Angelina POV

I'm already nervous for tonight's dinner I don't know what's gonna happen. Our families don't know that we have already sign a contract marriage.

I need to calm down whatever will happen, Steaves will also be involved I am not the only one. But I hate lying and I'm gonna make my whole life a lie after this marriage.

Soon we are getting engaged for the world only. I have never thought that my first marriage is gonna be a fake marriage. And I'm gonna engaged with someone I don't love.

I need to go to the beauty parlour. I need to get my hair done and my nails extension. Well let me set myself with a good look before Steaves begins to give me orders how to make over.

I take my purse and head outside. I take my car. As we have 3 cars, 1 for Mom Natalie, 1 for me and 1 for an emergency. I take the dark grey one which is really comfortable for me to drive.

I drive for at least 20 minutes till I arrive at the beauty parlour located in a shopping mall. I firstly buy myself a cold coffee with chocolate flavored.

Then I walk to the parlour.

"Hello, miss Angelina how are you?" Mrs Tuval said the owner of this parlour.

"Hi Mrs Tuval, I'm doing good and I will have my hairs to be done and my nails extention." I said kindly.

"Okay wait I'll arranged for your treatment." She Stated while calling some of the staffs.

"Get Miss Angelina's hair treatment and her nails extention." She tells 3 girls standing in front of her.

They quickly set up everything then they call me to sit on the chair. 1 of them started making my hairs and the other 2 girls start to make my both hands extention.

Mrs Tuval was standing just at my back as I can see her from the big mirror in front of me. I don't get it why she is giving me a special treatment while this parlour is already big and there are already many clients.

"So you need to look beautiful tonight." Mrs Tuval said.

I'm freaked out right now how did she find out.

"Yess.. b-ut how did you know." I asked confusely.

"Oh come on baby girl, it have already be viral you're dating a high status man and it have been viral on social media's already." She stated.

I'm acompletely speechless I really don't want to talk about this.

I just gave her a cute smile and I remain silent. After sometimes later my phone begins to ring.

"Wait" I tell the girls and I get my phone. Its Steaves..

"Hello"

"Where are you?" He ask.

"At the mall I've come to the beauty parlour." I stated.

"Okay I'm coming over there." He said.

"No, but I'm okay you don't need to come here!" I stated.

"Don't try to mess up with me, I'm coming over there." He hang up.

He is so stubborn.

After sometimes which feels like hours. I hear Steaves voice behind me." You look beautiful baby." He said looking at me in the mirror.

I just whispered a thank you. Mrs Tuval made Steaves sit on the couch as she begins to asked him if he will drink something. I can clearly notice how he is annoyed right know he is hiding his anger.

Mrs Tuval is already a pain in the ass. Steaves hate peoples which show off for nothing and he ignore her. He begins to look at me from the mirror. He admire me till my treatment gets over.

The girls let me go as they begins to clean there things. I get up and take my purse while Steaves tell me he will pay the bill. I refuse him. He insisted.

After he pays the bill we both leaves the parlour.

"Why you've come over?" I asked him.

"I need to buy a dress for you." He said coldly.

"But I already have millions of dresses, let me remind you that my company is a dress designer and I'm the owner of that company and you think that I will buy these cheap dresses when I actually have all my own branded dress." I told him.

"Okay so let's buy a necklace for you." He said coldly.

"I already have a lot of necklaces." I said calmly.

"Now don't tell me that all my necklaces are design from my company and they are all branded and I don't need these cheap necklaces." He said while adding some mimic action between his words.

I remain quiet and tries to hide my laughing. He just turn at me. He looks at me with a unexpression face. I begins to laugh I could not hold on. I tries to stop laughing but I look at his serious face again and I started to laugh again.

"Your joke was really bad." I laugh at him when I realized that he was also laughing.

"I know I don't usually joke." He said with a smile.

It's really good to see him smiling otherwise he is always serious.

"Let's go to get your necklace now." He said and I follow him.

We enter the shop. "Can you please show us a really expensive necklace which is branded because my fiancee hate cheap things." He said with a funny reaction.

"Steaves can you please stop this joke now." I tell him while laughing at his reaction.

Even the jeweller begins to laugh with our reaction.

We buy the necklace, it's a simple one as I hate too loud necklaces.

"Come I'll drop you." He stated.

"Bad joke this time Mr Giroud, because I have come in my car, so you wanna drop my car also?" I joke.

"Bad joke..I hate joking, okay see you in the evening I will come to pick you." He said.

"Let me drop you till the car." He stated.

"Okay." I nodded.

"Well if tonight my stepmother will said something that might hurt you, don't take it by heart. Because she is really heartless." He said.

"Oh..but what about your mother then?" I asked him.

"She is no more, that's why I own my own house I live seperately." He stated coldly without showing any emotions.

