Chapter 5

Liam's POV

I hate it here, I hate to have come here, I have do too well in school not because I am a dullard but because I don't do too well with rules and being so close to people. if I have my way I won't be here but I had no choice in the matter when I received HIS call

but so far so good everyone seems to be minding their business, no one has approved me to ask any silly questions or try to make friends with me so I think am gonna like it around here

He should be here already, taking my phone from my pocket to give a call, I picked out a beautiful scent, it got my attention and I searched around to see what scent I had caught

Then i sight two ladies talking at a distance, one was a blonde and the other dark hair, their dressing was so strange, it was as if they lived in an ancient time, it was really amusing but still they look really pretty

“ Pretty insane ”

I guess the school also have weirdos and these two most be one, they are beautiful and the smell really nice but I think they are delusional...

As I kept staring at their weird outfit that reminds me of that boring Romeo and Juliet movie I hated so much the blondie caught me staring

I could see her smile then she whispered something to her friend beside her, her friend then turned to my direction. I have just been bursted, they know I am laughing at them

“ Oh my ” The blondie started walking to my direction

“ please don't come here, please don't come here ” I muttered in an under breathe...

" Hello there stranger ” she said smiling charming

" Hey " I reply coughing

I can't believe the weirdo is taking to me

“ you are new right? because I have never seen you around here ” she said

“ How sure are you, this school is very big I mean, you might have been seeing me but don't remember ”

“ well I definately havent seen this cute face before and I never forget a cute face like yours ”

“ alright, true. This is actually my first day in school ”

“ I guess right then. so whats your course of study ” she asks

“ well.. arts ” I lied

“ Theatre art? ”

“ Yes that ”

“ Wow, we are course mate__ well not actually course mate but we share some courses with your department, I am actually a literature student ” she chipped in happily

“ oh nice.. that's cool ”

“ I'm sorry, i forgot to ask of your name, cos i named you cutie already ” she says pouting

“ It's alright, well My name is Liam, Liam Madison ” I reply. I hope she isnt trying to flirt with me, I wish she should just leave already

“ I am Jesse, and I got to be clean with you, you are really really really cute and I would like for us to be friends ” she says

Oh no, she didn't just say that

“ sorry to ask, but is this the raining fashion? ” I asked and she bursted out in a loud laughter

“ you are so funny, of course no. actually I and my friend as well as my whole department where made to dress like this by our evil lecturer the Prof, Mr Edward

something about an ancient history drama, like Romeo and Juliet kinda stuff you know and we have to dress like from home, always in character because it's part of our semester test ” she said

it turns out she isn't a weirdo after all like I thought and I was much more relaxed talking to her

“ your friend over there is part of your class too? ” I asked

“ Yes, her name is Amanda and she is my best friend. She likes to liver her life like a nun. Dont tell her i said that' she says giggling

“ oh I see

I promise not to tell ” I said then smiled

“ Will you be busy on friday night? cus there's a frat party and I will like us to go together__ as friends obviously ” she said

“ I don't know.. I might be busy that day, I can't say for sure ”...

Amanda's POV

I cant believe Jesse left me to talk to that cute guy when we have a important class

What are they discussing by the way that is making Jesse laugh so hard. she is such a flirt! I wonder how we became best friends?

I am tired of standing waiting for her, she promised only to take one minute but this is going to ten minutes now and she is still talking and laughing hard like a fool

I have to go over there myself and drag her ass to class. walking to meet them

“ Jesse! Jesse! Jesse! ”

“ What is it Amanda? I ain't deaf, I can hear you, you don't have to scream that loud ”

” Sorry.. But we are late for class already, we need to get going now ” I said

“ Ok, give me a minute alright ” Jesse said

Is this crazy or what?

“ No Jesse, we have to leave now. Fine then you can stay I'm going to class ” I said then turned around, walking

” Please try and come to the party, that's the address I will be expecting you please ” Jesse hurriedly said to the cute guy then ran after me

“ Wait up Amanda, I am coming. Wait up for me... ”

But I didn't stop, I just kept walking however she caught up with me

“ why are you walking so fast Amanda? you have made me run after you now I am feeling so exhausted. I think I'm going to faint due to exhaustion

“ That serves you right ” I said frowning

“ what? Why?

what did I do this time? ” she asked looking all innocent

I paused facing her “ you are not seriously asking me that ” I said then continued walking

she walked along with me

“ Yes I am asking you, what have I done? ”

I stopped walking “ so making me stand like a fool while you go talk to a boy is cool while an important class has commence? ” I said and waited for her response

