Yu Suyin’s Secret (1)

Huai Li Qi was helping Bao Siyu's father, he saw the amulet in his son's hands. Looking at his son, he remembered how he was back then with the amulet in his hand. The girls stayed for a few days just to make sure that Yu Suyin was doing her duty. Huai Li Qi helped him to sit down and watch them from afar, she looked to him. "Did you help my son get the amulet back?"

Looking to him, she nodded, she would rather be honest than to lie. He smiled looking at her. "You remind me so much of his mother. She would do anything to make sure I got her involved. She wouldn't let me go alone with just my brothers." He told her. She smiled knowing that Bao Siyu's mother didn't abandon them.

"Where is she?" Writing onto his palm, wanting to know his story.

"She no longer exists now. She is waiting for me on the other side. Soon, I will be with her." He told her. Sadly looking at him, he smiled petting her head. "I've lived a good life. Living to the end is what life is. Living to the fullest is the best way to live life with those around you." He told her.

Helping him back up, he walked around with her to the dirt path. Bao Siyu was in an arm wrestle with three of his brothers, they were trying to push his hand down.

"You three don't mess around with Siyu." Jin Da said to the three of them as he was the judge. Hao Fang, He Hung and Hai Xue were all trying to force Bao Siyu's hand down but he smiled to the three of them struggling.

"I don't think they are messing with him." Xuan Yong Zheng said forming a smile.

Bao Siyu then pushed all three of their right hands with his one hand. They all fell to their side with the table that had flipped along with them. Huai Li Qi smiled, she didn't think that the Godly Child would surpass human strength but she was happy that he held no weakness neither no need to brag about it. Kei Ren went over to Hao Fang who was rubbing his shoulder that was in pain. Wiping his cheek, she smiled, his heart jumped at that moment looking at her.

Huai Li Qi then looked to Bao Siyu's father, he was looking at Bao Siyu seeing his red eyes were not glowing but it was green. Helping him back to his room, he stared into the distant about how his son could've regained his eye colors to normal again. Although, his strength was still with him.

Huai Li Qi exited out of Bao Siyu's room when she then heard doors slamming open.

"I was trying to be caring and kind for what I did wrong! You don't even appreciate what I'm doing to help!" Yu Suyin barged our as her eyes were covered as always. She had a tone with tears in it. She had ran off, Huai Li Qi and her two little sisters followed her to Lang Ye.

"What is going on?!" Weng Yan Mei angrily said to Lang Ye who had his brothers in the room with them.

"Ye told your sister to not bother showing up at all to take care of him." Xuan Yong Zheng told them.

"Why!? Our sister was just being nice and trying to repay back for the damages she made!" Kei Ren then said as Lang Ye stood up.

"She doesn't have too! No blind woman should be tending to me!" He yelled to the three of them. Huai Li Qi wanted to yell and scream at him but she couldn't talk anyway. Grabbing his palm she sighed.

"If it is your choice, Suyin and my sisters will be taking our leave. You must understand though. Yu Suyin wasn't always blind before." She wrote in his palm, hoping that he understood it all. He only looked to her wanting to know Yu Suyin’s story now.

Existing out of the room, they went out to find Yu Suyin. "Sister Suyin!" Her Sisters called her with Huai Li Qi looking around. If she knew better than Yu Suyin would be close to water.

Going over to the river, she loved listening to rushing water that traveled the most and never stayed one place. They saw her sitting down, listening to the water she faced. Going over to their sister, they all sat down near her, she knew it was her sisters.

"Sisters, have I ever told you all how I lost my eye sight?" She questioned them as Huai Li Qi already knew how. Her two little sisters were although curious shaking their heads. "I will tell you since it's better to let out my hidden secrets." Yu Suyin sighed facing the night sky full of stars that she couldn't see.

"My family used to be of high nobility once. My father and mother were always happy to have me around and I used to stitch so well. It was until one day, my grandfather brought his young concubine into our home that she caught my father's interest." Yu Suyin was crying with Huai Li Qi hugging her. "My father and the concubine had secret affairs with one another. My mother was displeased and grew vicious. She didn't want to see me anymore since I reminded my mother about how she was married to an unfaithful man. She had ordered a poison that would ruin or kill me. Once I took the poison, I was announced dead but I wasn't. I was found by my dearest friend who was a maid and saved me. I would find information of my family and see them crumble with my grandfather’s death with his concubine being my father’s after. I was training myself to grow stronger so that one day they will see me and know how I was given a new beginning and that I never died." Yu Suyin said to them, they had all hugged her.

"Sister Suyin, we all will repay them for what they did. We won't abandon you." Kei Ren told her as she shedded tears.

They all gathered their things, Bao Siyu appeared looking at Huai Li Qi. "I would like to talk with you personally Li Qi." He said to her, she nodded to her sisters to signal that she was going to be fine.

Following him to a room, he turned to face her. She then held his hand smiling then writing down,"Did you purposely do this so that Ye and Suyin can talk things out?"
