Chapter 2 Part 1

Mumbai:

Mumbai- The city of dreams....many dreams get their destination here while many break nd crumble lyk a pieces of glass....

It is 9 in the morning and a black mercedes Was running on the busy road of mumbai followed by 1 car at back nd 1 at front...the driver was driving the car while the person at back seat was sitting fully decked-up in 3 piece suit while talking,wait! Not talking rather shouting at the person on call...poor person...

Andddd the person was famous businessman MANIK MALHOTRA...

Manik:*shouting at phone*were u sleeping when i told u that i need this meeting scheduled today itself by anyhow armaan....if u dont know how to work then leave the work nd dont waste my money...now i dont know anything i want this meeting scheduled by nxt week or leave the work if u cant manage bcoz there r many who jst want to b even a mere employee in Malhotra Industries soo better u check ur work this tym....did u understand!!

Nd without listening to the reply of poor person on other side,manik cut the call nd looked outside the window only to get land his eyes non most beautiful creation of God...

Actually they were in the traffic nd driver was waiting for the signal to open when manik saw a beautiful sight or rather a person who caught his eyes nd he jst got mermerized wid the beauty...

He immediately tried to came out of the car to go where that girl was standing but sudden opening of traffic didnt allow him nd soo he sat back into the car bt in this process he jst lost the sight of that beauty...

Andd that beautiful creation of god or rather to say the beauty was NANDINI MURTHY...

Manik's car took its speed while manik was jst lost in the face he show a minute back...he click open his cell nd immediately looked at the beautiful pic he has taken a minute back nd smiled a little.....

After around half-an-hour he reached office nd strightening his suit,he jst enter the building of 34 floors own by malhotras' itself... The sound of boot clicked the glass tile nd immediately all employees straighten themselves wishing Good Morning to their boss who didnt gave a darm to their wishes nd headed towards his office...

The lift open with ping on 34th floor nd Manik came out of it only to enter his cabin C.E.O MANIK MALHOTRA ....he settled himself nd took the sip of black-coffee while opening his laptop nd calling someone-

Manik:*curtly*Armaan come to my cabin with singhania's project file...

After few minutes,armaan(manik's p.a.) enter with required file...

Manik:*cuetly*give me that file nd tell me my today's schedule...

Armaan:*frightening*sir u have business lunch meeting with guptas' at 1 nd then meeting with Sharma music company for ur new album at 4 in evening...then u have a business dinner meeting with our new clients abujas' at sharp 8 in evening...then u r totally free for the rest sir...

Manik:*face in his file*ok nd what the status for that new production?

Armaan:sir it is being handle by Cabir sir directly...

Manik:*looking at him*ohh yss thats reminds me where is Cabir??

Armaan:in his cabin sir...

Manik:*taking a sip of coffee while looking in the file*ok u can go nd nxt tym no ounce of sugar in my coffee...remember this...

Listening him armaan jst gulp his saliva as he very well know that manik lyks pure black coffee or sometimes,earl green tea that too without a single trace of sugar...he immediately appologized nd ran from there whereas manik dialed cabir's cabin number nd asked him to come to his cabin...

Manik picked up the cell to call someone bt immediately his eyes twinkle as soon as he saw the wallpaper of the his lock-screen which has the photo of Nandini which he clicked while coming office nd set it on his screen wallpaper.. he immediately got lost in the pic that he didnt even heard the knock on the door of his cabin...

While here cabir knocked 2-3 times bt getting no response,he slightly open the door nd peep in the cabin only to get amaze bcoz the ever strict nd curt manik malhotra was smiling lyk a fool looking at his phone screen which did nothing bt jst increased his curiosity...he slowly with conscious steps came in nd stand behind his chair to peep in his cell only to see a beautiful face on the lock screen...

Cabir:*smirking*beautiful haina??

Manik:*smilingly*bahut hi...

Cabir:*in his ears*kon hai??

Manik:*in trance*pata nahi...

Cabir:*loudly*tu bole toh iski information nikalwau??

