14. RED ICE DEMON:GRIMM

"RED ICE DEMON: Grimm"

"I think, Rusty... We need to go home. You feel okay, right? It's afternoon, your parents might worry about you." Grimm whispered.

They are now sitting side by side on the side of the rooftop. They were both leaning against the wall. Rusty shrugged softly and frowned as Grimm looked at it.

"Uy, what? Are you crying again? It seems like your tears are unlimited ah?" he commented.

Grimm's eyes widened as Rusty looked at him. She smiled and it looks like she is planning something bad...

"W-What does that mean?" he even twisted the question.

"Do you think, Grimm... What if I just persuade Kuya Kief to get him? I'm beautiful, aren't I? I can easily do that thing. He he he he!" Rusty grin evil.

Grimm smirked and then he hit Rusty on side of her head. It was a little strong so she would woke up on its nightmare.

"Araaay! Why?!" Rusty said angrily.

"Wake up there to your illusion. The man has already confronted you. Have pity on yourself. Don’t degrade yourself just for that superficial reason."

Rusty folded her arms.

"You say that because you haven't been in love yet. Can you try to woo your crush? You know... When he rejected you, you will understand me too." Rusty said annoyed and glanced at Grimm.

Grimm shook his head.

"I will not do that. I’m not interested. Besides, this look... She will definitely not pay attention." he sighed.

"Do not lower yourself, in fact, you are so cute." Rusty smiled.

Grimm looked shyly at Rusty and scratched his neck. He stood up.

"Come on, let's go home. We're gossiping here."

"Okay..."

Rusty stood up as well. She pocketed her right-hand and she remembered that she had Cloud 9s with her. Those are two more. She took them out of her pocket and...

"Here Grimm... I have Cloud nines with me. This one is for you." she said and handed one to Grimm.

The young man immediately took it from her.

"Thank you?" its shy language.

She smiled at it.

"I am the one who should say thank you because you accompanied me today. You listened to my roar and most of all... You eased my heart. You sympathized with me when I was a bastard."

"Oh, that's nothing..."

They walked away from the rooftop and as they walk, they eat. When they got out of the school gate, they parted ways. As Grimm was walking home, he suddenly stopped. He looked around...

"There it is again... The other day I felt like someone was looking at me and it seemed like someone was always following me wherever I went. This is not good." he said softly.

He continued walking as if he had just noticed nothing. A few moments later he suddenly turned towards his back and he saw a shadow on the side of a building, near him. He ran quickly to chase whoever was following him. He immediately turned to the alley where the shadow he saw. But he saw nothing. He violently punched in the wind... He was sure he did not imagine the shadow he saw. He sighed violently. He left that alley and walked home to them.

Meanwhile... Clemen was caught in his chest. he peeked out the window of the building where he was and looked at the young man walking away.

"Huh, interesting kid... The strength of feeling. He almost caught me ah? I'm getting more involved so I'll get to know you... Grimm Redshade." Clemen said with a smile.

Meanwhile... When Grimm got home he kept thinking... Can another disciple of darkness follow him? If so, he needs to be prepared.

The next day... Grimm walked slowly into their classroom. He was late and he knew the class had started. When he reached the door of their classroom he peeked first. Mrs. Montero is already busy writing on the blackboard.

He walked slowly inside so that the teacher would not notice him. Because it turned its back, he motioned for his classmates to keep quiet. But...

"Grimm Redshade! You're late again!" angry teacher comment on him.

He gave her a big smile. He was late because he woke up thinking about who or what was following him yesterday.

"I'm sorry, Mam. I won't do it again!" he said.

"Why are you late?" she asked him.

"Traffic on the road." he reasoned.

It raised an eyebrow and shuddered to look at him.

"Traffic on the road? You're just walking into this school ah?!" disgusted with this language.

Grimm glared at the teacher and sighed.

"Ma'm, I beg your pardon...You are unfair." he said.

She frowned at him.

"And how could I be unfair, huh?!" its voice rose.

His classmates who were watching them were shocked.

"Eh because... Why are we students when we are late... You Ma'm, have many complain. You complain of complaint, the speed of your anger. But when you Ma'm, when your late, we say nothing. We do not rebuke you. We are not complaining. So Ma'm, get organized. Do not be like that."

His classmates laughed at what he said.

"Oh, I'm right, isn't it Ma'm?"

Mrs. Montero did not speak but annoyed, she took the book from the table and slapped Grimm on the head.

"Aray!" Grimm roared.

"Sit down!" it just commands.

Grimm followed suit. It's a good thing the teacher didn't bother him anymore.

