Chapter 3

Amanda's Pov

I could feel the breeze run through my dark long hair..and over my shoulders, the night was cold and i couldn't wait to get home and in my bed..

The street was pretty empty, the only sound i could here was that of the breeze and distinct sounds from the rats running around..

And then footsteps, i want scared, though i felt someone was tailing me..

I turned slowly, i spotted a figure resting on the wall, i couldn't see the face clearly apart the the bright dazzling eye catching all the lights in the street, i turned slowly and gulped nothing in particular

"hi!" a voice came from behind me, i turned and no one was there..

I faced ahead to see the same figure in black all through..a black coat that almost covered his pants..

I pushed my mouth almost beneath my ears and smirked..

" did i startle you?" he ask looking at me... Actually the only thing that surprised me was his looks__

" i mean! What would a handsome man be doing out here !" i thought to myself

" no you didn't! Now if you will excuse me, i have a train to catch!" i gawked at him and then he smiled exposing his extremely white teeth and dimples..

" its actually not safe a beautiful lady like you to be walking out here all alone, its pretty late and there are dangerous creatures which come out by this time looking for what to feed on..!" he said..

" are you trying to flirt with me?" ... No really i was the master at that, besides my bestie is the best flirt ever, so i can tell_

I scoffed at his statement

" and what makes you think I'm not one of those creatures?" i said confidently giving him my scariest look

" you're too cute to be one" he chuckled shortly..

I wondered again why he was This cute..

" get out of my way!" I clicked my tongue and smirked

" what if I tell you I don't want to?" he said moving closer to me..

I stood firmly and held my grounds.. " let me tell you something you don't know, I have a pepper spray and I pretty much know how to make use of it..!" I said smiling devilishly..

Damian's Pov

Nice body, pretty face, and all the courage..

I browsed her entire body, I listened to her heartbeat and it was stable..

" demn, she's good!" I thought to myself..

I glared at her and she did same not blinking for a moment..

I stepped aside and then the smirked walking ahead of me..

I lust over her and watched her walk away..

She was out of sight and so was every other living creature..the street was empty..

I realized how hungry I was

" why did you let her go??? You had a chance to suck her dry and you didn't Damian" I scolded myself

Amanda's Pov

I walked to the station and border the train going to my estate..

the train was full and occupied, I couldn't stay and wait till the next train gets here, so I stood hanging on the the dangling iron by the door..

I held it firmly, there were few bumps and everyone was jumpy..

I looked outside through the tin transparent glass before me..i saw really nice houses I'd never noticed before..i smiled

My phone beeped.. I looked at the time_ it was past eleven

Jesse texted me..

* babe, you won't believe who I just saw!"*

I used one of my hand to hold on tightly and I used my other hand to text Jesse..

Damian's Pov

I picked a scent.. I decided to follow it..i would kill anyone at this rate!

I moved super fast and stopped when the scent got stronger, I didn't intend to stop, but my legs did..

It was a deserted area with no one there

" why did the scent lead here??" there had to be someone around...

my scent never lead to deserted area except there's blood..

I closed my eyes using my foresight to search the are but there was nothing, I payer attention to all I could here..

Baby crying, laughter, distinct chattering and then nothing else, I couldn't hear anything for a while..

A loud sound hit my ear drums, it was that of a train.. And then a very bright light blinked from afar, it got closer quickly and approached me quickly..i looked at my feet and saw that I was standing in a railway..i looked up and past the bright lights..

There was the train coming at me with no stoping..i stood there facing the train heads on

It came faster and closer to me

"there is a man there, stop, you're gonna kill him!" a sharp voice said from inside the train..

The Driver most have sighted me and he did everything possible to bring the train to a halt but to no avail..

I shut my eyes and spread my arms ready to be flushed by the moving train, its not like I'll die anyway!

Then I decided I don't want to get my brand new suit ruined so I...

lifting one of my hand to the direction of the train I picked the train up away from it's rail with my mind and then flung it away like it was some moving piece of paper

The train flew, crashed and started tumbling to a cliff...

