Chapter 2- Customer is important

Suddenly a man comes with attitude and arrogance says, " Waiter...what is going on? Why the customer is angry?"

Waiter with the evil smile say, " Sir, actually this man's dress is so dirty and look ordinary man. Here people come from good background and...!"

The customer get more annoyed and that man walks towards him with the angry attitude and slaps him with the annoying feeling.

Raj comes running to seeing that man was angry with waiter's rude behavior and words spoken.

Raj stop that man and he says, " Please control yaar, it's not suits you."

That man was none other than Advik Mehra and the owner of that hotel.

Advik politely apologize to the customer and he says, "Sir, I am sorry for inconvenience as customer are precious for us. Please be feel comfortable and make order for food."

Advik asked Raj, "Make this waiter out of this hotel and make sure he should understand that background, status and dressing is not so important as for us customers are important and their feedback runs the huge hotel. You work as waiter here right and your work is to give good service to customer by not judging their background or status.Got it, get out from here!"

Advik wear the goggle with the style and walks towards entrance of the hotel for going outside, but that customer stops him.

Waiter feels guilty and asked customer to forgive him. The customer thanks Advik and he says, " Sir, I know he mistreat me but don't make him leave this hotel. As, he also have to run responsibilities and duties towards family. Please, I forgive him as he is guilty as everyone has a chance to repair their mistake."

Advik turns and stop at the entrance of the hotel and loudly say, " Okay, but now he will get demoted for one week and will work as cleaner. I warn everyone to concentrate on the work not to gossip or this other things to do or to think!"

Then Advik and Raj walks towards his car, they both sit in the car.

Driver asked destination of place to go, Raj tells driver to take Tarish Sharma's house and he tells him the address too.

Advik was reviewing the files and asked him when is the next flight for Mumbai and that is the main as his mother and father started the first hotel "Avina 5 star Hotel" in Mumbai, he is visiting there after 5 years.

Diya in Mumbai was arranging the files and things properly as Advik is strict and like his belongings on proper place.

Advik asked has Raj short listed the profile for his work to assisting proper person, as he wants a good assistant with good skills and smart with intelligence.

Raj says with hesitation, " Advik...Advik... actually I have only one candidate short listed according to me,she is prefect to handle the work. Please take that orange color file in that her profile with qualification are given and photo is not there actually I forgot to keep in it."

Advik open the file and see the profile, he feels impressive as she was first class passed in masters in MBA hotel management. Working since from two years.

Advik says with doubt, " Raj, she is young according to work and fresher too. As experience is not much."

Raj with confidence say, " Diya is prefect as  if she handle this whole hotel in my absence and see review files you will see the results, that she handle this hotel by own. She had not experience but have ability to run. Everyone is happy with her working and customer like our service."

Advik also see the financial report and other reports also and last file he reviewed that was feedback of hotel by customers it's was good. He feels satisfaction as feedback was good and made changes according to suggestions of customers, but in service and things were improved.

Advik feels more impressive and he say, "Okay, but I will test her skills and honesty too."

Raj says with proud feeling, " I know she will definitely pass your test and I bet that I will give a party at my place, if I lose. But, if you lose then?"

Advik says with attitude, " I will try to help in matter of Isha as you think she loves you. Our friendship is strong and I know she also likes you but you need to get little behave good and change the style of talking and dressing."

They both laughs and discuss how to make Tarish Sharma to give his hotel's ownership to Advik.
