Divya's pov..

Right now we were sitting outside the operation theatre.. while babies were crying as they were scared seeing all this..

"You both are good baccha na then stop crying everything will be fine" I said wiping ansh and insha's tears...

"Mamma" mewed insha..

"Mamma is here only jaana (life)"i said hugging her...

"I want to go to dadda" said insha..

"Dadda is coming baccha"i replied caressing her hairs..

"Ansh baby come here"I said and he stood infront of me...

"Stop crying ok we all are here"I said and he nodded and I kissed her forehead...

"Divya daadi ko kya hua (what happened to daadi?)" Advik asked me impatiently as he walked towards me.. with harsh uncle.

"She fell from the stairs"I replied..and a tear escaped from his eyes...

"Dadda"Insha cried and manik took her in his arms..and she hid her face on his neck..

After sometime Avni and Viraj bro also came their..

"Avni you go home taking insha and ansh with you" Advik said to Avni..

"But bhai" Avni muttered..

"No ifs and buts avni take them with you we are here and operation is still going on" said advik calmly

"But bhai i want to stay here i am not getting any good vibes please bhai"  replied avni being tensed..

"Ok then I am taking both of them with me" said viraj bro..

"Viraj tum handle kar loge dono ko (viraj can you handle both of them all alone?" Arunima asked..

"Haa Arunima mom i will handle them" replied viraj..

"Baccha you both will not trouble maamu (uncle) ok" i said caressing their cheeks and they both nodded in agreement...

After that bhai left with babies...

Advik sat beside me closing his eyes.. i know he was scared as he love daadi very much.. I raised my hand to hold his hand.. but couldn't what if he jerked my hand.. nahi he wouldn't not jerked my hand because I was his little one naa.. with shivering hands i placed my hand on his and then his eye met mine.. I gave him an assurance nod and he held my hand tightly.. his one touch and my heart started beating so fast...

After sometime doctor came outside and said " operation is successful but she is very weak"

"Thank you doctor!! Can we meet her" asked advik

"First we will shift her to the private ward then you all can meet her but please don't make noise" said doctor and left..

After sometime doctor shift daadi to private ward.and now we were sitting outside as she didn't get her concious back..

"Who is Advik and Divya patient is calling them inside" one nurse informed us..

Me and advik stepped inside the room and he sat on the stool beside the bed and I stood beside him..

Daadi slowly opened her eyes and looked at us..

"Daadi ap thik hai na (daadi are you ok?)" asked advik holding her hand and she smiled..

"Haa baccha i am fine" she replied with great difficulty..

"I..am .. ver..yy ha..ppy that.. i am .. going .. your .. daadu (grandpa).. is.. call..ing" she replied no no this couldn't be happen..

"Daadi please don't say like wait let me call the doctors" advik said cupping her cheeks and she nodded her head negatively..

"I..do..nt have.. muc..h tim.eee just.. promise me.. one.. thing" daadi said and a tear escaped from my eyes..

"Div..yaa ba..ccha come ..here give.. your ha..nd.." daadi said to me and forward my hand and she placed my hand on his..

"Adv..ik pro..misee me.." daadi started breathing heavily..

"Daadi kya hua main doctor ko bulao (daadi what happen? Please let me call the doctor)"said manik but she nodded negatively..

"Promise.. me that.. you..ll be with ... Divya. in.. every.. phase of.. life" said daadi..

"Haa daadi I'll be with her aap please thik hojaona" he replied and I looked at Advik with my teary eyes..

"You..ll. nev..er.. lea..ve..her" said daadi with a great difficulty..

"Nahi daadi i will never leave her" said advik..

"There..is..on.ee lett.er in.. my.. ward..robe .. do.. read that" said daadi..

"Haa daadi i will read that letter a

When you'll be fine" said manik..

"You...will..ma.r..ry" we didn't heard what she said then she closed her eyes..

"Daadi daadi what happen? Please wake up please" Advik cried patting her cheeks..

"Little one daadi ko bolona to wake up (tell daadi to wake-up little one)"he said to me and a tear escaped from my eyes..

"Advik Advik look at me" I said cupping his cheeks " she is no more"

"What are you saying divya she can't leave me like this no no daadi please wake up" he said hugging daadi tightly..

"Advik she left us" I said placing my hand on his shoulder....

"Nahi divya what are you saying doctor doctor " he shouted and doctor came and checked daadi..

"I am sorry Mr Singh" said doctor and left..

And then everyone came inside..

"Mom daadi left us mom" cried Avni..

While Advik stood their silently.. he didn't cry nor he said anything..

While Advik walked outside the room and went to garden .. I walked behind him and found him sitting on the bench palming his face...

"Advik"i called him placing my hand on his shoulder and he looked up...

"She left me divu.. she was fine in the morning and now" he cried..

"You know what little one she also made my so many favourite dishes for me in the morning and now"

"Sshhh it's ok advik please stop crying you can't break like this you have to be strong for everyone" I said wiping his tears...and he hugged me tightly..I was taken aback by his sudden gesture and I also hugged him back..

"Sshh bass"I caressed his back to calm him down..v

Breaking the hug I wiped his tears.. "now let's go inside and you have to be strong" I said and he nodded and we went inside entwineing our hands
