Chapter 2

Devano growled in annoyance that he couldn't take his work seriously. The man immediately pounded the table; it was Sunday. The man is now in the workroom. This CEO's mind cannot be controlled; he is always thinking about what happened last night.

"Why is he taking so long to find information? You bastard."

"Damn it, it's all because of that girl, just watch out when she's in front of me," snapped the man.

Meanwhile, the butler immediately asked everyone below him to leave. Scattering to look for Kania's whereabouts, the ripples of fear were very visible. Some grumbled and lit up at the behavior of Erna's child.

"What exactly did Kania do? Why does Tuan seem so angry with her."

The woman spoke to herself as she continued to drive the two-wheeled vehicle towards the residence of her friend from the time she chatted at Devano's house. At Alex's place, this man had found all the data information about Kania. He immediately went to where the employer was. In fact, he immediately opened the door to the workroom because the man called him.

"Sir, this is all Kania's information," the man said.

Devano stared sharply as he saw the secretary barge straight in. His gaze was so sinister that it made Alex gulp.

"Here!"

Alex quickly handed over the file on Kania's information, a wicked smile etched on his face as he read through it all. Shortly after, the phone rang from the secretary's pocket. The man immediately raised his eyes when he heard the words of the servant who had been ordered to find the woman.

"At the girl's residence, she's being forced to leave with a loan shark, sir. I think that girl's mother used Kania as a substitute for the money she borrowed," Alex explained.

Devano's eyes rounded perfectly, his hands clenched into fists at that.

"Here's your phone!"

The man immediately handed over his favorite chosen object, and then Devano immediately ordered the waiter to restrain Kania from being taken away. Then, this powerful man immediately turned off the phone.

"Take me to Kania's house immediately!" Devano ordered.

At Kania's place, the woman struggled to be released by the burly man who held her hands. Meanwhile, a passionate stare was thrown by the man who had earlier demanded Erna to pay a debt. Moreover, the girl's sexy clothes made the eyes of the beholder begin to fantasize.

"Sir! Please don't bring my friend," pleaded Sella.

Hearing her friend's voice, Kania immediately looked at the woman. Traces of tears were clearly visible; even Erna's daughter was still crying. A grin emerged from the man called Tuan by Sella. He immediately approached the servant of the Devano residence.

"So what if I bring this girl? After all, she is now mine because her mother sold her and even gave her away to pay off debts, so... why should I obey your words," the man mocked.

Sella remained silent. She was unsure of what to do to prevent Kania from being taken away.

"Uh, but ... you're pretty too, don't you want money? If you want to come with me, let's go! Let's have fun with the three of us," the middle-aged man teased.

The woman's eyes immediately rounded perfectly, like her eyeballs were about to pop out. She shook her head and brushed off the older man's arm that wanted to grab her chin.

"How arrogant, but if you have money, you'll definitely bend your knees," said the man.

He quickly reached into his pocket and took out his wallet, throwing money at Sella. The red and blue sheets fell to the ground, and the woman tried to hold herself up. Meanwhile, Ibu, Kania's sister, ran to pick up the paper while showing a smile.

"Love the money, sir. He didn't take it for us. You can't take this money again," said Erna.

"Look, they've gone to such lengths; why are you so arrogant when, in terms of clothes, you're just a maid, right," sneered the man.

"Just being a maid is very arrogant; I can pay more, even many times over. As long as you can satisfy me," he continued.

Kania could not stand it, so the woman immediately jerked the man. Everyone was surprised; even her mother and sister rounded their eyes.

"You!"

"Don't just because you have money, you look down on us!" snapped Kania.

The middle-aged man was surprised and grinned. He quickly approached Kania and immediately grabbed the cheek of the woman who had spoken out loud. Sella was surprised to see this. Then, the notification sound was heard, and her eyes bulged as she read the row of words.

[Don't let Kania get hurt in the slightest! Just watch out if I see even the slightest scratch. I won't spare her].

"So what, ha! The one with money is in charge, and you're weak. You're poor! So you have to bow at my feet," the man snapped.

The man was about to kiss Kania's lips, and the woman tried to rebel with her hands in the grip. Then Erna's daughter spat, making the middle-aged man in front of her glare.

"How dare you! You should be taught a lesson, you bitch!" the man was angry.

A slap went straight to Kania's cheek, making her wince. Even the woman's lips were bleeding at the sound of which Sella was startled. She rounded her eyes to see the blood at the corner of Kania's lips.

"Oh my! What are you doing? We're finished," Sella screamed.

Sella rushed over and reached out to hold Kania's injured lip. The middle-aged man frowned when he heard what she had just said.

"You guys are already finished! How dare you go against your boss," Erna grumbled.

Dania nodded, and the confused man immediately grinned. He moved his head up and down, his hands crossed.

"How is this ...."

"I'm done. You're hurt, Nia," said the woman.

Kania frowned at her friend's words. She shook her head and smiled with the corners of her lips hurt.

"It's okay, Sel. It doesn't hurt, it just stings," Kania said.

Her friend immediately looked into Kania's eyes and shook her head, while Dania, who saw this, glared.

"What an exaggeration! It's just a small wound. It will heal itself, and it's like she was mutilated to this extent," sneered Dania.

Sella shot an annoyed glance at Dania, which Kania's sister returned. A snort escaped her coworker's lips.

"Come and join me! You'll have a better life than being a maid," the man said.

The middle-aged man immediately ordered his subordinates to hold Sella, which one of them immediately complied with.

"Let's take them away! I can't wait to taste them; it'll be argh... anyway."

The men's subordinates immediately took them away, and the two women continued to rebel. They were immediately put in the car. Just as this vehicle was about to drive off, someone immediately blocked the car. Seeing the thing in front of her, Sella had a central face.

"Who the hell is this? Why are you blocking the road," the man growled.

When someone got out of the vehicle, they immediately fell silent. The older man with the haughty face immediately got out of the car, followed by his subordinates.

"Hello, sir. Do you want to see me? You could have just told me to go to your residence or office. Eh... Sir even bothered to look for me," the old man babbled.

Devano was silent. His face was cold, and he glanced at the vehicle in front of him. He stepped and passed them and immediately opened the car door.

"Asshole!"

The two women immediately looked down while the owner of this vehicle frowned and rushed over to Devano.

"Sir, don't mind my toy. We can chat in his house, even though it's not suitable for Tuan to enter."

The older man's words were interrupted as Devano stared intently as if, from this view, he was being skinned alive, making the man shudder in horror.

"You... hurt this girl, only I can do that! How dare you touch mine and even consider her your toy," Devano said coldly.