Many most have died surely but still the screams and shouts from the train was so intense.. I turned and started walking to the direction of the train..

The panicking screams continued and it was like sweet Melody to my ears

" Godamit! Foolish humans, I guess there will be a lot for me to eat and drink tonight!" I smirked and watched the train bump into a huge block and swift towards the cliff at the end of the road, some part of the train dangling at the edge...

I licked my lips and went there immediately..watching my supper dance in the train..

They weren't actually dancing though.._ but you Know what I mean!

Amanda's Pov..

The train wasn't stable anymore and I'd lost grip of the iron..my phone fell to the ground and so did I

the train tumbled and toss all the passengers including myself around

My heart was pounding..

" oh God, please, i don't wanna die!" i said repetedly as the train kept tumbling then it stand upright but was drifting away uncontrollably with much speed, it just kept moving speedily..

" we're approaching a cliff" a voice came from the front and everyone started panicking..

" I'm going to die"..tears rolled down my eyes, i held on to the leg of a seat tightly..the train drifted and finally came to a halt..

many were severely injured and a lot more were dead

I'm sure I have broken all the Bones in my body as I was in immense pain

" nobody move okay, i have called the emergency centre and they will be here soon, everybody stay calm, as it is, the slightest movement can push us off this cliff, there's probably a stone or rock preventing us from falling" another voice said, one of the alive passenger said and i sighted my phone..

It was beneath a seat staring at me, the screen lit up as a call came in

*lovely dad*

It was my dad, i had to take the call, if i don't he will be really worried..

I released my right hand from the leg of the chair where i was holding firmly and stretched my hand trying to reach out to my phone, i stretched

" almost there" i managed go say between my breath, i was really scared now and was in much pain

If i was going to die, i would live to hear my dad's voice, if just for the last time, its been weeks now..

Tears rolled down my eyes..

I finally got a hold of my phone and then the train moved again bending forward..my phone slid down and so did every other thing on the floor of the train..

" no!" I yelled and everyone started panicking again.. Ifelt the train fall and my held left the leg of the chair..i fell with it and to the front glass..

Damian's Pov

Hmm, I never planned to kill so much humans at a go, I just wanted to feed but something or someone in that train was drawing me. a sight

I'm sure there most be like a hundred humans in there but there was one distinct smell that is catching my attention__

and then I heard a heartbeat pounding..

That particular heartbeat, it was familiar to me, then I recognized the smell..

I rushed to the cliff and shut my eyes..

All i needed to do was to think of anything and it happens..

I saw the train and held it firmly, it stopped falling..

I brought it back up to the top and dropped it safely on the ground..

The screaming stopped..

" what just happened?" passengers in the train questioned..and there were side chattering

I approached the train

pushed open the door

listening and picking out that particular smell and heartbeat and it led me to one being, killing all and any in my part until I got to the person

It was a girl, the fearless pretty girl I met a while back, walking alone in the dark alley. she was the one I was drawn to but why?

I spared her life but then my instinct brought me back to her. She was badly injured, excess blood coming out on her forehead as she had a massive cut there. she wasn't moving..she was unconscious..

I bent and lifted her in a bridal style...

I felt her pulse and heard get blood flowing to and from her heart, a very reddish scrumptious blood on her forehead and my hunger grow uncontrollably

A hunger like never before, I wanted to suck her dry but instead of doing that I found myself feeding her my blood so she could heal

I didn't know why I am doing that, I want to kill her but I am saving her!

I bite open my wrist and placed it gently in her mouth

“ feed little one ” I instructed

she was unconscious but as my blood made way into her mouth, her wounds started to heal and it didn't take long enough before she opened her eyes

this time I got a clearer view of her eyes, they were as beautiful as the moon, blue eyes

she stared at me, I couldn't tell what she was thinking, which is unusual since I could read minds so I just stared back at her__

“ Mr! Hello Mr!

are you alright ” A male voice came behind me and I felt someone touched me

I quickly turned around, There was a man and woman staring concerning at me, definitely a couple

