chapter : 5

Mia.

she sighs in relief as she runs her hand through her clean hair. after having a shower, she felt much satisfied. she borrowed some shampoo and body wash from a girl in the swim team. mia quickly wears the clothes Marcus let her borrow and walk out of the girl's locker room. she walks up to Marcus, the twins who stood in front of the boy's locker room, showered.

"By the way Marc, I am stealing your hoodie," mia says looking at Marcus. he rolls his eyes annoyed "That is my new hoodie Alexi!" Marcus complains. Jacob smirks "you can have me and my clothes any time Hermosa" (Beautiful). mia smiles "Lo tendré en cuenta chico Lindo" (I'll keep it in mind, pretty boy). Marcus rolls him at the two "can you guys stop with the flirting. thank you" Marcus says pushing mia behind him. Jacob sticks his tongue out "you are just jealous" Jason states, Marcus, rolls his eyes "she is like my little sister" Marcus says with a disgusted face.

"heard you guys one-month detention," Ryan says from behind mia. she jumps startled "holy Jesus, you almost gave me a heart attack," mia says placing her hand on her chest. Jacob rolls his eyes "don't worry Hermosa, you will get used to it". "what do you guys have now?" mia asks, "chem" Jason and Marcus say. she nods then looks at Jason's "history". mia looks for Ryan but he was gone. "does he always do that?" mia asks. "do what?" she hears nik say. mia rolls her eyes in annoyance, she turns around to see nik in work out clothes, the red t-shirt showed his muscles perfectly, the red t-shirt looked very good on him, his hair was wet and dripping water. okay stop looking at him mia. she scolded herself and groans mentally as she sees his smirk.

"Done eye-raping my kitten?" nik asks with a smirk. her face becomes red with embarrassment "as if" mia squeaks out. nik smirks "whatever you say, baby girl". mia glares at him and turns to Jacob "let's go to class" she says and walks off. "it is the other way Hermosa" Jacob calls out. mia turns her face red, nik chuckles at her and she shoots him an icy glare, who just smirks. mia walks with Jacob to her chemistry class, mia hears footsteps behind her and turns back to see nik "stop following me" mia says glaring at him. "you wish kitten. I have chemistry too" he says walking past her. "you do?" Jacob asks confused. nik shoots him a glare "yes I do" nik replies. mia liked chemistry, she didn't want to share the class with the jerk.

mia takes a seat in the middle of the class, Jacob beside her and nik behind her.she looks around the class as it slowly fills in. mia looks beside her feeling a stare and sees Jacob looking at her. she raises her eyebrow "hay algo en tu cara" (there is something on your face) he says to her. mia hands shot up to her face, did she not wash her face properly, she rubbed her face trying to get rid of it. "gone?" she asks looking at him. Jacob shakes his head, mia groans as she rubs her face again. "what about now?" mia asks and Jacob shakes his head "No creo que salga Porque es tu Belleza pegada en tu cara." (I don't think it will come out because it's your beauty stuck on your face.) Jacob says with a smirk making her giggle.

"Eres un encantador, ¿no?"(you're a charmer, aren't you?) mia says to him with a smirk. Jacob smiles and he opens his mouth to say something but gets cut off "Niky" mia hears a girl screech. she cringes and looks up to see the redhead now in gym clothes. nik groans behind her as she walks past her with a grin "sorry for not lifting your call baby. Don't be mad, I will make it up to you" mia hears her say seductively. Jacob snorts lowly "who is she?" mia asks him, her voice tight. "his booty call, actually the whole school's" Jacob informs.

A man with dark black hair and tan skin enters the room, he looked to be in the mid-twenties and was around 6'0 and was built, he had electric blue eyes.he wore a black dress shirt and khaki pants. In short, he was good looking but mia didn't find him attractive. mia noticed how few guys and girls were checking him out. he writes organic Nitrogen on the board and turns around. mia takes her textbook and notes out and looks up. "I am Xavier Sherman, and please call me Xavier Mr. Sherman sounds too old. and I will be taking your chemistry class this year" he says, his voice filled with a British accent.

A girl lifts her hand and he gestures her "Are you single?" the blonde girl asks and mia's eyes pop. Is she for real? sure he is handsome but he is the teacher!. Xavier chuckles and smirks "Why? Have you seen my doppelganger?" he asks with a smile. the whole class laughs and the girl rolls her eyes. "okay so today we are learning about forms of nitrogen" he says "Nitrogen is present in the environment as organic and inorganic nitrogen in a variety of chemical forms and oxidation states......"

The bell rings indicating the end of the class "okay guys tomorrow we will talk about Organic Nitrogen and Aerosol Nitrogen Compounds" he informs. mia gets up from her seat and takes her books "Ms. Thompson. Stay behind" mia hears him say. "see you later Hermosa" Jacobs winks and walks away followed by nik. after the class leaves mia walks up to Xavier. "Ms. Thompson, you should be in AP chemistry, why aren't you?" he asks standing up."You don't need to take an AP class to take an AP exam and they give bonus points which are of no use....Mr. Sherman," mia says with a shrug. Xavier rolls his eyes "its Xavier Ms. Thompson" he informs her. mia nods "and you have submitted a letter to work on a personal project?" Xavier asks taking a paper from his folder.

mia nods "I wanted to make an invisible ink pen?" mia says to him. "are you asking or answering mia?" he says crossing. "answering" mia states, Xavier nods "but can't you just buy an invisible ink pen what is different in your project?"

