When Y/n got back from school, he saw the Landlady knocking on the shop's door.

Y/n: "Can I help you Landlady?"

She turns around and saw Y/n in a school uniform.

Landlady: "Yes, I'm here to collect this month's rent."

Y/n: *Smirk*" Sorry to tell you this but. We're not paying anymore."

Landlady: "And why is that? Do you wanna kick out here?"

Y/n: "No. It's because this whole building is now belong to me."

He handed her the copy of the deed of the building. When she read it, she started to sweat and paled.

Landlady(Shock): "W-W-Where did y-you g-get the m-money to p-pay t-this?!"

Y/n: "Let's just say, It's a gift from my brother."

Landlady(Shock): "You don't have a brother!"

Y/n: "There's a lot of things you don't know about me. It's nice seeing you again Landlady."

He walk pass the Landlady while still reading the copy on her hands and he went inside the shop.

Y/n: "Hmm. Tomorrow's Parents Day? Who should I call? I doubt that Lady will come."

He brought out his phone and went to contacts to see who's available.

Y/n: "Bayonetta? Nah, all eyes of the boys in school will be at her."

He kept searing and searching until he gave up.

Y/n: "Damn, no ideas."

He went up to his room to change his uniform into regular clothes.

Y/n: "I got it."

He grab his phone again and called someone.

Y/n: "Hey it's Y/n. Are you busy tomorrow?.... Well it's Parents Day tomorrow and Lady can't come cuz of her job. I was wondering your available........ Awesome. You know where the school is right?...... Thanks. I owe you one."

He put his phone back to his pocket and went to the kitchen to make some dinner for himself.

Y/n's POV

I'm now heading to the classroom when someone called my from behind.

???: "Excuse me."

I turn around a girl with pink hair, a girl with a brown hair and another girl with a brown hair but she's wearing some glasses.        

Y/n: "Yes can I help you?

Pink hair: "M-My name is Katase."

Brown hair: "I-I'm Murayama.

Brown glasses: "And my name's Aika."

Y/n: "Y/n. What can I help you with?"

All of them reach in their bags and grab something. The they pulled out a picture of me topless from the gym where I was working out.

All 3: "Can we have your Autograph?!"

Y/n: "Wow. Your able to get this perfect angle without me knowing. Talk about creepy and amazing."

I grab the pictures from them and signed my signature and gave back to them.

Y/n: "I'll catch you later. Class is about to start."

When I arrived at the room, I saw Rias and Sona are talking while Akeno and Tsubaki are talking as well. I went to my seat and put on my earphones and wait for the teacher to come.

I was about to press play on my phone but the door slide open and the Teacher walk inside.

Y/n(Thinking): "Damn it."

Teacher: "Good Morning class. So today is Parents Day, and they're here to see you study. I hope you do your best. Let's begin the lesson."

Time Skip

It's now lunch time and I was about to head to the cafeteria when Rias called me.

Rias: "Y/n, over here."

I saw her, Akeno, Asia, Issei with his parents talking to a Red hair guy in a white suit.

I walk towards them and Issei's parents greeted me first.

Mr. Hyoudou: "It's good to see you again boy."

Y/n: "Nice seeing you too as well, Mr. and Mrs. Hyoudou."

Rias: "Y/n. This is my Father, Zeoticus Gremory."

Zeoticus: "It's finally nice to meet you Y/n."

Y/n: "Likewise Mr. Gremory."

Zeoticus: "There's no need to be formal, Just call me, 'Father' if you will."

Rias: "Father!"

Zeoticus: "What? Isn't that normal? You are going to marry him after you graduate right?"

Rias is starting to blush while his dad is just chuckling at her daughter.

???: "Sorry I'm late Y/n.

We all turn around and saw my acting guardian for the day.

Y/n: "Your just in time."

Zeoticus: "Y/n. Who is he?"

Y/n: "This is John Wick. My Guardian."

John: "Nice to meet you."

He reach out his hand to Zeoticus to handshake and he accepts it.

Zeoticus: "Nice to meet you too. I'm Zeoticus. And this is my daughter, Rias."

Mr. Hyoudou: "My name's Gorou Hyoudou, And this is my Wife, Miki."

John: "Nice to meet you as well."

Mrs. Hyoudou: "Oh this is nice. How about we have a dinner at the house later?"

Mr. Hyoudou: "That's a great idea dear!"

Zeoticus: "I would love too. How about you Mr. Wick?"

John: "That would be fantastic."

Mr. Hyoudou: "Then It's set!"

Zeoticus: "How about we explore the school while we wait for mean time."

Mrs. Hyoudou: "I always want to see the whole school."

John then look at me.

Y/n: "I think it's a good idea. You could all use a bonding as new friends after all."

Zeoticus: "Well then my new friends, Let's go. Don't worry John, you'll see Y/n later at his class, I'll show you the way."

John: "Alright then. I'll see you Y/n."

Y/n: "You too."

The all walk away while the others seems confuse.

Rias: "I never saw my Father act like that."

Issei: "I can't believe that my Parents just throw a party."

Y/n: "I just can't believe that John would actually go with them."

Rias: "By the way, Who's that John Wick?"

Y/n: "He's my Dad's friend. And that's all I'm going to say."

Then we heard someone laughing behinds us.

???: "It seems that were having a slumber party."

We turn around and saw Sirzechs and Grayfia behind him.

Rias: "Onii-sama?"

