Chapter 3

"Welcome to my home," Vincent said with a broad smile on his face. Gambino's eyes narrowed as he took in the lavish surroundings with a severe expression on his face. We need to talk, Mr. Luchesse.

With a wicked laugh, Vincent took a cozy seat in an armchair. "By all means, have a seat. What are your thoughts?" Gambino stood there, his back straight. "This bet with my daughter needs to end."

Vincent grinned broadly, his eyes sparkling with laughter. "Oh, that, it's just a bit of fun, Gambino. No need to get all worked up about it."

"She's my daughter, Vincent," Gambino said, his voice low and threatening. "You will not toy with her." His cold laugh echoed through the room.

"Toy with her? You give me too little credit. It's just a game. She agreed to it, after all."

Gambino clenched his fists, finding it difficult to control his rage. "She is young and naive. You know she didn't fully understand what she was getting into."

Vincent's smile turned sinister. "Oh, I think she understood perfectly. And let's not forget, she lost fair and square."

"This isn't a game, Vincent," Gambino growled. "You're pushing too far!"

Vincent stood up, his demeanor shifting from playful to menacing in an instant.

"Too far? I am not even close to finishing. You are lucky I spared you from losing her forever”, he scorned, sending out a chilly laughter.

With a final glare, Gambino turned and stormed out of the room, his mind already formulating a plan to protect his daughter. He watched him go, a smug smile playing on his lips. He sure was going to Toy with Eloise so much. He despised spoiled daddy girls, so teaching her a lesson would not be too bad.

Vincent grinned broadly as he studied the collection of firearms in his front. His eyes gleamed with a dangerous excitement that sent shivers through the room.

"This one runs faster, boss," Lipari said, handing Vincent a sleek, polished gun.

Vincent took it, running his fingers along the cool metal with an appreciative nod. "I like the texture," he said, taking a deep breath and bringing the gun closer to his nose. A low chuckle escaped his chest. "Surprisingly smells good too."

"I like it," Vincent repeated, his grin growing more menacing by the second. The room fell silent, waiting for his next move. He closed the box of weapons and walked out of the secret chamber heading straight for the VIP section of the club, his men following suit.

Vincent waved a hand dismissively, signaling one of his men. "Send for Miss Escobar," he ordered, his gaze narrowing as he watched his man approach Eloise across the room.

He could see the resistance in her body language, the way she stiffened and tried to argue, but eventually, she relented.

Appearing before him, "You’re bipolar," she shot at him, clearly hoping to provoke a reaction but her words only made him speak sensually to her.

"I have missed you, Eloise, that’s why I called for you," he said teasingly. “Come sit here,” gesturing to the seat beside him.

Hesitantly, she took a seat next to him, her posture tensed.

Vincent leaned closer, his smile widening into a smirk. "Hm... So, what are you going to offer me now that you’re privileged to be my pet?" he asked, his voice silky smooth.

"Nothing," she replied with unwavering defiance.

His laugh was slowly calculative, as he held her gaze. "What if..." he began, his voice dropping to a low, almost predatory tone, "What if you suck my dick now?"

Eloise recoiled, her face contorting with disgust. "Why would I do that? You have no control over me, and besides, that's disgusting as fuck," she spat back, her irritation evident in every word.

Vincent's smile widened as he inched closer. "Let me tell you something, Princessa," he said, his grey-colored pupils locking into hers with an intensity that made her skin crawl. "I hate it when my kittens are stubborn."

A shiver ran down Eloise's spine as she tried to hold his gaze, but the cold, piercing look in his eyes made her want to look away. "I-I-I can't do that," she whispered, her voice trembling as she tried to hide the fear creeping into her heart.

Vincent suddenly burst out laughing, the sound reverberating around them. "Okay... fine... fine... I was just joking with you," he said, his laughter ringing out loudly, but Eloise didn’t find it funny at all. She felt suffocated. She just wanted to escape this twisted game he was playing.

"Listen, Princessa, You will learn to do what I ask you to do," he said, his voice clear and serious.

Eloise remained silent. Vincent was overstepping, and her father would surely put an end to it. The thought brought her a sliver of comfort as she struggled to keep her composure.

“Daddy!” Eloise called, heading straight for his office, but as she pushed open the door, she was met with the unwelcome sight of her stepmother instead.

Her father had married a gold-digging socialite barely a year ago, and she had never hidden her disdain for the woman.

“My baby,” May purred, stepping toward her with a saccharine smile. “Don’t touch me. Where is my father?” Eloise snapped, her eyes scanning the room.

“You’re all grown up now, Eloise. You should start calling him ‘Dad.’ I’m the one who should call him ‘Daddy,’” May retorted with a sly grin. “Ugh, you’re disgusting. Where the hell is my Dad?” she demanded, her voice sharp.

“Eloise,” Gambino’s voice cut through the tension as he entered the room. “Darling,” May cooed, gliding over to him. “She’s been yelling at me,” she added, casting Eloise a look of feigned hurt.

“Eloise, you need to respect your mother,” Gambino said with a weary sigh, but she rolled her eyes, unbothered by his attempt at authority.

“You think I came here to argue with your bimbo? I have serious problems, Dad,” she said, her frustration evident.

“What’s going on?” Gambino asked, concern creeping into his voice. “Tell May to leave first,” she demanded, her tone brooking no argument. May scoffed, clearly offended.

“Honey, I need to talk to my daughter. Could you give us a moment?” he asked, turning to May with a hint of firmness. “Why? I’m part of this family too, right?” she shot back, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

“May…” Gambino’s voice hardened, leaving no room for debate. “Fine, fine,” she huffed before finally retreating. “Now, tell me what happened,” Gambino said, focusing on his daughter.

“You won’t believe what happened today,” Eloise began, taking a deep breath. “I was at the club with my friends when Vincent sent one of his men to fetch me.

When I got there, he was so disgusting, so disrespectful—he told me to… to…” she hesitated, her voice shaking with indignation, “suck his dick.”

She paused, expecting her father’s fury, but when it didn’t come, her anger grew. “Are you just going to stand there? He humiliated me, Daddy!” she exclaimed, her voice rising. But her father only sighed, his expression troubled.

“Listen to me, baby. Vincent is not someone we can afford to provoke. Whatever he asks, just do it until I figure out a way to deal with him, okay?” he said, his tone resigned.

She stared at him in disbelief. “What do you mean, ‘just do it’? You want me to follow his disgusting orders?!” she nearly shouted.

Gambino nodded the weight of the situation evident in his eyes. “I know it’s not what you want to hear, but Vincent holds all the power here. If I cross him, everything I’ve built could crumble.”