Nd thats when manik came back to his senses nd look at cabir wid wide eyes-

Manik:cabir tu yaha

Cabir:*mocking him*haan mein yahan...kyu,nahi aana chahiye tha??

Manik:*composing himself*ahem...nahi aa beth waise bhi kuch kaam hai tujhse...

Cabir goes nd sit on the chair oposite to manik-

Cabir:*teasingly*kyaa kaam hai??kahin iss beautiful ladki ki information toh nahi nikalwani naa??

Manik:*glaring him*cabir bakwaas band karega plzz...aisa kuch bhi nahi hai joh tu soch raha hai..

Cabir:*smirking*achaa toh uss unknown ladki ki photo tere phone mein kyaa kar rahi hai??

While manik looked here and there as he had nothing to say...

Cabir:*smirking*admit it manik that u lyk her...haina?

While knowing that now there is no point of hiding it,manik sighed-

Manik:*sadly*i dont know cabir i mean i-i have never felt lyk that what i felt at that moment when my eyes land on her...i mean she was looking soo beautiful in her own simplicity that i cant control myself...it was lyk i myself was getting attracted to her without my notice...i-i dont know...

Saying this he sighed nd looked at cabir who was looking at him with wide-open eyes nd mouth ....manik called him twice bt he didnt reacted nd soo manik called him loudly this tym nd it did break his trance....

Cabir:*shocked*huh-huh!!!

Manik:kyaa huh-huh...kuch bol bhi de...

Cabir:*drametically*kyaa bolu...i mean i never thought that mein kabhi tujhse bhi yeh sab sunn paunga....*looking up*wah re bhagwan,teri leela aprampar hai....

While listening him,manik jst rolled his eyes at his drama..

Manik:*glaring him*will u jst cut the crap cabir...

Cabir:arey tu pagal hai kya...tujhe abhi tak samaj nahi aaya??tujhe love hoo gaya hai...love at first sight...

Manik:*making bad face*hatt bey kuch bhi bolta hai...kuch bhi matlab kuch bhi bolega tu aur mein maan lunga...nd u know r8 i dont beleive in love bcoz-

Cabir:*cut him in-between*LOVE IS NOT AT ALL MY TYPE...pata hai baar baar bolne ki zarurat nahi hai...lekin tu maan yaa naa maan tujhe pyaar toh hua hai aur woh bhi love at first sight...

Manik:*glaring him*apni bakwaas band karega tu??aur ab woh kar le jiske liye tujhe yahan bulaya hai!!!mujhe yeh bata k new production ka status kya hai,armaan ne bola tu handle kar raha hai woh project...

Cabir:*getting serious*ohh ysss....waise toh sab thik hi chal raha hai bss i think hume quota margin thoda badhana hoga..may b 5 se 7 karna hoga..

Manik:hmm toh badha de..

Cabir:*shrugging his shoulder*ok no problem...*getting up from his chair*chal phir i will meet u afterwards...meri meeting hai 11 baje aur 1 baje navya k saath lunch pein bhi jaana hai...

Manik:hmm aur haan,navya ko meri taraf se hii bolna aur sunn 4 baje sharma company k saath meeting hai new album k liye toh tym se pahuch jaana...

Cabir:dont worry mein toh pahuch jaaunga par tu mat khoo jaana apni uss love at 1st sight walli beautiful ladki k photo mein...

Saying this he winked at manik nd ran from there before manik can beat him black nd blue whereas listening him manik 1st glared him bt when cabir was out of the cabin,manik smiled a little biting his lips...

Manik:*to himself*ohh girl!!!what u r doing to me...

Soo this was the very first chapter of my new story LIGHT TO HER DARKNESS....

I know chapter was not that beautiful bt starting hai soo grip aane mein aur 2-3 chapter lagenge bt then it will b in a grip jst lyk my other story U R MY LYF...

soo manan's encounter known to one while unknown to other..how was it guys??

What do u think how will manik find nandini nd what will happen once they will meet to create HAMESHA FOREVER...

I know u all must b thinking k Manik ne xactly kya scene dekha bt dont worry that will b soon revealed in further chappy...