Sirzechs: "Hello everyone. Y/n, how did you enjoy the freedom of the Devil May Cry shop?"

Y/n: "It's was kinda awesome, I kinda slap the copy of the deed at the Landlady's face."

Sirzechs: "You did?"

Then we heard the school bell ring.

Y/n: "Looks like lunch is done. Let's get back."

We went back to our own classroom while Sirzechs and Grayfia wait outside. We took our sit and the Teacher came inside and she signal the Parents to come inside.

All the Parents/Guardians stand at the back of the room and some of them brought out their own camera to record what where doing.

Y/n: "Good thing John didn't brought a-"

I saw John holding a camera pointed at me.

John: "Lady said she want to see you study."

Then I saw Sirzechs brought out a camera as well along with Zeoticus.

The Teacher write some questions on the board.

Teacher: "Can you please solve this Mr. Redgrave?"

I stand up walk in front and grab the marker and write the answer.

Teacher: "Good Job Mr. Redgrave."

I walk back to my seat while some clap their hands.

Time Skip

Finally, School is done. Now is time to go. Then I saw Issei holding a clay statue of his sacred gear.

Y/n: "I was expecting you would make a naked woman with your clay."

All of the boys slowly disperse out of the Gym.

Issei: "Hey Saji."

Saji: "Hey Issei. What are you guys doing here?"

Issei: "We saw some of the guys running towards here with their camera."

Then the gym door slam open and we all look it was Sona and Tsubaki.

???: "There you are everyone."

We all turn around and saw Sirzechs, Zeoticus, Grayfia, Mr and Mrs. Hyoudou and John at the other door.

Mr. Hyoudou: "Since everyone is here. Let's get going!"

Author's POV

Y/n, Rias, Asia, and Issei are sitting on the couch while the others are on the other couch talking to each other except for Mrs. Hyoudou.

Zeoticus: "Hahaha! I didn't expect you to be a dog person John."

Mr.Hyoudou: "Me too. Come on now, how about another shot?"

He poured the beer on their glasses and they drink again.

Issei(Whisper): "Dad. That's the Devil King your drinking with."

Asia(Whisper): "He doesn't know."

The Mrs. Hyoudou came from the kitchen with some food.

Mrs. Hyoudou: "Come now everyone. Eat up."

Everyone grab some plates and put some food and started to eat while Mr. Hyoudou play the video record of Asia studying.

Mrs. Hyoudou: "Oh my. Asia-chan is so smart."

The Video show that Asia raising her hand to answer the teachers question and she got it right.

John: "I can't help noticed that some of her classmate are having a hard time to answer that."

Sirzechs: "Hehe, I thought I'm the only one who noticed it too."

Zeoticus: "I have a video of Rias studying too."

Rias(Shock): "Eh?!"

Mrs. Hyoudou: "Play it here too."

He plug the connected the wire of the TV to his recorder.

He gave him a cup of beer and Y/n quickly chug it until the last drop.

Y/n and Rias are now walking back to the Devil May Cry Shop while still drinking a canned beer on his hands.

Rias: "Y/n? Aren't you drunk already?"

Y/n: "I have a healing factor. I can't get drunk easily."

Rias: "Are you sure?"

Y/n: "Yeah. Why are you curious if I got drunk?"

Rias: "N-Nothing at all."

Y/n: "Wait. Are you trying to take advantage of me while drunk?"

Rias: "There's three of them."

He continue to walk but a spear of light was heading to him but he flick his fingers and destroying the spear.

Rias: "Fallen Angels!"

Three Fallen Angels float down in front of them with a Spear of light ready at their hands.

FA1: "Well, well well. The Heir of the Gremory."

FA2: "Kinda dumb to walk in the middle of the night."

FA3: "How about we kill that guy and have our way with that Red headed bitch."

FA1: "I like that idea!"

FA2: "Let's do it!"

They rush towards Y/n but he didn't even care.

Y/n: "Rias. Hold my beer."

He handed his beer to Rias and walk towards the Fallen Angels.

FA3: "DIE!"

Y/n summons Pandora and slam the first Fallen Angel in the face while the other two continue to strike Y/n.

FA2: "You'll pay for that you bastard!"

He throw the Spear of light at Y/n but he jump up high and summons Lucifer and throw his Red Spear at the first Fallen Angel in the wings, pinning him down.

FA1: "Gah! W-What the hell is this?!"

He tried to remove the spear by touching it but it burn his hand.

FA1: "What the hell?! This can't be!"

The Second Fallen tried to help his other ally but Y/n grab him by the wings and threw him away. He then summons Balrog and beat the shit out of that Fallen. He charged Balrog with power to uppercut the Fallen Angel's head, decapitating him.

The other two grew shock to see there friend's head flying off his body. Y/n grab Ebony and Ivory and shoots the flying head rapidly, destroying it into chunks.

Y/n: "Who's next?"

FA3: "YOU BASTARD!"

He rush at Y/n blindly with rage but Y/n summons Yamato and he quickly dash towards him. The Fallen Angel didn't move into his spot while Y/n slowly closed the Yamato with it sheath. When everyone heard the click of metal, The Fallen Angel turned into millions of pieces.

FA1(Scared): "T-T-That Power! Y-Your the Sparda?!"

Y/n: "Oh you noticed? Too bad. I would have let you all live if you just fly away. But, you can blame your friends on the other side."

He throw a Rose on the spear, causing the Fallen to explode.

Y/n: "Come on Rias, Let's go."
