Chapter 2

Meanwhile... The sunshine was a bit hot when Olivia stopped because she felt hungry. She wiped away the sweat and went inside the house. She looked at her watch, it was 1:07 in the afternoon.

"That's why my stomach is rumbling."

She went straight to the kitchen and opened the refrigerator. She was ready to get something to cook but she remembered that she was going to the birthday party of the twins of Venom and Abby later. They will sulk when she does not come. She took the loaf-bread and the pitcher with only orange juice. She stuffed, strawberry jam. She sat down and then leaned back on the sofa. She turned on the T.V. and she watched a noon time show while eating. She plans to take a nap to rest and then she will prepare for going to Venom's house.

When she finished eating, she immediately stood up to lower what she ate. She will just take it back to the party later. She smiled at her thought. When she was able to lower her food, she immediately went to her room to take a nap. She lay down and was startled when she remembered the phone on the pillow. She immediately took it and she breathed a sigh of relief because she did not break it. She checked it and frowned because she had a 25 miscalls. The number was unregistered but it was familiar to her. She could not remember whose number it was.

"I'm sorry. I don't entertain strangers."

She deleted the miscall log and then lay down to take a nap. She was tired of what she did.

Olivia woke up in the afternoon. She was able to get up. She seemed to have a good sleep. She looked at her watch. It's five o'clock. At three o'clock Venom said to be ready. She looked at the gifts she had bought for the twins. Blue and pink are their wrappers. She quickly got up and then went to the bathroom to take a shower. When she came out of the bathroom, she immediately put on her clothes. An old denim pants and a simple baby pink t-shirt. She laughed.

"Faust is my soulmate today."

She dried her hair well and then combed her hair. She just let you down. She took a paper-bag and immediately placed her gifts there. She took the house key and pocketed it. She walked, only two corners away. Many cars were parked in the yard of Venom and Abby's house when she arrived. She breathed a sigh of relief because she did not seem to be completely caught. She entered the compound because the gate was open. The boys are in the yard and drinking. Gida serves their drinks and pulutan(food or snacks as an accompaniment to alcoholic drinks). The girls are on the terrace with the little ones and are busy having girl's talk while eating. There, she went.

"Hello, girls! Am I late?"

Everyone looked at her and Abby simply shrugged. The twins are in the crib and sleeping. They are one year old.

"You are late, Miss Olivia." Abby's punishment.

"Of course. We've been here before and we are waiting for you... And since we're hungry, we ate first." Crimson.

"I'm sorry, I fell asleep. I fixed my garden earlier. I changed the design on the corner side, I'm tired." She explained.

She sat down in the empty seat. Abby's Mamay Lab arrived with food. It laid them down in front of her.

"Thank you, Mamay Lab."

"Your welcome. Why are you late now?"

"I'm sorry, I fell asleep."

It sat down next to her and she started eating. They have already started talking to each other.

"What do you think is a good name for Clear and I's baby?" Bloom whispered to everyone.

"Why, you don't want your baby to be a junior?" Ashley asked.

"That would be next time. I want our eldest son's name to be cute."

"In that case, let's all think of a good name. You can consult Clear after this. You can just choose together." said Gracey.

All the girls each suggested names for Clear and Bloom's future baby. Crimson lists them all and they will vote on which is the best name.

Rouge stood up to get a cold beer from the cooler. He opened the cooler and was about to grab a bottle of beer when he heard the loud laughter of the women in the distance. He was a little taken aback when he saw Olivia smiling while eating. It has arrived. He had been waiting earlier. Guilt flowed all over his body. He finally took a beer and he immediately opened it so he could drink immediately. When he ran out of one bottle, he immediately took another. As before, he drank beer as if it were just cold soft drinks. He was about to take it again but someone held his hand.

"That's why the beers never came ah?"

That was Nexus.

"I'm thirsty."

It raised a right eyebrow.

"Is that the new excuse of the drunkard? We only drink light ah?"

