"You are making fun of me, I hope?" I replied curtly, jumping out of my bed.
Monsieur believes he is at home? Nonsense!
I walked quickly, looking angry. My supposed roommate dropped his suitcases to join me. He crossed his arms against his chest, involuntarily flexing the muscles in his forearms through his gorgeous white shirt.
“I wouldn't dare to do it, come on. I have too much respect for you, he said smiling.
This man is looking for me. He wants to kill me, that's for sure.
– You will take the apartments opposite my room. As you can see, it is already full. Thank you for clearing your posterior from here and grabbing your suitcases, I resumed a few seconds later.
He shook his head from side to side; his eyes worthy of being compared to emerald shone with mockery, mischief.
– We'll hug each other, stick together, and you'll be fine. Also, I find that the bed is way too big for one person. You're a rather thin woman, so it won't be a problem if I join you, he commented looking almost serious.
- You'll sleep opposite, I whispered, still so serious and nervous.
- No. Here, he replied, smirking.
- No, it's out of the question, I retorted immediately.
– I am a person considered to be very difficult, especially when my opinion is firmly anchored in my head. My quarters are here, as I stated earlier, he added, starting to pull some clothes out of his suitcase.
No. No. No and no!
- Oh no! I shouted, before rushing at him.
- Oh yes! He repeated in a girlish voice, nudging me lightly with his muscular shoulder.
I was doing exactly the same as him; I push him with my small shoulder, the anger poisoning my body far too much. Monsieur raised an eyebrow, then began to repeat the same gesture as before: a shoulder bump. Oh, he wants to have fun the gentleman? Too bad for him, because he had just found a formidable opponent. I too kindly offered him a shoulder bump and I heard him growl directly.
Suddenly I didn't see his new affront coming
towards my person, and the power of his gesture being so strong that I found myself in less than two buttocks on the ground.
But what a terrible affront...
"But you are sick!" I yelled, throwing a slipper at her head.
With a very graceful gesture he avoided her, a laugh also escaping from his throat. He walked towards me, lowered himself a little, then held out his hand.
“I can be a terrible player, you know,” he said, as I slapped his hand.
“You sick person,” I whispered to myself, deciding to get up on my own.
“Sorry, I didn't mean to knock you down. I went a little too hard on that one, I admit it, apologized sir, I gave a helpless woman a hard shoulder.
- To be forgiven, you have only one thing to do: take your luggage and leave my room, I added, seeing him put a few shirts on my counter.
But...
– After I have settled my things, I can possibly retire from my room. After all we have to go to dinner, don't we, he continued, as if all this comedy was normal for him.
– You're already considered my babysitter -it seems- so please don't intrude in my personal apartments. I don't need a giant stuffed animal, mine protect me enough already, I add, huffing in exasperation.
He raised an eyebrow, as if to counter my words, before glancing at my personal guard.
– Five stuffed animals representing magical unicorns are supposed to protect you? Well, that promises, he commented, scratching his chin.
– Don't judge them too quickly, they scared off more than one, I added, very seriously.
– Flee more than one? Are you talking about the men who came to walk around in your bed? He asked me with a hint of anger in his voice.
Oh the...
- I will not allow you! I exclaimed beside myself, hurt that he could think that.
No, but what a jerk that one is! I could surely return the question to this poor madman!
A strange regret suddenly flashed in her emerald eyes as I left the room; Of course, I slammed the door.
He's already pissing me off.

Damn it...
I went too far with Ruby. This sentence has exceeded my thoughts and I blame myself terribly. I know that no man came to join her bed, because after all her father would never have dared to let this pass. He knows what we agreed to a long time ago.
I put my last things in his closet, surprised to see it half full. I then put my suitcases away in a corner, still letting my gaze roam her room.
I had been waiting for this day for so long. Before, I could only observe it from afar, without intervening. But everything was about to change now...
