Chapter 11

Arnav was consoling her grandmother when the operation room opened and Ruhaan come out..

Arnav and his grandmother ran towards him..

Before Arnav say something. Ruhaan speak up, " Arnav get your private jet ready. We need to take her in London's hospital right now.

"Bete why there? Please treat her here" Grandmother requested Ruhaan..

Ruhaan hold her hand softly and speak up, "Her heart is giving up grandmother. We have to transplant her heart within 24. And right now we don't have donator here. We just come to know in London we can get the heart.

Looking at Arnav he again speak up," Hurry up Arnav. We need to transfer the heart in 24 hours"

Arnav nodded at Ruhaan and called his PA immediately...

Arnav, Ruhaan, their grandmother were waiting on hospital roof waiting for the jet.

Soon a jet landed in front of them.

Arnav took his life in his arms and entered the jet..

Ruhaan and grandmother entered the jet after him. Soon the pilot started the jet..

After 12 Hours

The jet landed on London's airport. And an ambulance was already there waiting for them..

Arnav again took her in his arms and entered in the ambulance..

At Hospital

Arnav was looking inside the operation room though the glass window..

After a hour the operation will start..

Arnav looked at the sleeping figure and whisper sadly, " That I failed to protect you but this time I won't. I am ready to bear every curse. I will do whatever you want. But please don't leave me. From last 5 years I am waiting for you. Please come back. Don't hurt me like this"

Soon Arnav feels someone's hand on his arm he turned round to see who it it and saw his grandmother standing there..

Arnav hugged her grandmother and speak up like a broken man," Tell her grandmother that I will not fail on her ever. I will do whatever she wants. Just tell her to stop this. Tell her grandmother no to make me wait like this. Tell her to breath again. She told me grandmother she loves me more than anything else in this world. So tell her I want to woke her up. I loved her grandmother. If something happens to her I will die"

"Don't say like this Arnav. She will get up. For you" Grandmother told him and made him sit on a bench...

Soon they saw Ruhaan is coming towards them.

Arnav stand up and ask him," Ruhaan is everything ready for operation? When you will start the operation?"

But Ruhaan looked down. But Arnav and his grandmother clearly saw a tear rolled down on his cheeks...

"Son what happened?" Grandmother asked him worriedly...

"Grandmother we did some test and the answer came negative. That donator can't donate his heart. And we don't have any donator now" Ruhaan told them painfully..

Arnav got numb hearing this. Grandmother start crying while Ruhaan broke in his knees...

Arnav entered the room where his life laying unconscious..

Arnav went towards her and sat on the bed and looked carefully at his life. His most beloved person in this world. His di (sister).

Arnav looked at his sister's face. It's like his sister ready to leave him and this world...

Soon his sister's last sentence start floating in front of him...

Flashback

5 Years Ago

Hearing the loud scream Arnav run  towards his sister's room. When he entered the room his eyes went widened.

Her full room destroyed. Broken glass were all over the floor. He looked towards the bed where his sister screaming like a abnormal person and his grandmother trying to calm her...

Arnav tried to walk towards his sister but stopped when his sister start shouting, " Nooo. No don't come near me. You are bad. You watched me suffering. You didn't help me. Go from here. You are not my brother. Go from here"

"Di (sister) please" Arnav tried to say something but cut off when a flower vas hit on his forhead..

"I am not your di (sister). You are dead to me. Go away or I will kill myself" Anjali told him..

"Hearing this Arnav got numb not because his di (sister) said he is dead for her but hearing she will kill herself..

Arnav again looked at his di (sister) but only saw hate and disgust in his sister's eyes. While his grandmother sobbing saw her both  grandchildren's broken condition..

Arnav come out from his sister's room with a broken heart when a drop of blood fall on his hand. Arnav slowly touches his forehead and understand that vas cut his skin..

Arnav looked at his blood covered hand and smiled sadly. When a sweet memory came in front of him..

10 Years Back

"Grandmother, grandmother, please come out. My chote is bleeding. Please call the ambulance" Anjali cried her heart out.

Hearing her granddaughter's crying voice she come out from kitchen immediately and entered the living room..

She found Arnav sitting on a couch and Anjali sitting on floor before him holding his leg..

Being worried grandmother run towards them and asked, " What happened Anjali? Where he got hurt?"

"Here grandmother see" Saying this Anjali remove her hands from Arnav's leg displaying a little cut and blood slightly coming from the cut..

Sawing this Grandmother looked at Arnav when Arnav gave her," Please grandmother save me from my crazy sister" look.. controlling her smile grandmother again speak up, " Anjali it is small cut dear. We don't need to atmit him in hospital. Just bandage his leg and give him medicine"

"But grandmother my chote's leg is bleeding. How can you say it is small cut" See blood coming out from his leg" Anjali told her grandmother...

"Di (sister) please relax. I am fine" Arnav told his sister but got quite when Anjali looked at him angrily..

"Okay I am going to bandage his wound. But our home doctor has to come for checking him"

Then Turing towards Arnav Anjali again speak up, " And you Mr. Arnav Malik you are not allowed to go outside for a week. It is your punishment. And if you did I will never talk with you" Saying this Anjali went to bring to medicine box...

While Arnav pout innocently at his sister. Because he can't go outside for a week..

You couldn't see a little cut on my body di (sister) but today I am really bleeding but you don't care about me.

It the fault is all mine

I failed to protect you..
