Chapter 2

ANGELINA'S POV

I have been choosing my dress for hours and I've finally make my final decision. I take all my accessories which matches the black dress. Then I choose my heels and afterwards I rush for a shower.

"Angelina! Where are you?" I hear mom yelling. "Just give me a second!" I shouted my the bathroom, I walk to my room.

"Yes mom."

"Where are you going?" She ask me while analysing my bed which is full with accessories and dresses.

"On a date!" I said, she smiled at me.

"You had a boyfriend?" She ask me with furrowed brows.

"Umm, no yesterday night I met Blaze Guillermo and he asked me for dinner!" I said.

"Blaze! Your brother's friend?"

"Yes mom."

"He is a CEO right?" She ask. I nodded my head, "he had been left at the altar for his wedding! I heard he used to torture his girlfriend." Mom said.

"I don't think so! By the way that's not our problem, there must have some reasons why his girlfriend left him. He has been living with a dark Secret and I don't think that he used to torture his girlfriend. According to all news I've read about him, he was madly in love with that girl!" I stated when I realized why am I supporting Blaze when actually that is non of my business.

"Ok, Fine!" Mom said irritately, I don't know what's her problem. Why she is sounding so jealous toward Blaze! That's not my problem either.

After getting ready I take a last look at the mirror. I think I'm looking perfect! While taking my purse I heard the bell, noticing the time its sharp seven and this is definitely Blaze. He is on time, I make my way downstairs, mom had already opened the door.

He look at me from toe to the top with a smile. "Hi." I said when I approach near him. "Let's go!" He demand while meeting my gazes.

We both walk outside of the house, he lead me to his car then he opens the front door for me. I whispered a thank you to him. Then he walk to the driver's seat.

"Where are we going for the date?" I says as soon as he get inside the car.

"Its a surprise!" He exclaim while throwing a glance at me. I gave him a questioning look full of confusions.

"What do you mean by surprise? Aren't you kidnapping me Mr Guillermo?" I throw a serious look at him. He let out a laugh then he speaks, "do you think, I'll kidnap you?" He smirked.

I nodded my head, "I don't know you personally, who knows you want to kill me or whatever!"

"Don't worry nothing will happen!" He says looking at the road. I know he will not do anything but still how can I trust him. After thirty minutes of driving Blaze drive inside a yard of a beautiful house which looks like a villa. It has a huge gate at the entrance. This place is beautiful, Blaze parked the car inside the garage.

"Where you've brought me?"

"At my house.." he said with a smirk.

"Your parents house?" I questioned him.

"No..my house", he said coldly.

He owns this place, I give him a confused look. I heard he used to live in a penthouse. Why would someone leave such a beautiful place and stay at a penthouse?

"Any problem?" He mumble while throwing a look at me while walking infront of the house.

"I heard your own a penthouse! Then why you don't stay in this house?"

He let out a smile along with a smirk then he meet my gazes. He run one of his hand on his hairs, "you have too many questions!" He exclaimed with a smirk, ignoring my question his dragged in the backyard. There's a table with two chairs, declarative lights and some candles in the grasses. It seems like a romantic dinner. There is a bottle of champagne along with two glasses on the table.

The weather seems to be fine but it's a little breezy which made me feel cold a little. I stand in the middle of the beautiful area and I admire the beauty of this place.

Blaze put his hand on my waist and he leads me near the table, he pull out the chair for me. I sat down then he walk to the other seat which was facing me.

He open the champagne and he poured it in the glasses. He gave me one, then he raised his glass, "to us." He whispered.

"Thank you for bringing me here, this place is wonderful." I said while taking a sip from my glass. He nodded his head with a smile.

"My pleasure!" He whispered, two boys came in with white shirt and black pants which seems to be butlers. They place two plates on the table which is covered.

Blaze seems to be a nice person, why his bride ran away? Why should I care about him? After all Blaze Guillermo has got everyone on his hand within seconds. Girls throw themselves for him, wait I am doing the same! No..no that's not true, Blaze has invited me himself, I didn't approached him and I never wanted to approach him either.

"So, why did you broke up with Brian?" Blaze added which made me shivered for a second. Why did he raise this question?

"I don't think he was worthy enough for our relationship!" I said coldly.

"Why? What he did?"

"He betrayed me, he was having an affair with another girl. Sorry to say I know he is your friend! But I hate him for what he did."

"Did you loved him?" He ask me.

"Yes I did, but he was playing with my feelings, he never made me feel special!"

"Then why you've dated him for almost one year?" He added. .

"I didn't wanted to leave him! I thought he might chance, but he didn't." Some tears roll down from my eyes, I immediately wipe it with my hand.

"This is the only problem with girls, they always fall for the wrong men!" He mumble.

Even his bride left him! Why he is talking about my problem, I should ask him...

"Forget about me! By the way what type of men you are? Good hearted or bad hearted?" I questioned him.

"Cold hearted!" He whispered with a smirk along with a devilish look. I landed my gazes on him, really cold hearted! What an attitude, I hate his attitudes.

BLAZE POV

While having dinner my phone begin to ring. "Excuse me.." I whispered to Angelina, she nodded her head in response.

"Hey Brent."

"How's the plan working?" He ask me through the phone.

"Great! Talk to you later."

"You mean you'll win this bet!"

"Bye.." I hang up the call.

"Was it my brother?" Angelina added.

"Hmm..yeah." I nods.

"I heard he was talking about, plan and bet? Who are you trying to acquire now?" She sounds serious.

"Someone!" I smirked, She smiles at me. I feel bad that I am the one who will be breaking her heart again! Yes, I have bet with Brent and Brian that I will date Angelina.

Brian was the first one who wanted Angelina but he could not get her. Now they challenged me and I never give up on bets. I will surely propose her, but I can't stay with her for a lifetime.

I didn't know she would be such a nice girl. But I can't step back from the challenge also, I have to win the bet. Since high school I have never lose any bet even now I can't lose this bet from Brent.