In the afternoon, Grimm was restless as he walked home. He felt as if someone was following him again. He could feel the presence of someone behind him. He suddenly faced it and Rusty's smiling face was what he saw. He rubbed his chest and he breathed a sigh of relief.

"You Rusty, don't be like that! I thought who was following me. Why?" he asked.

"Because Aunt Alice ordered me to buy mammon from your bakery. She said you have a mammon with strawberry filling. Her command was sudden, so I just followed you." casual language.

(Mammon-chiffon cake)

"Next time, just call me. I thought you were my opponent. What if I suddenly threw you there?" he commented.

"Hmm... Okay! Just in case."

He had already walked with her but he felt a look, follow him. He simply turned around... He saw nothing. Rusty noticed that.

"Are you alright?" its a question.

"Ahm... Of course. Ahm, I'm just being careful because people looking for a fight approach me. So when we are not at school, do not get too close to me. You might get hurt..." he said concerned.

Rusty smiled.

"I understand."

They continued walking until they came across a large old abandoned house. There were many trees around then.

"Hu hu hu hu hu...."

Suddenly a child's cries echoed around. They were both stunned and looked at each other.

"Ignore that. That house is known for its creepiness." the language is Grimm.

"Is that so? Can we get into that?" said Rusty.

"No." Grimm's strong language.

Grimm looked out the window of the house. He was shocked to see a girl crying there. He knows that was soul... And surprisingly, it is wrapped in a chain as if it were meant to be locked in that house. It looks like it felt like he was looking at it. It also looked at him. It does not even speak, but he sees it begging for help. He thought a few times and looked at Rusty.

"Why?" its a question.

She also looked out the window he was looking at. But as he expected, she saw nothing.

"Ahm... I think I saw a child inside the house. She looks like, she was trapped there..." Grimm said hesitantly.

Rusty came a little closer to the gate of the house and looked out the window that Grimm was looking at. It was at the end, on the left side near the attic. She did not see anything...

"I saw nothing."

Grimm smiled awkwardly. That house seemed a trap for him. He wanted to send Rusty away but every time he looked at the child, he felt sorry for it. He thought for a moment. He sighed violently as he made his decision. Come what may...

"I'm going inside. I'll just see if there's really a child. Unfortunately, she might be trapped there. Stay here, wait for me and never follow me." Grimm said emphatically.

"You don't want me to go with you?" Rusty's language was disappointed.

"Yes. It is dangerous. Just wait for me."

"Okay!" Rusty just said.

She also had no intention of entering that scary house. Even if she say, she comes from an exorcist family, she is also afraid of supernatural things... She just likes to pretend brave.

Grimm had already opened the gate and it was squeaking with old age. He entered the yard and as he was walk towards the door of the house, suddenly, wind blew loudly. The dry leaves around the house are circling. Grimm prepared himself. Aside from the spirit of the child, now he has now felt another being. A demon. He just doesn't realize what kind it is but he will soon face it. He entered the house and the black aura he was feeling became even stronger.

Rusty folded her arms as she watched Grimm enter the house. All of a sudden the surroundings became cold, and it was a different kind of cold. Terrible. It was as if her head suddenly grew bigger, as if she wanted to turn her stomach upside down.

Meanwhile... Grimm looked around the house. There is nothing there. He looked at the stairs of the house. He walked over there and started climbing. As soon as he stepped on its first step, he heard a faint squeak. As if to indicate his presence in that place. He continued until he reached the room near the attic. He slowly opened the door of the room. When he entered, he saw the child wrapped in a chain. She looked at him in shock. It seemed strange. He looked at the chain wrapped around its body. This child is a Condemned soul.

Condemned-souls intended to be captured by a demon to be confined and kept between dimensions. In the world of the dead and the living. These souls are captives of hell. They are used as toys. This happens when a possessed object such as a doll is able to defeat the soul of its owner. Demons or ghoul spirits can do that through intimidation. Because extreme fear weakens the soul.

Grimm approached the girl. He looked at her face intently. He estimated that she was about seven years old when she died...

"Stop crying. I can release you from those chains." he said.

The child stared at his face for a long time. Gradually its lips parted.

"G-Grimm is your name, Kuya?" it suddenly asked him.

"Yes."

"Get out of here. It's a trap..." her language was scared.

"I know. But I don't care."

He touched the chain wrapped around its body. Gradually, he covered it with ice. The shock and amazement on the child's face was obvious. When he finally covered the chains with ice, he easily destroyed it.

"You are free. Come with me."

Grimm held out his right hand. The girl looked at his hand.

"K-Kuya, I will not be allowed to leave the scary child..."