He stood up and grabbed another beer. He ignored Nexus. He went to the corner and then sat down on the grass. He grumbled. He simply glanced again at Olivia's whereabouts. It finished eating and it was fun talking to the companions. Her smile, he suddenly missed. He wanted to approach it but he hesitated. He will just look stupid even more and it will not pay attention to him since he hurt her feelings. But what should he expect?

Meanwhile... Olivia's stomach hurt with laughter because the topics they thought of in the name increased.

"How did you and Venom develop twins? I also want to know for at least... Once in a while. At least, I’m going to have a boy and a girl right away." she asked Abby mischievously.

It smiled mischievously back at them all. Their topic went to baby-making.

"Venom and I studied the technique then. All I can say is, you study too! Why, do you have any plans Olivia?"

"In the near future! What, share the technique so I know. Who should initiate the game? Should we both or should we make the move first?" Olivia said mischievously.

Abby was silence for a few seconds and then she smiled at her comrades. They all smiled mischievously.

"Oh well... All I can say is, it's tiring." Abby's stubborn language.

"Well! You're weird! You're hanging us." Crimson complained.

"My husband and I have it privately no. As I said, study it too. And you my dear Olivia, look for your partner on that group project before you even think about studying biology-the mystery of life."

"Ha ha ha ha, is there such a thing?" Olivia asked.

"Sure. Venom taught me."

"Me too, Rock also taught me biology-the mystery of life. That's why we developed right away." Gracey added mischievously.

"You Gabrielle?" she asked.

She smiled mischievously and blushed.

"I’m on going studies about biology..."

She laughed at them. But she was jealous. Looks like she just knows nothing about biology?

"Excuse me, I have to go to the bathroom." she said goodbye.

"All right. Come back soon." said Gabrielle.

"Yes."

She got up and walked. She went inside the house and she even met Venom who was taking food in the kitchen. They just smile. She went straight to the bathroom and did what she had to do. She washed her hands and wiped them before she came out.

When she came out, she was surprised when suddenly someone pulled her right hand and quickly took her to the basement where various types of expensive wine collection of Venom were placed. She stared at the drag on him and she was stunned to see Rouge's face. It smells like beer and the face is slightly red. She swallowed and was nervous, it locked the door. The man was still leaning on it and it looked like he had no intention of evicting her...

Then, the term Biology suddenly entered her brain!

"Can we talk?" Rouge whispered to her.

She realized when she heard the man's voice. She simply shook her head to dismiss the flirtation of her brain. She did not speak. She turned her back on it and then folded her arms. She faced the shelf which was full of all kinds of wine.

"I'm sorry... I made a mistake. You are the woman who captures my heart. I just discovered about that. I'm really sorry."

She was stunned by what she heard and frowned. What is this man saying? She rubbed her chest. If before maybe... She must be jumping for joy but she is not like that now. She remained turned away from it.

"Last month, I went to a book store... I couldn't do anything then so I was reading a book. Then, one story captivated me. It was a sub-genre story but the main is romance. I fell in love with it and to the person who wrote it. Maybe it is foolishness but it's what I feel. So I ignored you. But, you are the person I have been looking for... For a long time, You are just in front of me. You could slap me on my face and I won't mind... But please, forgive me. I will do anything you want."

A painful and hot thing seemed to squeeze Olivia's heart. She is hurting more now than happy. She feels more angry. Tears welled up in her eyes but she prevented them from falling on her cheeks. She didn't want to cry anymore because of Rouge. She remained silent. She's really mad.

"Olivia... Talk to me. Say anything. I won't open the door if you won't talk."

Olivia's eyes narrowed in anger. She clenched her fists as she faced Rouge.

"Mr. Maximus, what else do you need? I heard everything you said clearly and I don't care about all that." She said angrily.

Rouge was stunned by what he heard. He felt a deep pain inside his chest, direct to his foolish heart.

"If you have nothing else to say, can you leave the door and I will go out? Don't waste my time." Olivia said.

Rouge blinked and stared intently at Olivia's face.