“ Are you alright Mr? ” The man asked

“ you have been standing at that spot for some minutes now ” The lady said

and I was shocked as I realized I was in a different environment. No train, dead people or the pretty brave girl anywhere. in fact I was still in that same spot I met the pretty brave girl

So everything that happened, me stopping the train, killing everyone and then feeding my blood to that girl didn't happen? it was all some weird dream... or maybe it's a vision? No, No!

it most be as a result of hunger, I haven't fed for a while and it's making me illusive

The other two parts, lifting a train with my mind and killing bunch of humans I can do but feeding my blood to a human being, that I can never do

only one person I have ever fed my blood to, it was my male servant but he died a long time ago. murdered by the demon who turned me into a monster...

Damn! I am so hunger

I bent down and my eyes shone dark red

unaware of the monster I am the couple where still asking after my well-being

“ are you sure you are alright Mr, do you need to be taking to the hospital? ” the man asked while I kept growling in hunger my face hidden from th

“ darling I think you should call the ambulance ” The lady said

“ No ” I voiced out, still in a bent position face backing them

“ but you look sick ” the lady said

“ I think my wife is right, I'm dialing 911, you need medical attention ” the man said and he was already dialing away

“ No ” I said turning to face them, revealing my glowing red eyes “ I need blooddd ” I growled my teeth expanding

I grabbed the lady first, biting her hard on the neck, then I jumped to the man and did the same

I sucked both of them dry leaving there dead bodies lying next to each other

“ What a lovely couple ” I said in a smirked

the man had already dialled the emergency number and a lady was speaking over the phone

“ Hello you have dialled an emergency number, please state your emergency... hello... ”

I smiled then walked away...

Amanda's POV

I was so tired when I got home, getting into the bedroom, I took off all my clothes and got into the bathtub

I turned on the tub and let it fill with cool refreshing water, then I added some bubbling soup to the water

Today went normal except for the strange, handsome man I met in the alley

There was something about him, charming, funny but some what creepy

“ fool was trying to scare me ” I said relaxing my back on the tub properly....

Alister's POV

"sire! You sent for me" Maia said walking into my chambers

" I did dear" I winked at her and wiggled my hand telling the guards to leave

" will you like a drink?" I walked to the door and shut it..i walked to my bar and took out the most expensive bourbon..

" I don't see me fit to drink with you! Sire." he shyed away staring at the ground

" oh Maia, I admire you a lot, so full of uniqueness, if it were another, she would jump on hearing that, but its okay! Sit!" I took out two tumblers and placed on the table beside my bed..

" I admire you too Sire" she said still looking else where, I smiled..

" here" I handed her a glass and poured bourbon into it.. I drank from my glass and glared at her

" sire, I don't take alcohol"

" oh Maia, I see you drink with the other gammas and betas, don't play with me" I smirked and turned away from her

" in sorry sire, but i--.. She dropped to the ground shamefully

" you think I drugged it don't you??" I interrupted her..

" no sire"

" i would never stoop so low..! I love my women willing and enthusiastic" i turned to her and took of my shirt..i approached her and lifted her from the ground..

She took off my belt and moved to my zip, she was pretty slow and I loved it

She pulled the sip down and then it pinched my skin, I flinched and she started bowing

She pulled my trouser down and shook

I lifted her and placed her on my huge bed..

I fondled her body and planted a kiss on her nose, she was into me..i watered her lips and then she craved for me..

I kissed her and she reciprocated it, ..i moved my hand to her bra hook..

I took it off, I pulled her skirt and threw it to the ground and I took off her panty and flinged it to only god knows where, we were engrossed in the moment, I bounced on her..

She let out an almost a silent moan and when I was about to start the real penetration__

The door fell open..

"ah ahem!" ..i turned to the door, it was Jamison

I jumped off Maia

" what's are you doing here! I thought I instructed I shouldn't be disturbed ” I yelled pulling my boxers to my waist then angrily walked to him

“ I am sorry Sire but__ ”

“ But what? what the fuck is so important that you have to disturb me at this time ” I said glancing back at sweet Maia that I wanted to devour

" Sire! There were two bodies found in the alley, with traces of bites in their necks!" he said
