Chapter 2

“I don’t see anything wrong with you.” The man stared at the little infant that was in his arms while holding an umbrella in his spare hand. “Your clothes and blanket are all wet.” Removing his jacket, he had wrapped it around the little child that he found. “There we go! You should feel much warmer now!” He smiled at her. He started to walk somewhere in another direction while being in his arms.

She stared at the man who held snow-white hair and ocean blue eyes that were gentle to her. “Obaa pwa?” (Who are you?) Forgetting that she was still only an infant with no way of speaking fluently yet.

“You are so cute!!!!” The man could not help it. He hugged the little girl close to him, seeing that he made no mistake by picking her up from the alley. “Who would be this daring to leave such an infant like you in the alley!? If I ever come across them one day then I will not let them go so easily!” He said.

‘Why are you getting mad on my behalf?’ She thought. Sighing, she felt the warmth from the man and snuggled close. Yawning, she snuggled closer to him and fell asleep. ‘I’ll sleep a bit.’ Not knowing when she had fallen asleep. Waking up, she heard the sound of birds chirping with the sunlight shining through from a large door like window. Turning her head to see the large door window closed, feeling an odd and scary aura behind her. She turned back to see a man in similar expensive suit who stared at her with a look that looked murderous. ‘Am I going to die now?’

“Hmm, I can see why my husband fell in love with you. You are cute like he said on the phone.” The man said.

‘Huh?’ Completely lost, she did not know what he was talking about at this time. Her body was completely frozen with no slight movement with the fear that if she did then he would kill her. ‘Why is he so scary?!?!?!?’ She cried inside. Feeling a sudden urge to throw up, she did not like the air around as if it could hurt her.

“Daxt! Can you not let your alpha pheromones come out!? You are scaring her!” The man who brought her there had come out from what looked to be the bathroom connected to the bedroom. He was only wearing a bathrobe and ran to hold her in his arms.

‘I’m saved.’ She thought.

“Takuya, when did I allow you to bring in another child?” The man held black hair as the night and blood red eyes. He crossed his arms over his chest, looking at the man who was his ‘husband’.

“She was in an alley and I could not help it. Someone just abandoned her there.” Takuya looked to Daxt with a begging look to allow them to take in the child.

“Oh, what are you going to do for me then?” Daxt went up to Takuya, taking one of his hands and lightly biting down onto it.

“I… I…” Takuya was at a loss of words.

‘He is getting into trouble with me! I can’t let him get into trouble! I have to do something!’ Being a bit lost, she had to think fast. Feeling a sudden light bulb appear on her head, she looked to the man named Daxt. “Dahhh!” She shouted as loud as she could, but made it breathy at the end on the second try. “Dagh!”

Both men looked to her, their full attention on her. ‘Does it sound weird?’ Feeling awkward at the moment, she did not know what to do.

“Fine, we will take her in. She will be our second child.” Daxt said, looking away from the child.

“Oh, you are quite shy right now. Cute~” Takuya said, looking at his husband.

“Don’t seduce me right now.” Daxt looked at Takuya with a slight warning.

“Hehe, got it.” Takuya then looked back down to the little new child of theirs. “What are we going to name her?” He then asked while touching her soft cheeks.

“Mmm…” Trying to get him to stop touching her cheek, she held a bit of a pouty face.

Both looked at her, staring down to her large emerald green eyes and ice blue hair. “How about… Ruwa?” Daxt had thought about it, but with a long observation then one could tell that she would grow up to be very beautiful.

“That’s perfect!” Takuya smiled at his husband and then looked back at their daughter. “Your dad just gave you a name. From now on you are Ruwa Krupin.”

‘Ruwa Krupin…’ Looking at the two, she looked at them with an amazed look to know that they personally named her.

“I heard that I have a new sibling! Is that true!?” Hearing a boy’s voice from behind, she looked over to see the door that was slammed open. Seeing a boy with snow-white hair like Takuya, but blood-red eyes like Daxt.

‘He must be their kid.’ She assumed by his looks and his words.

“Mhm, come and take a look at her. She is so cute.” Takuya smiled at his son, gesturing for him to come and take a look. Leaning Ruwa down for the boy to see, he looked to her and felt his cheeks flush slightly.

‘He looked to be about fifteen years old.’ Ruwa looked at the boy who was also looking at her from all sides.

“She makes me think of a blue orchid.” He said.

“Reis, be sure to treat your little sister nicely. She is going to be a part of the family now. You have to be sure to protect her no matter what.” Takuya told him.

“I got it. What is her class type anyway?” Reis looked to both of his dads who went silent. “You both really did not check before you decided to adopt her into the family.” He sighed. “We need to bring a doctor in to come and check.” Reis went ahead to get their family doctor.

‘Wow, this kid is really mature for his age.’ Ruwa found it very strange.
