Chapter 7 Just Leave Me Alone

Shit.

I walk faster to avoid them but we are the only people in the corridor since class is starting.

I saw Kaorin,Prince Lucas,Arianne,Philip and Clarence.The closes aide of the Prince,the Prince and his Princess.

"Why are you here? Dont tell me you are skipping class again?"

I heard the angry voice of Kaorin.Well again,he never talks to me with kind words.

I look at him.

"Things happens." I said as I want to walk away.

"You are not even greeting the Prince? Where is your manners?!" He shouted.

"Greetings your highness." I just have to give in then goodbye.

"Lady Margarite! Is that ketchup?" Arianne panicks and want to come to me.

"Do not come closer! We have a deal!" I shouted.

Everyone looks puzzled.

I see.

The Prince didnt let the incident get widely known and they didnt tell anyone else.I dont care though.

"B-but your arm is covered with Ketchup." Arianne looks down.

Its not just the arm though.

My whole back is covered.

"Bye." I said as I walk away.

"Margarite! Your whole uniform!" Kaorin shocked to see my back.

Yeah.

Its disgusting.

I also felt itchy and disgusted so please do not hinder me any more.

"Who did this to you?" He sounded concern.

I look back.

I laugh.

His face look shocked.

"Are you concern? Pfffttt.. Do not force yourself.If we are classmates I will even suspect you as a culprit.Thats how much you hate me."

"What are you talking---"

"Just leave me alone.Pretend you dont know me.You are an expert in doing that.So why care now?This will not ruin the family name but do not tell father,he might be hurt."

I walk away.

"Mother,she said you--"

"Oh.You can tell her.She might laugh if she knew what Im going through."

"What are you--"

"I have to go."

Why is he looking at me with too much pain?

I dont understand him,really.

"Miss! What happened to you?" Ara cried when she sees me.

I also cried when I see her cry.

I suddenly felt relieve.

I hug her.

"In this school,only you cared."

"Dont say that.You still have Master Kaorin."

I laugh.

"He is one of the enemy."

Ara look at me with horror.

"Miss.."

"Yeah.No one will care about me.Only Father and you.Please do not leave me."

"I will not Miss."

That night I wrote father a letter.

'Father,I miss you.I dont want to stay in this school.Can you transfer me to other school?Far away from here is better.'

"WHO DID THAT?!" I shouted.

Everyone stiffened.

They all look down.

"DONT YOU KNOW WHO SHE IS? A NOBLE AMONG NOBLES! AFTER A MONTH OF BEING QUIET,YOU FIND TROUBLE AFTER TROUBLE FOR HER.I DIDNT INTERFER BECAUSE SHE CAN HANDLE YOU ALL IS WHAT I THOUGHT BUT SHE NEVER COMPLAINED AND ACCEPT EVERYTHING.YOU STILL HAVE THE GAL TO LAUGH?! HAVE SHE EVER GONE TOO FAR AS THROW ROCK AT YOU,MUD AT YOU,AND KETCHUP?! REALLY?"I am so mad I dont know where to put this anger.

"Sir."

Stella raise her hand.

"What?"

"Im sorry,for not stopping them.But what do you mean throwing mud and rock?" Stella is gripping her tie tightly.

I sigh.

"Every morning,she was being thrown peebles at the gate.Every afternoon,she was being showered with bucket of mud and leaves.I thought she will report it,but a month went by.I had enough.This is not what she deserve!"

I am very mad.

I tried talking to her but she ends up thinking Im trying to hurt her.Well,my words are a bit mean but I dont know how to talk to her.I thought going as sarcastic is the right way.

I wonder how I can talk to her normally.
