Chapter 4

Meanwhile, Rock and Venom are still busy taking care of their patients at the Medical Mission. They still have a little bit of information available so they need to act.

"Ma’am, are you sure your child's illness is Ketong(leprosy)?" Venom asked confused.

He had touched the young man's skin several times but there were no symptoms of Ketong(leprosy) on his skin.

"That's because Doc said that when the Doctor looked at him in town. He said his Ketong(leprosy) was high in his urine due to diabetes." The woman explained to him.

He rubbed his forehead and laughed softly.

"Ma’am, that's ketone." he corrected.

(Positive urine ketones are a sign of complications in diabetes.)

The lady just smiled awkwardly at him. Many more patients came. Even if it's tiring, it's okay... This is another profession he and Rock have. Both of them are doctors and they love to volunteer in Medical Missions like this. Besides, seeing the smile of the people they help, it is priceless.

Abby smiled as she caressed her horse Spirit. Its colour is white with brown spots. That stallion was given to her by her late Mother. She is in stable now with Adam who is also busy with his horse. She stopped what he was doing when she saw his brother Gida. It runs fast towards her.

"SISTAH!..."

She could almost hear it. She was shocked to see it weep. Her eyebrows met. Who made her brother cry?!

"What happened?!" she asked as it approached him.

It quickly wiped the tears from its eyes and begged to look at her.

"SISTAH!..." it screamed again.

She was a little irritated by its very sharp voice.

"Stop right there, Gida! You're scaring the horses!" she rebuked angrily.

"Eh because, Sistah eh..."

"What?! Are you just pure sister?!" her language irritated.

He sniffed and sighed to calm down.

"Sistah... I was embarrassed! Someone embarrassed me!" weep over this accusation.

Her head suddenly warmed at what he said. She could not allow anyone to oppress her youngest brother!

"What happened?!"

"Eh... I was rejected by the Doctor in the Medical Mission eh!"

She was stunned for a moment by what he said.

"W-What Medical Mission?! Eh you're not sick ah?!" she asked as she recovered.

"Eh just, I was laughed at because of that Doctor! Sistah, I was embarrassed!" Gida complained.

Her eyebrows met what she heard.

"Ah, right?! All right, take me to the Doctor you say and he will find what he is looking for!"

"All right, sister! Come on!"

"Hey, don't rush!" Adam reminded.

But Abby seems to be deaf. She just walked quickly to the Medical Mission with Gida. Lots of people at the Center when they arrived. She tore them apart and approached the whereabouts of the Doctors conducting a Medical Mission.

"All right, show me who the good Doctor was that embarrassed you!" her bold language.

"It’s him!"

Gida pointed to the Doctor at the left table. It is turned upside down and looks busy. She quickly approached it with her brother. They've made a bit of a scene but she doesn't care anymore. When her brother or her Mamay Lab is oppressed... She is ready to kill!

"Hey, you!" she called loudly.

The Doctor he called was startled and suddenly turned in front of her. They were both stunned when they saw each other's faces... But she seemed to be got scared?! She must have swallowed her tongue. The man smiled at her and looked at her face.

"Chika, what do you need?" Venom's soft language.

"You!" Abby said.

"Yes, why?" its language is just cool.

Abby's eyebrows met. It just doesn't seem to matter what he did to her brother. This time, she will not hesitate to repeat what she did here. It doesn't matter if she was going to be dead. She is ready to be imprisoned for the sake of her brother.

"How dare you act like that after you embarrassed my brother! You are shameless, you are still called a Doctor but your behavior is bad!"

The man frowned at what she said and amuse to look at her face.

Her head got hotter.

"You're still light-headed! Eh, aren't you, you embarrassed my brother because you rejected him!"

"Why, I should just reject him." its casual answer.

"You see! What kind of Doctor are you?! It's still a Medical Mission... Just like that? Choosy? Just because my brother is a gay man, huh?! Don't you know that you are violating his human rights?! What you have done was discrimination!"

"Don't be too hot on me, okay? I'm not violating your brother's human rights. I also did not discriminate him but should have."

She clenched her fist and punched it in the face but she held back. She remembered that many were watching.

"What do you mean it should have?!" she asked incredulously.

Venom played with the strands of his hair. He smiled sweetly at the woman. It makes her more angry, it makes her look beautiful. Only now has he encountered a woman of such courage. Meanwhile... Abby burst into tears as she sat on the edge of the stable. She made another embarrassing scene. Her good brother is a nuisance! Damn him! Alas! She heard footsteps approaching. And someone tapped her on the right shoulder.

"Youngest, I warned you. Why didn't you listen to me? You started, I hope you knew the whole story first." sermon to her by her older cousin, Adam.

"Yes, it's my fault! I'm embarrassed!"

Abby looked up and looked at her cousin's face carefully. It made him smile foolishly.

"What?!" she asked.