“ But can't you see how cute the boy look, I just had to speak with him ” she said and I rolled my eyes

“ I knew you will say nonsense, I just knew it ” I said then continued walking and she tagged along

“ come on, don't me annoyed with me, I think he might just be the ONE ” she said and I paused just to stare at her face

“ Now she is being silly ” I said then we started ascending the stairs

“ Now I'm being serious. I think I might just settle with him, he has everything I need in a man. We can get married and give birth to three kids ” she said

“ when will you stop this your nonsense talk, just yesterday you said you wanted to get married to all the cute boys in the world. you nearly fought with me because of that now you are saying you just want to get married to a boy you just met today?

if you are not my friend I would have said you were running mad ”

“ Yes I am mad, mad in love ” She said and I just had to laugh

“ Jesse. Do you really like this guy, I'm not just talking about having a crush on him because his cute but actually loving him? ” I said

“ I think I do__ Yes I do love him ”....

Alister's POV

It is said that any time a wolf dies, his/her spirit ascends into the clouds and then transform into a star to bright the heavens and from up above in the sky the spirit watches and guards the remaining of his brothers down below

But this is bullshit. Just another story told by our forefathers to heal and console them of the pain of losing a loved one

There is nothing more painful than the pain of watching the one you love and careful die a slow and agonizing death

no one deserves to die that way and not especially my friend Dean. I was with him all through out the night while the vampire poison slowly and gradually rotten his flesh right from the inside

it's true vampire venom can be really deadly even for us werewolf who has great healing ability but over the years the werewolf community has discovered herbs treatment that can be used to fight the vampire toxic venom so it won't lead to death just pains for some hours then the beaten person would heal back to health

But this particular vampire bite it's different, all the treatment used on Dean had no effect. I am guessing it's because he is a original vampire

if I had knew early that what was he was I wouldn't have had attacked him then until I was really prepared for a real warfare. I have heard many tales of him from my grandfather and father

They say he is the devil himself, he couldn't be killed. even if you rip his head off and burn his body in fire he comes back alive and much more stronger

That also is bullshit, a story our forefathers told to hide their failure. everything that lives can and most certainly will be able to die and I vow today

“ I will be the one to kill the one who can't die ” I growled out angrily

" I will kill him for you my friend to avenge your death and the death of your brothers ” I said staring down at the grave of my good friend Dean

I taught him everything he knows, he was just 18 years and now he is gone...

Thunder came forth and lightning struck, the clouds darken then the heavens opened up and a great down pour of rain came down draining me completely wet along with my pack members that where present to pay there last right to their fallen brothers

one by one they left as the rain came down heavily but I remained there

Amanda's POV

I whewed as I haulted in the facade of penni fries, the restaurant where I work, it's been an hectic day and I'm glad that I made it here. All thanks to my Dad's car.

Getting down from my car or should I say my Dad's car,I slammed the door shut but not before grabbing my phone from the passenger seat, using the opportunity to check the time..

5:30 Damn! I'm thirty minutes late ,I hope the Penniworm's are not in,else they'll surely fry my ass dry,plus I don't know what they'll say about my attire which is really freaking me out.

Tucking some strands of my brunnet hair behind my ear, I sauntered to the facade of the building, and headed towards the glass door which slid open on their own accord.

Twenty pairs of mischievous eyes met mine as I walked through the open glass door..

"Damn I look awkward in this dress"

I said to myself amidst burrying my face on the floor as I walked past a group of whispering customers,I mean who wasn't sniggering about me, the modern Lady Capulet.

She must have lost her way A voice said and all i could do was roll my eyes.

or maybe she's looking for Juliet,are you Juliet?

Another voice added and the next thing that followed was an eruptive laughter that scared the hell out of me but I ignored them and hurried up to the kitchen where I knew my colleague,Jyl was.

I walked in on her chopping chicken,a piece slipped from the chopping board and fell on the floor,she sulkily dropped to a squat and picked it up.

"Hey babe"I said forcing a smile, probably ignoring the inaudible conversation from the serving room..

"You're late" she pointed out, placing her chicken slimy hands on the work surface..

"I Know, did they show up today?"

I asked in a whisper referring to Mr and Mrs Penniworms.

"You're lucky they're not here yet,you better........"

She trailed as her eyes moved to my dress.

"Oh boy"

I rolled my eyes and dropped my phone on the free side of the work surface,in order to Join her in preparing whatever meal she was preparing..

"Wait....babe... hahaha don't tell me you're going for an auditioning on a Romeo and Juliet play"

She said in a laugh..

