back my phone and we can pretend you didn’t see any of it. » I interrupt feeling my heart pick up when I heard his seat squeak from being pushed, soon his heavy footsteps followed agonizingly slow.

I flinched when I heard his footsteps come closer and that’s when I realized that my eyes were shut tightly, trapping drops of tears. He chuckled again and then I felt a piece of my hair being tugged from behind.

I meekly nodded and soon his hand came over my shoulder sliding my phone in front of me. « There you good darling. Now run along. And if you squeal to anyone, I’ll make sure to drag you down with me. It’ll be easy with the shit grades you have. »

And I did.

I grabbed my phone and shoved it into my bag as I rushed out of the classroom and into the empty halls of Westwood. Wiping the trapped tears from my blurry vision, I ran into an arduous chest. « Angel ? Your okay right ? He didn’t touch you ? »

I wrapped my hands around Maddox when I realized the deep voice belonged to him. He immediately hugged me back and kissed my head. « I’m so sorry I couldn’t come get you early. The stupid fucking detention teacher called principal asswipe to come watch me. »

Even though I was extremely distressed, I still let a small laugh tumble past my lips. Maddox had absolutely no filter and I like it. He was straight up about everything and didn’t care for what others thought. I liked that.

« I know, I’m funny right ? I even told the teacher I took a huge shit. » He bragged proudly.

I giggled and pulled my head from his chest, I looked up at him behind my tear-coated lashes. « Thank you, Stone. »

He gave me the bright white sparkling smile that was different from the ones he gave others. « Of course, Rush. » Was all he said.

We walked hand in hand down the hall and out the school towards where his car was parked. But around his car stood his group of friends or what any stereotypical high school would call them ; The troublemakers. They were the type to be seen around school smoking a joint and skipping class.

I caught a dirty glare from Cassidy, Maddox’s frequent fuck, and immediately dropped my hand from Maddox’. He seemed to know exactly what was happening but didn’t question it.

I wasn’t the type of person to step on people’s toes and I certainly wouldn’t start with Cassidy McClair.

« Hey guys, » Maddox said as we approached the group. They all seemed to be looking at me with suspicious eyes before turning back to their friend.

« Hey man, » Theodore said, he nudged his burning cigarette towards me. « Who’s this ? »

Maddox scoffed and rolled his eyes. « You know who she is, dick. Now can you get off my car, » He started shooing the group away. « My dad paid an assload for this and frankly, I actually like this car. »

« So Maddox, You coming over today ? You know, to have so real fun instead of with this prude. »

I couldn’t help but let a small laugh pass through my lips which seemed to amuse Maddox because he knew the meaning behind it.

« What’s so funny, Prude ? You didn’t think he would spend the night with you, did you ? » Cassidy scowled lifting a brow.

I just shook my head and strode past them to the passenger side of Maddox’s car.

Maddox shrugged and opened his car door before turning to Cassidy. « Nah, sorry Cass. I’m going shopping with my girl them I’m sleeping over, » He hopped in and slammed the door shut. « Maybe never ? »

And then he started the car and drove off.

« So your sleeping over ? » I scoffed playfully with a smirk. « And when did I become your girl ? »

« Yes, and when I said so. » He smirked back sending a wink my way. « So what did that old back of balls say to you ? Back in the classroom ? »

That’s when the smile on my face faltered and I slumped back into my seat. He had to bring that up ? I sighed heavily and turned my head towards the window. « I need to go to the grocery store so after we go to Lion’s Den, let’s go to Walmart. »

Lion’s Den was a sex toy and lingerie store that I was a regular to. The staff there knew me pretty well and gave me lots of discounts considering I got most of my sex toys from them.

I nod meekly.

« Okay. »

My eyes bulged out my head at his relaxed response. Did Maddox really just say okay ? That was not what I was expecting and certainly not from Maddox fucking Stone.

« Your…joking right ? That’s your grand response ? O-fucking-kay ? »I groan.

He chuckled and looked over at me with his intense brown eyes. « But the difference is, you won’t be alone. I’ll have my head nestled right between those gorgeous legs of yours eating you eat. »

Maddox’s POV

My hand grabbed a small plug-like toy, one end was straight flat while the other was big and round. I played with it in my hands curious to where it went when Passion came beside grabbing it and putting back.

« It’s a buttplug, Stone. »

I nodded and moved to the next section which had shelves filled with all sorts of dildos.

« Now this is something I know of. Which one are we getting ? » I smiled as my eyes roamed the wide range of toys. Different sizes, colors, shapes.

« I already have a drawer of these but I’ll let you pick one out for tonight. » She seductively winked.