"Okay but you don't have any siblings?" I asked him.

"Yes I have a brother from my stepmother and my father. But I love him more than a real brother, I've never considered him as a step-brother." He stated.

"Okay that's nice, he must also be a good hearted person, right?" I asked him.

"Yes he is, but he is abroad and he will come next month." He said, we already reach to my car.

I open the door and place my bag inside when I was entering inside the car. Steaves grabbed my waist and pulls me closer to him.

"What you're doing?" I yelled at him.

"The paparazzi are here try to act romantic please, it's my reputation." He said as he suddenly kisses me.

I got shivered then he pulls away and I simply gives him a smile. I get inside my car and starts the engine as I'm still in shock. Steaves was standing next to my window. He waves a bye to me.

I leaves from the mall. Did he just kissed me. What he is doing to me. I'm gonna be mad. But it feels good also. I get an unstoppable smile.

I arrives at home when I realize it's already 5p.m and I need to start to get ready I have only 2 hours to get ready.

I quickly rush inside. Mom Natalie is already here. I saw her in her dress already.

"You look beautiful." I tell her.

"Thank you, this dress is a new design from our company."

"Oh thats really good." I said, I feel really proud of having a young mom, she is just 35 and she is just like my friend.

"You know what Mom no one can said that you're my mother." I said.

"Literally am not your mother but I love you more than just a daughter." She said hugging me.

"Am going to get ready." I stated as I go to my room.

I take out my dress and I place the necklace which Steaves just brought for me on the bed. I take out my high heels and kept it and my silver purse which match perfectly with my necklace.

I rush for a shower after the shower, I begins to apply some make ups. I let my hairs flows down.

I put in my dress and the necklace. After finishing my last touch up. I put in my high heels. And I take my purse at last.

I hear my phone vibrate and its a message from Steaves.

-am at your place..hurry up am waiting.

I quickly go down staires as I saw Mom Natalie ready.

"Steaves is Waiting for you go I'll join you at the restaurant." Mom said.

I just said bye to her as I was in hurried. I open the door and saw Steaves standing just infront of me.

"Lets go we need to get there before of our parents." He stated.

He helps me to get in his car and he closes the door for me. I notice he has also wear black suits.

He get in the car. The drive to the restaurant was silent. We reach the restaurant. Steaves park the car. Then he opens my door.

He offerd me his hand. "You look gorgeous." He said.

I whispered a thank you.

We enter inside as the manager escorted us till our table. We wait till our families to come.

After sometimes later our both family came in together. Mr and mrs Giroud sit infront of us. As Steaves was sitting beside me and my mom sat beside Steaves. It was a round table for 5 person.

"Thank you for accepting my invitation, I call both families because I love Angelina and we want to marry with eachother and we here to night just to meet both families and to plan our engagement's date." He stated.

"Am really glad to meet you Angelina, atleast this time Steaves got a nice choice." She said with a smirk while his husband gave him a wired look.

"Its good that both of you wants to start a life together, always stay bless." Mr Giroud said with a smile.

"Well I will always support both of you in this relationship." Mom Natalie said.

"You're Angelina's Mother? you look so young." Mrs Giroud asked.

"Actually my sister and my brother in law was dead in an accident ofter that I have adopted Angelina." Mom said depressely.

"OH..so you are orphan." Mrs Giroud said. Her words gave me wounds that mades me whimper.

"Stop it Mrs Giroud you can't just tell whatever come in your mouth." Steaves shouted at her in frustration. He clenches his jaw and was about to yell at her more. Then I hold his hand and stop him for saying anything else.

"Next week you'll get engaged." Mr Giroud said while handling is wife.

"I think we must leave now." Mr Giroud said as they both leave from the restaurant.

The 3 of us remain quite after they leave. Then Steaves break the silence.

"Am sorry for whatever happened, Mrs Giroud had really misbehave with both of you." He stated.

"Its okay you don't need to ask for apology because of her." Mom said.

"Okay let me order food for us." Steaves call the waiter and he ordered food for us.

After the dinner. Mom goes by her car I wanted to go home with her but Steaves insisted to drop me.

In our way to home the ride was silent when Steaves break the silence.

"Are you still thinking about what Mrs Giroud told you?" He ask calmly.

"Yes." I nodded.

"Forget it don't stress yourself." He said.

"But she was right am an orphan, she wasn't wrong." I stated.

"Don't even think you are an orphan, just think that if your mom Natalie will find out that you considers yourself to be orphan, she will be broken. Just because of your well being she had not get married yet think about her first before you think about rubbish things." Steaves stated while being angry with me.

"Yes you are right I've never thought about that, thank you soo much." I said with a smile.

He drops me at home.

I went to my room and lay on the bed as my head touched the bed I fall asleep.