"my project will give you an invisible ink pen with VID8000 Glass sticker which you can apply on any type of glass material and read the message" mia informs and adds "but you can only read it with the VID8000 Glass sticker which I will provide," mia says, Xavier nods and smiles impressed "wow that is very impressive," Xavier says looking at mia with an unknown look in his eyes. "Xavier?" mia asks and Xavier blinks "oh sorry. you can go to your next class, and I will help with whatever you need with the project" Xavier says, mia grins "thank you" she says as the bell rings. "I have to go," she says to him and runs out of the class.

mia was in her room, laying on her back in the bed and looking up at her ceiling. after having a shower again she changed into a long shirt and some shorts. after school ended mia came home after exchanging her number with Marcus. she recalled what happened, it was the most memorable first day she ever had. she thinks about the jerk and frowns, she didn't like the way he made her feel. there was a knock at the door, may sit up and says "come in". The door opens and walks in

gorgeous redhead with a slim figure and some curves "Hey mia" Lucas's girlfriend says. mia grins and pulls her in a hug. "I missed your scar," mia says pulling away." I have missed you too," scarlet says and sits on her bed where mia joins. "so how was the shoot?" mia asks and scarlet smiles "it was amazing! we had the underwater shoot, which was a bit tough but it's okay" scarlet says. mia smiles

she truly missed her, she was like an elder sister to mia. the door opens again and mia sees it's her brother. "get out, we are having girls night" mia says glaring at her brother. Luca grins walking to her bed. "The only thing she is having is my dick," Luca says making mia cringe "you are disgusting"

mia says crossing her arms. "she came after a month let me spend some time with her" mia pouts, Luca nods "exactly after a month, so you can spend time with her later" Luca says, he picks scarlet bridal style making her yelp. "bye mia" Luca says with a smirk and carries her out of mia's room. she closes her door with a slam and angry at her brother.

Nik.

nik walks out of his closet wearing a black suit. he checks his hair in his mirror and walks downstairs. he thinks about mia which unknowingly makes him smile. he then frowns remembering how Jacob flirted with her. nik wanted to break every bone in his body as he watched him flirt with her, he didn't know why he was jealous of Jacob. "la macchina è pronto signore." (the car is ready sir.) Rico informs bowing his head. nik nods and walks out and sees Ryan and the twins.

"The blacks want to sell us the new drug they made sparkle 2nc," Ryan says handing him a black folder. nik opens the file looking at the information. "what did father say?" nik asks looking up from his folder. they were in a car, going to a club called ignite. "he told you to make the decision, he is meeting with the American mafia with your mom" Ryan informs." how much do they want in return?" nik asks as he turns the page "they want alliance and 100 million" Jacob says looking up from his phone with a smile.

"what are you smiling at?" nik asks and Jacob smirks "oh, I am ordering some McDonald's," Jacob says licking his lips, "we had dinner like an hour ago?" Jason asks "I will eat your burger then," Jacob says, Jason shakes his head "No I want a burger, and can you order some corn for Mr. Nutman?" Jason asks and nik glares at him "you both the squirrel?!" he yells at him. "hey! he has a name!" Jason says, "Jason" nik snarls at him. the car stops and nik gets out of the car slamming the door "keep that idiot away from me" nik says to Ryan pointing to Jason and walks in the club.

A woman wearing a short red dress approaches him "welcome to ignite Mr. Russo, Mr black is waiting for you in the oval meeting room, follow me" she says and guides him to the meeting room. Russo was Nik's actual last name, the Russo family is pretty well known in the mafia, after all the Russo owned everything in Italy and many other countries. the Russo ruled the whole Italian mafia, many small mafias worked for the Russo, the Russo family is known to be one of the royal family in mafia there were several others like the Rodriguez, another very powerful mafia family.

nik along with Ryan, the twins, and his men walk in the meeting room. nik shakes his hand with the man in his thirties, he was wearing a blue suit, he was medium built and was taller than nik. nik takes a seat before the man, the oval room had cream walls and had few girls dancing at the corner of the room. drinks were served by girls wearing a small outfit that reached just below their back and had a deep neck in front.

nik leans back sipping his drink "why should I buy sparkle 2nc?, it isn't that popular in the market" nik asks raising his eyebrow. "it wasn't before but my lab had modified the drug and now the drug keeps you high for days" Mr black states "it works within a minute, the little rocks are nothing before this" he continues. nik wets his lips. "I want 500 kg drugs sent to the pharmacy 038 warehouses by tomorrow night, after I see how they sell in the market, we will see if we have a deal," nik says and gets up and walks out of the meeting room.