"No"

I replied frowning.

"You're kidding me,you look so comic"

"I know, you don't need to tell me that"I said picking up a carrot and a dicer even though I still had that frown on my face..

"But why do you look like this,what happened to the hitherto fashionable Amy?"

She asked

"That's a story for another day.."

I said airily going into the changing room to change into my uniform

"So you'd rather not? " she said as I came back already in my working uniform

“ Yes ” I said and began to dice the carrots....

"Waiter!!!"

A voice yelled cutting Jyl off..

I pushed aside what I was doing and wiped my hands on the dish rag."I got that"

I mumbled and walked out of the kitchen,into the dinning hall..

I noticed the cloud was getting dark and heavy wind was blowing it along with lightning and thunder. It seems it was about to rain

walking to the table I took the customers order and returned to the counter.. it didn't take long after the rain came pouring down

I walked back to them with a full trail containing their orders just then a heavy wind blew into the restaurant then the main entrance door opened and a handsome man on black suit walked right in, and surprising he wasn't wet not even a single drop of water on him despite it raining heavily outside

He took little steps then he looked straight at my direction and when I saw his face I realized I have seen him before

“ It can't be ” I muttered

It was the handsome creepy man from the other day. What is he doing here? Hope he isn't he to look for my trouble?

He smiled at me then walked take a seat

Damian' s POV

The night was dark and windy. Shout of thunder and lightning occasionally brighten the night sky

I needed to feed but their where no humans walking the streets as everyone hid for shelter indoors

will a hungry vampire starve because of the rain?

I heard as the first droplet fell from the sky and billion others followed. I was in the middle of the road then and there was no place to hid for shelter except for a small restaurant at a distance

“ I don't feel like playing in the rain today ” I said smirking

I super speed myself to the entrance of the restaurant before a drop of water could hit the ground

opening the entrance door, I walked in, it was a place where they serve food and drinks but there is only one thing I could smell

blood, sweet, sweet blood

it's like I am going to have a fest this night__

but then my nose picked out a familiar scent and I turned to the direction of the smell...

There she was the pretty brave girl from the other night. She is dressed in a waitress uniform

I smiled then walked to an empty seat

“ Miss ” I called out to her and she reluctantly walked to me

“ what are you doing here? Are you stalking me? ”

she said, and it was more like an interrogation than a question

“ Oh my!

is this not a public restaurant Miss? ” I asked, in a smug

“ If you are here to trouble me I will have to call the cops ” she said frowning but that only made her look more attractive

“ Oh Miss, is this how you treat all your customers? Do you threaten them with cops? ”

“ ..No ” she said arms folded

“ Then won't you take my orders? ” I said smirking

Mia's POV

Alister had given an order not to be disturbed, he was inside his charmbers still in mourning over the death of his pack members especially Dean in particular

everyone knows Alister had a great liken for the boy, he stayed in the rain for long just to fully mourn him and now he has looked himself in

Normally when an alpha gives an order it's best not to disobey, he had asked for no one to disturb him but I really do need to see him... I love him

I am not even a werewolf, so entering his charmbers without his permission is a great risk if he decides to attack me

I know he has some kind of romantic feelings for but I have heard of tales of werewolves killing their wives when they are extremely angry and I am sure he is really angry but I just have to see him

so I opened the door to his charmbers gently and I walked in but he heard me come in even though I barely made a noise

“ I said no one should disturb me ” He said, he was seated on one of his expansive chairs

“ I am sorry, but I just wanted to check on you ” I said swallowing

“ Go away! Go away now! ” He yelled his eyes turning red

I was very scared but instead of leaving I removed the sleeve tread of my clothes from my arm and my gown fell off from my body

I was standing there naked...

He just kept staring at me for some seconds without any words and actions and I felt really scared as the seconds felt like hours....

Standing up he slowly walked up to me his eyes still shinning red and I could feel his heavy breathing

he was still really angry and he might just kill me where I stood, he got so close to me that I closed my eyes in fear...

then I felt his hands on both sides of my shoulders, it was a gentle touch, his hands gradually then moved to my breasts and he cupped them in his hands

“ ahhh ”

I moaned softly opening my eyes

He squeezed on it harder and I moaned out again and then he rushed my mouth

he kissed me so intensely as if he wanted to bite my tongue off, his hands kept on squeezing and pressing my breasts and nipples

I kept moaning into his mouth trying to catch my breath, eyes closed

he released one of my breasts but right away that hand went to my honey pot

two fingers straight deep inside like an injection

“ Ahhhhh ”

I moaned out loudly...
